I was in a real bind and needed a New Battery before attending an event that was 2 hours away in another city. My time was short and I needed a New Batterry installed in my vehicle fast to make my long drive. I wouldve given 5 stars but nobody offered me coffee. Lol Great Service

I made an appointment for noon. It took 2 hours for an oil change. I waited and it was quoted an hour. They were so kind though, I didnt mind at all. I highly recommend, just call ahead and make sure theyre running on time. Its easy to get backed up when youre so popular.

Do not get service at this NTB in South Euclid. Go to another one. They will rip you off when it come to buying tires. The other NTB give you the correct price that is also on NTB website. And this was a manager trying to rip my son off. What he did not know is that I called around early for pricing.

I didn’t even get my oil changed the fat guy told me an hour for the oil change never waited an hour there I walked outside 30 minutes later my car wasn’t even getting done still and I had the first 8am appointment I booked on line

Friendly front desk staff but could use help in the shop. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change, all to discover that the mechanic, left for the day without completing the job. Manager actually had to finish up. He obviously did NOT top off fluid levels. Had to add both power steering AND brake fluid the next day. Be careful to check levels before leaving. That was my error.

They have bad communication I was told my car would be ready by the end of the business day an I didn’t get my car back till 4 days later I dropped my car off Thursday didn’t get it back till Monday an now my radio isn’t working. They was replacing my EGR system. That has nothing to do with my radio.

Very disappointing..smh...I went in for a simple wheel alignment and came out worse then what I went in. The wheel is worse...its now turned to the right while driving straight...🤦 how in the hell does this happen! However if they dont fix this ASAP and they mess up my $800.00 tires...o. We gone have a problem...abd I can be a pistol!!

I scheduled an appt. for a Saturday afternoon, got there and was told my name was not in the books but they’d try and get me in anyway. After about 10-15 min was told due to COVID only one mechanic was available and asked to come back that week. Came back during the week and was serviced quickly and so far satisfactorily.Not having my appt. scheduled and my oil change sticker being completely wrong w/incorrect oil used and waaaaay off on mileage is the reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

The NTB in South Euclid is great! Took my car there for service and found the Manager Chris to be friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. The wait anyone may experience could very well be the part you are waiting for. The service I found to be great.

Total confusion bt front desk staff

About three weeks ago I stopped by this store to see about patching my tire due to finding a screw in it. Nobody was willing to take a look at it, rather they said I needed to schedule an appointment for another day. I scheduled the appointment for 9:00am this morning. When I arrived at the store, I told the man at the counter exactly where the screw was located (with the stem down, at the 2 oclock position). I was then told that the one mechanic on duty was busy and there wouldnt be another one in until 10:00. After waiting nearly an hour, I was informed that they could not patch the tire because the screw was too close to the sidewall. When I asked why it had taken an hour to figure this out, I was told that the mechanic had to take the tire off and test it for leaks. They said they couldnt always see the leak. When I asked them how it was that I could see a screw and they couldnt, I got no real response.Customer service is poor here. I have been at this store before and had similar experiences. This time I felt it was time to write a review.

These guys did a great job at troubleshooting the issue and gave me a great price for the work I’ve gotten done and they also made sure my tire pressure was up to par. They were very nice and professional, I do plan on coming back for future needs or concerns.Thanks NTB !

I wouldn’t come here unless you had no other options. Very poor customer service, didn’t seem like they wanted my business at all. Yes they did replace my tire as requested but, treated me like they were doing me a favor.

My time with NTB sucked. I stay up there for 4 hours and they didnt have all 3 tires. The guy that was serving me left, and no one else could help me. A little slow but thorough

Everyone is patient, kind and well informed. I was assisted by Charles, David and JC and I would definately being my vehicle back to this location to be serviced. I arrived on time for my appointment and I wasnt rushed or pressured in making any decisions pertaining to add-ons. They took my vehicle in promptly and had me on my way at a reasonable time and my car drives like a DREAM! Thanks guys!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were supposed to put a starter on my car. I was promised that my car would be done before closing since I had to work tonight night and can’t call off. I called to check the progress, they got a “faulty” starter and said to call back. Called back for 2 HOURS until they finally stopped answering the phone. The shop is now closed and I have no way to work which is an hour away! Just HORRID and UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Let me start of by stating NTB are the only people to do any work on my car since it is new. I got an oil change about a month ago and today I noticed a lot of liquid under my car. So I popped the hood to check things out and found my oil cap in some hoses next to the radiator and oil everywhere. And I mean everywhere leaking down the front of my car over the lights, the entire engine was covered, the underside of my hood, it seems they didnt put the oil cap back on properly. This was a very messy and bad experience and I would not recommend this NTB location to anyone. On a positive note and the reason the got 2 stars instead of 1; when I called and explained my situation the gentleman was helpful and said I was able to go to a different location for repairs, I went to the one off Rockside Rd where they fixed the issues free of charge(obviously).

Went to NTB to solve a overheating problem with my vehicle. After a 100 plus dollar inspection, I was told that one of my head gaskets had blown. There’s was no mention of a thermostat problem, nor waterpump/engine fan issue. They quoted me for 2,000 dollars (300 in parts, 1700 in labor). Then one of the personnel stated that it could be even more once they started working on the car. Long story short, I took the car to another mechanic who replaced the thermostat and my cars hasn’t overheated since. I feel like NTB was trying to defraud me. I even told the guy I only came in to address the overheating issue.

Ive spent over $3,000 getting my car fixed with these guys in the last few months and every single time I leave their shop, theres a brand new scraping sound that was never there to begin with. Every time they fix something and charge me an arm and leg for it, I instantly have more issues with another thing that was never an issue before. Im almost certain that they create more issues so that they can later fix them up for even more money. These guys are con artists. The customer service is poor and they try to scheme their customers. This place should be shut down. Only came here because of how close it is, but never will I go here again.

The guys that work there are comedians and they took care of me and even state after hours to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you my brothers

I went in for two tires and an alignment. The manager took care of me with no problems. Everything was explained to me and I wasnt there all day like some other places.

Stay away from this location in south euclid. I am in my 3rd attempt to get a simple front alignment done because they cant get it right. After the 1st time, as soon ad I drove off the lot, the steering wheel was crooked and my service steering system warning light came on. So I took it back. The car sat there for 3 days and I heard nothing from them. So I contacted them and they told me the car would not start and that one tire was flat, so they just let it sit. I told them to jump start it and fill the tire. Two days later I heard nothing from them, again I reached out to them, to be told they tried but couldnt get it started. So I went out there with a tire pump and a battery charger and fixed it myself and then asked them to finish the alignment and look into why the warning light came on. They said they dont carry scan tools to check engine warning codes. They did the alignment and I picked up the car. Only to find as I drove away that the steering wheel is still crooked. So now back for a third time, the front desk guy gives me an attitude. On top of all this, they are very slow when they greet you. This place is filled with people that dont know jack about how to do their job.

Im changing my review of this place.. the Tires I paid.. over $700 went bad after barely 13000 miles & they expect ME to pay for 4 more tires.. $393 more.. oh wait how about $273 after Mistakes by them on the 1st quote were found.. District Mgr. was nice but not helpful expecting ME to pay $165 more.. Corporate wanted me to pay more.. lol.. Im not paying close to $1000 Thousand!!!! dollars for Sumitomo Tour Plus LSW soooo off to Court I go.. Pray for Me.. Thanks for letting me vent.. : )

Ive had two tires repaired there for free. A busted nozzle and a puncture. Because I bought them there. Their desk is slow, but otherwise, no complaints.

Set and appointment and still wont get started with you a hour or two after, dont see a point in making and appointment if you still got wait a hour or two for a oil change...once i asked what was taking so long they all of a sudden pulled mu car to the back and yet still took about 45 minutes after that to get done. Never spent hours getting a oil change until i went to this place.
