I don’t really do online reviews but Caleb went way out of his way to help and accommodate me. This was my first time financing a vehicle and I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with numerous dealers but Caleb was the most comforting and supportive in my journey to find a new ride. I really wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, my credit wasn’t best and I didn’t think I could get it but he made it happen. Even when I told him I was looking around at other locations he still called and checked on me. He was totally upfront and honest about everything. He was the only dealer I felt I could trust. He got me into the Jeep I wanted. He is really a great guy and is definitely good at what he does. I recommend him to everyone I meet looking for a new vehicle. You won’t regret going to him.

Gregg did an amazing job with finding me the highest demanded vehicle out there right now. A Jeep Wrangler. It is truly the most perfect fit and I am in love with it. The only thing I would change is a better detailed job. Brandon on the financing was incredible it only took 15 minutes but I am a special case. My tag was on time title came in quick everything he did was A one. Love this place would recommend but absolutely need to get someone on the detailing ASAP.

I bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 from this location about a week ago and the entire experience was great. Paul Gregg was my salesman and made it a smooth process for me. I tend to be very picky/complicated when it comes to buying a car. In about a week and a half, I came into the dealership on 3 different occasions and every time I walked in, the staff was very friendly, greeted me, and offered me something to drink while I waited. Paul spent hours with me walking me through available inventory on each of my visits and let me test drive a handful of trucks before I made my decision. Throughout the week Paul kept in contact with me with any updates on inventory that I may be interested in but was never overbearing.Jeremy Wright did my financing and was great to chat with and was also able to negotiate a low interest rate for me.Everyone I interacted with in the dealership were all super friendly and made it less about a business transaction and more about a personal experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. My salesman, Caleb, was superb. I am always on guard before I ever set foot into a dealership. I was surprised by the low stress just entering the facility, and not being swarmed. Caleb is young, but professional and personable. Before I even looked at my truck, he warned me there was a minor cosmetic issue with the bumper. I test dove the truck, and sat down to purchase it. We showed up at 930a.m to see a specific car and test drive it, we came from Ohio. We f8nally signed papers for the vehicle we wanted at 3:45p.m but still waited an hour or better for the key and transport tags to be able to go home. The staff was nice, but for us having to be there for 8 hours for a car the hospitality was poor. I understand they dont have to provide it but if your going to ha e a customer sit and wait for 8 hours you better be trying to find some way to make them comfortable. I won t go back there for another vehicle.

Such an improvement from my 2007 van which they offered a really fair trade in price for!! Caleb spent extra time exploring different options for me and kept up any time of day via their new texting system which was amazing. Please beware me and my husband purchased a 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee from here exactly a month ago literally just made our first payment and it is in service department as I type this with engine light on this is second time I had to take it! I’ve called and called to speak to our sales person TAYLOR and of course no answer no call back have left messages in regards to this and our warranty nothing! But when we was in process of purchasing we would get instant replies! This is very upsetting and hope it’s nothing major with our vehicle I will be taking this up with corporate if need be! I understand it’s Preowned and we risk buying but it’s suppose to be “certified”! Very disappointed with our experience so far with these people...

Nothing but good things to say about my experience! It was my first time ever buying a car and Taylor made the experience easy and explained everything for me. She stayed late to help figure everything out for us and even had someone go fill the car up with gas before we took it home. The finance department was a little pushy to try and get us to sign a loan with them vs. Our credit union, but were still very helpful and explained everything wonderfully even though we went with outside financing. Super happy with my purchase and experience with Taylor!

Bait and Switch Used Here8 days ago we found a used van online that we were interested in. It was over $1,000 under the Carfax price. We went up to see it Thursday to verify that it would work for us. We offered to put a down payment on it. But the salesman would not accept the down payment because the vehicle was awaiting a part to fix the A/C. Today(Wednesday) at 1:30 I received a call from the salesman saying the car was moving in detailing. I told him that if the car was ready for sale, I could be there in 60 minutes with full payment. He said he would call us right back after he talked to his manger to find out when it would be available. He never called. At 4:30 after several calls to Used Car Department, I finally reached the manager. She admitted that they had sold the vehicle even before the salesman called me. I reminded her that we had an oral contract and that she was in breech. She said, sorry but it was sold to some one else. But she Could help us find something similar.I told her that was not acceptable and I wanted to speak to her boss. And then I was disconnected. I then contacted the GMs voice mail and requested to speak to her about her departments unethical conduct prior to closing. She never returned my call, so I am posting here about their shady practices. You are warned.

Im giving this dealership 2 stars only because they have nice vehicles. Other then that I would like to give it a half a star. My salesman told me a few things that were going to be done that were not done. While in the test drive Efren (the saleman) was in the passenger seat, and I told him there was a slight shake when braking. I told him that was more then likely caused from the rust on the rotors. He said that would be fixed. I also pointed out the big black mark in the front bumper of the white vehicle, and he said that will be buffed out and if it wont buff out they will replace the bumper. He also told me the vehicle came with navigation. Which none of those were true. The black mark was still there, the slight shake was still there (but went away after a couple hundred miles and the rust was gone), and there was no navigation in the vehicle. When I called to speak to the sales manager, he didnt answer so I left a message tree times, but never received a phone call back. Now to rewind a little bit. While sitting down signing paperwork the salesman asked me what I was looking to get for my trade in. I told him $2500. He said he would speak to the sales manager. The managers desk was roughly 15 feet behind me. When he went to the manager about my trade in the manager laughed out loud and yelled out not even close. The Efren came back to me with a $1000 offer from the manager. At that point I pulled up multiple other vehicles just like mine with 4000-5000 more miles going for $5000. When Efren showed the manager that he agreed to my $2500 and didnt make another smart remark. So I was happy with the trade in amount and continued forward with the paperwork. While moving forward a female customer came in and was talking to the manager and another sales person being very loud with one another flirting and swearing left and right. They were not very professional at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone that does not no cars, because they will try anything in their power to scam you. Honestly, even if you do know cars I wouldnt go to this place.I took my car to the new cat dealership to get my first oil change and told the service tech there about my experience at the use dealership and he kind of chuckled and said your not the first person that has come her complaint about them.

Called about a car that was just listed. Told them that it would take me an hour to get there. Asked if that would be a problem because I did not want to waste my time driving an hour to find it sold already.They took down all my information and told me they would text me with the name of who I was to meet with to take it for a test drive. Left during rush hour traffic. Got there when I said I would. Never got the text on who to meet. Asked about the car. Found out it was just out for a test drive and the buyer was in with the salesman doing the paperwork. Of course they then wanted to show me other cars. Typical sales scam.Complete waste of my time and gas.

This dealership sold me a vehicle as CPO which according to the manufacturers database is not actually CPO. According to the manufacturer, the dealer hasnt placed the appropriate warranty on the vehicle. When I called the dealership about it, they didnt take me seriously and simply denied it and couldnt be bothered to look into it further. I spoke with a manager at the manufacturers service line and they confirmed that the dealership failed to do what they were supposed to do. When I called the dealership again hoping to get them to talk directly to the manufacturer, they simply stopped returning my calls. Ive filed a report with the BBB and will look to other consumer protection agencies for recourse. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 Challenger Hellcat from Southfield Chrysler Jeep Ram on 12 mile. Im an out-of-state buyer so everything at first was done via phone and email. My salesmanJulian Gueringer was extremely helpful and always professional throughout the process. Dale the finance manager went out of his way to get me financing and at a reasonable interest rate. He even gave me a stupid good deal on the titanium plus protection plan for my tires, wheels, windshield and keyfobs. Emmanuel was also very helpful.When I visited the dealership to pick up my Hellcat, the vehicle was as described -- showroom condition and drove like new. I wasnt surprised, considering it only had 650 original miles. The 3-hour ride back home was fantastic. My friend, who came with me to the dealership, and I both agreed she was a sweet ride and that the car was awesome.I highly recommend Southfield Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was very happy with the purchase price, trade in amount and with all other aspects of the deal.I would definitely do business with Southfield again. Purchased a Dodge Dart less than 2 years ago. They sold me an aftermarket warranty that per the words of the sales associate and finance manager was a 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty that would cover all of the bells and whistles. Found out today that said warranty was 3yr/36k and I am now looking at a $1000 repair to my vehicle that isnt covered. Oh and the warranty that they sold me to begin with didnt cover anything close to all of the bells and whistles. And of course, no one at SC will take responsibility for the lies that were told to me. Do NOT purchase from them, they are shady crooks.

I never recommend this dealer again to anyone. I bought the used car there while I was test driving the car I checked everything everything was good at that time so after buying the car I believed them and disn’t checked the car after that. So after 15-30 mins when I checked I observed some scratches and when I informed them they are refusing to repair or to pay for the damage. And they are blaming me for the scratches.

On Thursday Apr. 26i went there and talked to Taylor ( sales Representative) about a Jeep 2017 which they have, after discussion she called Jeremy who was the manager to continue with me and at the end we agreed on a deal and I signed. After that, he submitted the paper work to the finance guy after they finished. Jeremy provided me with a high interest %. I told him Ill send him tomorrow some documents related to the other bank to go with them and I did.On Friday April 27:I texted Jeremy asking for the result after sending him the other bank documents. He said that he got it and hell keep me updated and untill now he did not. When I reviewed my score, I was shocked and knew that they played with my credit score with their banks and once Jeremy found another customer, he continued with him and sold the car without any notification without talking to me or sending me a message to let me know that, as he said keep me updated. When I sent him a text on May 1 to let him know that it is a kind of disrespect to leave me with no response so that im going to make a comment on Google, he said Feel free to leave a comment. It means he does not care about his Dealership Reputation!!!!!!???????

Wife and I bought a pre certified 2017 Pacifica Minivan this past week from a great salesman Gregg Tomlison. He was well organized and had great people skills. We had a small problem with the badly designed wireless U-Connect headset battery door and he went out of his way to get it fixed. Also wanted to say that Jeremy Brown was SUPER awesome that went thru the techy features of the new interface to operate all the blind spot features, wireless Iphone pairing, and setting up the new owner interface. This Pacifica is leaps and bounds above the rest.Only disappointment was we bought the high end Pacifica Touring L PLUS and it didnt have memory 1/2 settings. Come on CHryseler is this for real?

Customer service is the worse here, car engine code was cleared from dash but within a week it came back and they didnt want to pay to have the new ECM software that was needed to stop the cat engine code from popping.. the got to much shade, they will act like they find you a favor, dont trust these crooks
