Bought my car from Tony at Genesis Southfield. He was super helpful in helping me decide which model would be right for me. I was able to test drive multiple cars and I never received the impression that I was being overbearing. He was extremely communicative and kind. If you are looking for a new Genesis I highly recommend that you consider him.

Salespeople and staff were great. We worked out a fair deal and they delivered it to me at my work up in Saginaw, which I appreciated very much. Only problem is with the dealership building itself. For a luxury car line, they are missing the key ingredients for a luxury car dealership. They have uncomfortable old chairs to sit in and wait with just a water cooler and a small basket of snacks. There should be lots of amenities for those waiting for service. Where is the barista? Where is the coffee cart even? What about computer station or even a TV? I am thankful that I dont live here and have to get my car serviced there. I know that I have concierge service for my vehicle, but what about when its over? Again, staff was great and this review would have been a five star review for them, but I just cant in good conscience give an overall five star review for the dealership as a whole.

Entire Staff at Glassman Southfield Genesis were wonderful to work with. Our Sales person Crystal went over and above by tailoring ever conversation focused on our needs, she even sent countless photos and videos to help decision making. These guys are the absolute worst. If you won’t give them all your personal information they refuse to show you any cars. If you’re looking for a cheap Korean car that might make sense, but these clowns are trying to push alleged luxury cars. Glassman has always been a notoriously bad dealership even going back to the days when they sold Oldsmobiles. Interesting to see nothing has changed in literally decades. BMW here I come.

I was so disappointed in the service I received at Glassman Genesis. The service may have been okay, but I wouldnt know it because Christina, the service advisor was so rude on the phone. She rudely cut me off twice during our conversation as I was trying to ask questions about our car that was in for service. When I told her she cut me off and was being rude, she never apologized, or tried to explain why she was so nasty, she only continued being rude. I talked to Wendy, the managers assistant who was very nice and helped me get some information. Even so, our car was not ready when I was told it would be ready. When I called Wendy back, she was very nice, and was surprised the car wasnt read when promised. I honestly believe Christina, the service advisor intentionally made our car take 2 days longer to complete. I can tell you, I dont think we will take our car back there for service, but if we do, I will never deal with Christina. Our salesperson, James was awesome and we had talked to him about purchasing a GV80, but I think we will probably purchase from Surburban Genesis instead.

The Genesis G 90 is an exceptional car, however coupled with the service which is exceptional, there is now better combination than Glassman and Genesis, A Double G if you will and thats what makes this GREAT

I worked with Shawn (manager) and James (salesperson) on the purchase of my G70. I was able to negotiate a lease and provide all of my documents prior to arrival which is my preferred way to shop. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and enjoying my new car. The G70 is excellent and a great value within the class.

Glassman Genesis is best Genesis dealer in Michigan, I would not go anywhere else! Exceptional service and attention to detail.
