I had the privilege of having Rhonda as my salesperson. She was fantastic and extremely helpful throughout my car buying process. I called her on the phone before going to the dealership and told her exactly what I was looking for. The next day she had everything ready and waiting for me to come by and sign paperwork. She was able to answer all of my questions and willing to give out her direct contact information in the event that I had further questions even after the deal was done. Great salesperson! Requested services went great. However, my car wasn’t washed, and there was a pile of small-ish sized tree leaves in my passenger foot area, which warranted a trip to the car wash. I know they weren’t there earlier because I’m hyper vigilant about giving you a clean car to work on. Also, I never have passengers.

I went to Tamaroff for a service appointment I made online. I checked the box that I would need a rental car. I woke up an hour early to take it in this morning, 7/20/21. When I arrived, Tamaroff said they didn’t have a rental car and that they don’t have a record of me requesting one. When I tried rescheduling the appointment, Tamaroff wasn’t really willing to work with me. They wanted me to wake up even earlier than today and come at an 8am time instead of allowing me to come in at 9am. Lack of planning (or incompetence?) on Tamaroff’s part isn’t an urgency on my part. Tamaroff wasted an hour of my time this morning.Several weeks ago when I made a service appointment request, Tamaroff later stated they had no record of an appointment scheduled. When I didn’t show up to the appointment, I received an automatic e-mail from Tamaroff stating I missed the appointment. If there was no appointment in the system, why did it send the no-show e-mail? It sure seems like once Tamaroff has your money (in my case, my $30k), the service ends.Two complaints about Tamaroff in the couple month period in which Ive owned my Rogue doesnt bode well for Tamaroff.Also, I contacted Nissan about updating the firmware for my infotainment system in my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Nissan’s response was, “Nissan relies on its authorized dealers to provide technical support to our valued customers. Please contact or visit your local Nissan dealer, as they are in the best position to assist further with the firmware update for the Apple Carplay on your 2021 Nissan Rogue.”When I took the vehicle to Tamaroff on 7/20/21, Tamaroff said Nissan has to give me the firmware update and then Tamaroff can upload it. -_-

Rhonda Walters is the best car sales agent Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! She was quite knowledgeable about the 2021 Rogue, and she exercised a great deal of patience with me. She showed me how to operate features such as the audio system, automatic headlights, maps, etc. Rhonda even took time out of her busy schedule to see me on a Saturday, so that she could answer any other questions I might have. Rhonda has a sunny personality, which made me comfortable with her. She is a stellar sales agent.

I felt like this was a classic bait and switch. On the dealer website it was advertised $2500 over KBB for my trade in, and the dealer website indicated my trade was worth $20,000. My sales person was only able to give me $16,000.The dealer website basically said with $999 and taxes and fees my payment for this car would be around $200, but after everything was all said in done I put $3600 down and my payment is $350 a month.

Dont believe the website, you cannot immediately pick up parts you order. Then the parts department will tell you it will be ready saturday only to find out when you show up that the parts department is closed on saturday and the only people there are useless salesmen.
