I had a great experience during my visit at Page Toyota. The service was great. I went in for a routine maintenance checkup and oil change. Lorenzo, my Service Consultant, was very friendly and courteous. He informed me of the recommended services, and there was no pressure. They had me in and out under an hour. It was a very pleasant visit. I definitely recommend Page Toyota!

My experience with this dealership by far was the best..!!!! The sales rep Shaun cooper was so professional so nice and very efficient. We I arrived to the dealership there was no phony conversation he was not overly (car salesmen that’s trying to make a sale lol) My brother and I was there for all of an 11/2 and about 30 minutes of that was test driving the car!! The finance manager gorge was also beyond professional and very nice he also did not have fake overly pushy sales person attitude everything was clear and straight to the point. If I could give this dealership a 1000 stars I would. Even though I had very minimal contact with the other reps in the dealership they were all very professional also the young lady Dominica who contacted me immediately was very professional and very nice. I have told everyone I know about this experience, I highly recommend them to everyone ( small fyi I had very Challenged credit and Shan provided me with the best alternative which a lot of dealerships would have blew me off) THANK YOU…!!!

I needed an oil change. I pulled in, they took the car right away, I signed the paperwork, waited maybe 15-20 mins, and they were done. A minute to pay and I was out of there. The price was normal. The car was washed and they were very friendly. It was a very satisfactory experience.

My regular mechanic was overwhelmed with work but my Toyota FJ needed some immediate attention. I was really only comfortable with either my mechanic or a Toyota dealership. I chose Page because they were closest. They found the problem and did the work in a reasonable time frame. So far as I know there are no subsequent issues (but it was only a few days ago). There was trouble getting a part in one day as promised so they hired a Lyft to get me home and bring me back the following day. Nothing about repairing a car is inexpensive but I was satisfied that the work that was done justified the price that I paid. My service writer, Aubrey, had a great attitude and communicated well both with me and with the mechanic doing the work. I would not hesitate to return.

However, at this moment I decided to keep this review here, because Page Toyota and Page Honda are owned by the same person.—————————My friend bought a new CRV last winter and found the AC does not work this summer. Page Toyota said they won’t fix it because the owner charged it incorrectly. Actually, the owner never touch the AC. It is common sense that there is NO need to charge or maintenance AC of a new car for at least for a few years.You satisfied with your purchase because you didn’t come back Page Toyota when there is an issue with your new car. My service was as expected by Page Toyota; thorough, timely, efficient. I was in for the oil change per the mileage driven. I was able to ask about two other concerns that were not pertaining to this visit and received answers to those concerns as they were preparing to ready it for service. I requested waiting for the car and the timing they estimated as to when it would be ready was on point. Everyone was courteous, pleasant, and professional. The facility is always well maintained.

I walked in without an appointment and Rory helped me get to the vehicle I was hoping to test drive. I appreciated his calm and trusting attitude & demeanor. There was an issue with the vehicle we wanted to get and he was able to work a pretty good deal for us to get things sorted out in a timely manner. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly here with Rory. Since bringing the vehicle home, I ran into a couple more issues but Rory responded via text that Page would sort it all out. I appreciated his response on a weekend :)

Had vehicle in collision center . They never once called me about the progress of the repair, so I called and was told it had been completed…thanks for not telling me. So I arranged to get ride there and pick it up and it was not completed, had go back again 3 days later. On top of them not really caring if my repair was done or not (and they got a generous check over $5k from progressive) they reattach an old crumbling wiper blade to the back of completely replaced tailgate/whole back of car that is brand new. Wasn’t offered any complimentary services or anything for their inconvenience to me. Other than that the repair work is nicely done.This was their 2nd chance, had a appointment for recall in the service dept there once also and they didn’t check to see they even had the parts, so that was never repaired either.Used car dept offered me $6k less than average blackbook trade in value on my vehicle which is also unreasonable.

Really condescending, if you want to be talked down to and treated with very little respect you should come here. Came in for a quote to fix a dent & some rust. Looked at my car for 60 seconds, said nothing to me the whole time, printed out a paper that said $2500, told me “they dont really feel like doing it” handed me the paper and said have a nice day and started ignoring me. Worst service I have ever had. The best part is how the “manager” George spoke to me as if I didn’t have the money to fix it but I had $2000 on me ready to put a deposit on the work. Trust me I’ll find some decent human beings to do the work, take your business elsewhere

Body Shop Review.I highly recommend the Page Toyota Body Shop. They were pre-approved by my insurance to repair the damage to my vehicle, which saved me from shopping around. The manager George was extremely helpful at each step of the process. He called me daily and updated me on the progress of the repairs. The repairs were completed a day early. George remained positive and enthusiastic through the entire process which made the process much less stressful than other body shop experiences I have had. The work was done well and my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up.

I didnt get very far in the process as I was not very pleased with the tone of the used car salesman. I asked a simple question on the condition of a car listed as precaution and he said Look closer, it says as is... I saw that and that still doesnt answer that question. Oh well, was willing to make a 2 hour drive to purchase cash today but rather pay more somewhere else than spend my hard earned cash somewhere that doesnt value a new customer. Disappointed.

What a great experience! I got my dream truck thanks to Rory at Page Toyota. Sat down in a comfortable atmosphere to start discussing what I wanted in a Tacoma.. within just a few days I was driving away in a fully loaded TRD sport. The price was about $50 less per month from which I told him was my budget after researching what I should expect cost per month should be. Rory gained a lifetime customer 2 days after I drove off in my truck when he text me asking if I was still loving my new Tacoma. thanks again Rory! Wasted my time driving all the way from Macomb Mi to this location because they had a specific vehicle that I wanted. I spoke to what sounded to be a nice lady on the phone that told me to ask for RORY when I arrived. When I got there it took a while for someone to acknowledge me. Someone came ask me may I help you I told them I was there for RORY which at the time he was helping someone else it look like they were finishing up he just had to put his license plate on. Anyway he came over and I said Im looking for RORY never said hello or how you doing he just ask me what was my name and what car did I want and I told him he said just give me a min and walk away.He keep talking to the guy he was helping and then went outside to put his license plate on and just keep talking and talking like he didnt have another customer 30 min later I left. I shouldve just listen to the reviews 😒DO WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!!

Dont bother going here they are horrible.We called ahead to schedule an appointment with someone to look at a car. They assured us they would have the car ready but when we arrived our contact Rory was in the back and did not come to the front for 15 minutes on top of the that the car was not ready and he had to go get it and it took him 30 minutes to bring the car around for the test drive. On top of that after the test drive I asked him a question and he told me to wait a minute while he finished texting. Very unprofessional and did not properly wear his mask.

Terrible service. Every time I brought my vehicle in to get inspected, they told me nothing can be done and that it’s not covered, even though I have proof of my warranty . Completely disrespectful customer service as well. Usually don’t write reviews but after paying $4000 for extra warranty, I won’t shut up. Never buying a car from Page or any Toyota dealership in general. It’s a shame such a big name company whose known for “exceptional customer service” is treating people like this.

Helpful and forward thinking doesnt begin to explain the customer service she and Dean Jarrell provided throughout the transaction to make it as seamless as possible. When its time to buy my next Toyota, the first call will be made to Crystal and Dean - their competition just couldnt compete with the level of Customer service. After driving 4 hours, my new car was ready and the entire transaction of the trade-in, test drive and talking Detroit sports took less than an hour - they appreciate your time, business and desire to find a nicely priced ride. NEVER BUY A USED CAR HERE- bought a so-called Certified Pre-owned Tacoma for top-dollar, had rust all over the place, I took it back and they just put some touch up paint on one spot. Noticed the tires were worn on the inside several weeks later, didnt see them well at the dealership and only put a couple of thousand miles on them, they told me that it was because i didnt rotate them that they became worn. Do not get a vehicle or get service done at Page Toyota. I have bought a lease 4 or 5 car at Page Toyota and Natalie Baile treated me so bad it made me cry I could believe how i was treated since I been doing business with Page Toyota for 20 year.

Drove in from Illinois without knowing you needed an appointment but Rory Rays addressed my needs quickly, and I drove back home with my Toyota Certified Used Car, and in addition he took care of getting my rental car back to Enterprise that was down the street. UPDATE: Went to Suburban Toyota in Troy today and leased a Venza LXe. The difference in my shopping experience was like night and day. The salesperson couldn’t wait to show me all the cool features on the Venza and was absolutely lovely. No mention of a mysterious $1200 disposition fee that I had to pay up front or roll into the cost of my lease. At Suburban they said the disposition fee was $350 and you pay at the end of the lease… what the hell, Page? That’s so shady.———————Terrible experience. I really wanted to lease a 2021 Venza so I scheduled a test drive. I walk in, warily walk up to a counter behind which are two maskless people (“No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service” sign in prominent display on the front door). I’m directed to Rory, also maskless, who takes my license and points me to a car outside. I’m left to figure out how to make necessary safety adjustments myself as Rory can’t be bothered to show me the basic controls. After my test drive I decide I want to lease, so I walk back in and talk to maskless Rory again, sitting far away from him. Rory shows me a price that is far above a published competitors price. Offers little explanation as to why the price is so much higher, I had to ask him 3 times to explain why the price is $1200 higher. He brings the sales manager over, maskless, who proceeds to ask me “what I’m expecting” and that it’s my choice, “if you want a better deal, go elsewhere.” So yep, I shall do just that. I’d rather not give any of these clowns my hard earned money.
