Josh is AMAZING. Patient and kinder than most. I went there bc I got a flat and had paid for the tire insurance. Although it took longer than I thought it would, I was happy, it was done right & Josh explained everything. When I got another flat months later, I went back! Nervous that my mother would miss her trip due to a flat, I took it to make sure that she was good. Josh welcomed me again. I had plans & was worried I would be there all day bc they said it was packed over the phone. They took the tire, since I had on a doughnut, and checked to see if it was fixable or not while I went on to the other engagements I had. I gave my mom my card & told her to take the car up there when they called. It was a smooth transition. The fixed the tire and put it right on when my mother arrived. Great service. Bathroom could use some work but they have a tire customer for life.

James is super! Recognizing my safety concerns for my family and my immeditate need he agreed to Stay late even after all other techs went home to fix all 4 of my tires. Been going to this shop for a couple of years and I have never felt taken. I have gotten honest answers with great service.

To preface, I know nothing about cars, they could have told me anything was wrong and I would have no way of knowing if it was true, I was really nervous I was going to get upcharged and I wouldnt know, James helped me out, he was very friendly, explained the issue, checked out my car, and even fixed it free of charge in just 15 minutes! Apparently it was a fairly simple fix, but they could have told me it was anything, I would definitely recommend this place as trustworthy, and worthy of your business, they have definitely gained a returning customer with myself, I highly recommend if your looking for a repair shop that isnt going to swindle you

I have been coming here for years even purchased my tires here im a loyal customer but not anymore I have been complaining for awhile that something was wrong with my tire I even asked during my oil change last month can they check them they told me nothing was wrong if my air light came on again then they would check it so I go Thursday to get air i was told again if it happened again bring it back so I go back Saturday to be told they cant help i need a appointment truly disappointed the service hasnt been the same since James has been gone

They got me in and out. I called another ace to put on my tire and they were trying to charge me double the price. I ordered a runflat tires to put on my vehicle and the other place was trying to charge $60 to put it on. They did it for $30 (that was with tax) and I was there less than an hour.

This is our familys go to spot for our car. Exceptional care and honest are important pin points to use. You will always be taken care of here. Highly recommended.

Made an appointment for an oil change. There was a miscommunication regarding where to drop keys off before opening. Keys were locked in box for an entire day because the manager was offsite on that day. Manager apologized and did the oil change for free and also change my windshield wiper that was broken! Great customer service and a great way to correct a potentially negative experience.

I called and ordered tires for my trailer. They said okay they will be here Friday. I call Friday and they tell me they cant order those tires and dont know what Im talking about. Total waste of time. Now its Friday and I cant use my trailer this weekend as I had planned.

Used these guys a few times for tires, brakes and this time some front end work on my Honda Accord. The have always done good work.

I went in for an oil change and a tire repair. Jim the manager showed me the tire was not repairable and that the other tires were too worn for safety.He got me a good deal on a new set of tires, and had be out the door in less than another 45 minutes. I am writing this review on the wonderful Mr. Tire team in South Euclid. I especially want to acknowledge James at this location for his help with my car. I had a very old car that was on its last leg. I am about to get a new car in about a month or so, and James was so transparent with me in terms of letting me know if fixing it was worth it, and didnt try to just get the sale. He understand my situation and helped in every way he could. It was the best experience I have ever had at a car mechanic. Thank you so much for your help! I’ll be going to this automatic for life! Very honest and best deals around with quality work! I took my brand new vehicle to the dealership to get its first oil change. The dealership did a “courtesy wheel alignment inspection” and said it was way off on my 1 month old vehicle, and that it was $120 to fix it. I promptly declined and went to this Mr. Tire. They put it up on their alignment rack and said it was only off by a minuscule amount. They corrected it for a fraction of the price at dealership! This is the place to go hands down. 🎉

I went to get a flat fixed and they helped me right away. The tire they had wasnt the best for me but even so he offered to fill air in my tires before I left because he noticed they were low. Kind people and down to earth.

Very professional and sweet. They didnt try to over charge me. They were very honest and said they couldnt perform the work that needed to be done. It was a slight delay getting my car back but if I ever needed tires I would check them out.

Highly recommend these guys. They always let us know what we actually need rather than over selling us. They let us know what we should expect to pay when we needed to go to the dealership for something so we weren’t overcharged. It’s like going to family. Going else where is a mistake, honest great people.

Fantastic group of mechanics. Took my car in for some weird sounds in the area of my tire. Turns out it was a loose part the was easily correctable and rather than nickel and dime me for looking at it, there was no charge. They even topped off my window washer fluid! Great spot, will definitely be returning.

Ive come to this place twice in two months. One was for an oil change and wheel balance. I got the oil change, but was told that the balance is unnecessary as I needed new tires. Two weeks later, I decided to change the rotors on my car as they were showing signs of warping. I was able to look at the tire, and sure enough it was bald. I went in today to get the new tires and a wheel alignment. My alignment was already in the green so that didnt need to be done. The prices were decent. The oil change was around $30.00 and the tires out the door was $217 for two. While I did find the tires cheaper at Walmart, I came here because of the excellent service. The manager could have sold me on an unnecessary wheel balance. He did not. He could have sold me on an alignment. He did not. That is good customer service right there.Great job.

Had a great experience getting one of my tire’s repaired by the team here at Mr. Tire. I called ahead to make an appointment the day before, arrived early the next day, was quickly checked in, and the team got to work on my tire! James was amazing I thought I needed wheel bearings and he was honest with me and told me that i needed tires and that i could hold off on buying right away if i just rotated so he rotated the tires. Im sitting here waiting to get my oil change and they have been nothing but helpful and nice and got me in and out in no time! I always come here for my oil changes and I love that they dont force me to buy extra stuff but they do let me know when its time for me to get new tires, breaks or any other services. As a female thats important because I know some shops will do that and that I really appreciate them for!

These guys were awesome. Hit a lovely Cleveland pothole and got a flat on the front drivers tire. Called a bunch of places and apparently tires for a 17 A4 are hard to find. The Audi dealership had them, but they wanted over $400, Mr Tire was under $300! These guys were able to source it in less than 24hrs. Went in after work at about 4:15p and was on my way home before 5p! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Next time I need tires, I will definitely go straight there! Ill be telling everyone I know to go there also.

Went in for a tire repair. It was done quickly and they noticed my rear brakes needed replaced. Very knowledgeable. Ryan was very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my tire. Also suggested newer tires, indicating my rear tires will need replaced soon. Will return soon.

These guys are great. We had a 4:00pm appointment to get new tires and diagnose front end shaking. My wife is a teacher and her school was closed that day die to snow. She asked if we could come in earlier and they said no problem. When we dropped off the car, the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. He said they were getting backed up. Within 45 minutes the new tires were installed and the front end issue was resolved. We thought the shaking was due to an alignment issue. It was actually just snow jammed and frozen into the wheel well. A disreputable place could have ripped us off. Mr. Tire was completely honest and charged us nothing for removing the packed snow. I would highly recommend the South Euclid Mr. Tire location. Great guys!!! 🙌👍👌

I had got two back tires May 2,2019. I got a piece of metal in the driver back tire. Called talked to Ryan he told me what to look for on my receipt. I had the warranty and took my car back to get fixed. Great service, very polite with excellent customer service.

Over charge me he gave me one quote that was acceptable than after he finished my vehicle it was thirty dollars more. I told a friend of mine to call to see how much it would cost to a part on her car they said sixty dollars then he told her for both sides one hundred and twenty dollars. She explain to him that she only had enough for the one side to get done he told her it would cost her eighty five dollars after he told her sixty dollars. Of course she didnt get it done this place is a rip off.

The Guys are awesome here they don’t waste time trying to rip you off. They come out and show you everything that’s wrong. They even brought out my completely clogged air filter for the inside of my car. I didn’t even know it was a thing. The prices are fair and the service is very quick but done right.

I come to this location anytime I need service on my vehicle. I have bought tires, oil changes, and have had major repairs done. The mechanics are knowledgable professional and honest. They wont make you fix something that isnt broken and the prices are very fair. Im always pleased with the service I receive.

These guys are very professional. I went there to check my breaks (there was a noisy sound) I thought I have to change the brakes. Well, it turned out that a wire was stuck in the brakes which caused the problem. They took good care of me and they never charge me anything!!.I used to go to other popular stores before (no need to say their names), but recently I changed and start going to Mr. tire. Since that time I have been very satisfied with the services (time, money... etc) .Thank you guys.

Honest mechanics and fair price for a franchise. Expect to pay around 10-15% over a mom and pop but the work quality and parts are much higher. Their labor charge is low so for long jobs it ends up around the same price. They do not misdiagnose or try to stick you with repairs you dont need and they waive the diagnostic fee if you get a repair done. Pretty cheap oil change too.

These guy are amazing. Had a rental car flat, and they took care of me. Didnt try to sell me anything extra. They repair my front passenger side tire and I was on my way.

Today has been one of those not so great “mommy days” dealing with constant crying and mood swings to then turn around and have my tire go bad on me. And to make things worst the amount it cost for a new tire was beyond my means and unfortunately my tire was not in any condition of being simply repaired. I turned to Mr.Tire for help and when I say not only did they provide service they are supposed to but they went beyond their jobs and showed empathy, compassion and patience. I am beyond greatly for their service. I had my son with me which was hard but they assisted in helping him stay calm and happy. And when I wasn’t in a position to afford the tire for my car needed they took the extra measure to reduce the cost beyond what they were supposed to to ensure me and my son had our vehicle back road ready and safe to get home. They turned a disaster into a wonderful blessing. Thank you so much to the manager James as well as the other gentlemen working there.

This was the best experience I’ve had getting a tire last minute. I hit the mother of all potholes and got a flat. I was stressed out, didn’t know what I needed and the guys at the shop took care of it, didn’t make me feel like an idiot, and had me put the door super fast. I will definitely be back!!!
