I had a flat tire just down the street from Tire Choice. All their bays were full and they took the time to inspect the flat tire and change it to the donut to get me on my way. They did all this just shy of their closing hours. Truly angels in disguise. Really appreciated their help that day.

I came in at 4pm on a Sunday with a big piece of glass in my flat tire :( The two guys working stayed for a whole hour after closing time to help me out. They even went to another location to get the right tire to fit my car. I cant express how great of an experience I had at this shop. They were funny, professional, and made me feel safe and welcome. If you need anything for your car I cant recommend this place enough. I will be back (but hopefully not with glass in my tire!!!)

I need a oil change and some tires but I came back to visit this is the first place I brought it to.. me and my mother have been longtime customers.They always try to work with me. They always try and fit in when they can and if they cant they will tell us come back tomorrow or leave the car.We always have excellent customer service. Bought tires from Costco. One tire leaked, took it to Costco twice for repair. They said it was a rim leak, might need a new rim. Third time it leaked, took it to dealer who said it was a rim leak.Put up with putting air in this tire for months and months.Brought it in to Tom and his gang at Monro. Turns out the TPMS valve was the problem, not a rim leak.Tom is very friendly, seems to believe in doing good work at a good price.

Its the only shop I let work on my vehicles! these guys are very intelligent and friendly. I always deal with Dave and he goes out of his way to explain exactly whats wrong and helps me understand the issue and what it will take to correct it without breaking the bank. I trust that I can drop it off and they will take care of the issue quick. Mike is the other guy at the font desk and he is always friendly and helpful. Good shop with good mechanics.

Ive been taking my car here for over 4 years (2008 Toyota Avalon). My experience has always been good. From Strut replacement to Oil changes, they have always done a good job. I just recently took my vehicle in because the heat shield was rattling. They fixed this for no charge. I recommend this repair facility.

I had to get my car towed in because of a flat. I’m new to the area and I happened to choose this location based on distance but also reviews. I spoke with Dave on the phone who was very friendly and kind even over the phone. I got a lift with the tow truck driver and the second I walked in the door, Dave knew who I was just based on our phone conversation. He took my car back and I went and walked around. When I came back, it was repaired. Dave found a screw and he patched it up with no charge. Also, Andre helped too. I have to say, genuine humanity and kindness are not often found easily. Well I can tell you that Dave and Andre are two wonderful people. I am now a loyal customer and I will be taking all of my vehicles here. And I will definitely refer people I know. Who would think that a day starting with a flat tire would end up being so great?! Thanks guys. You are super awesome.

We had a general inspection done on 5/8/18 and we have been coming here for years and years for everything we need done. Prices are always very reasonable and they do an impeccable job in a timely manner. Tom has always helped us get in as soon as possible when we have issues with our cars and hes always very nice and helpful. Dave has also been great whenever weve worked with him as well. A fantastic place to go!

Tom and the guys at Monro in S Euclid are top notch. Ive been bring my cars here for years and they always get to the issue, but more importantly, theyre honest and dont find problems where there are none. In my book, thats the highest praise you can give a car shop. Theyre also responsive which rates high on the mechanicometer.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. I also felt I received a fair price on a wheel bearing change.However, during the wheel bearing change, an important nut was left off during reassembly, resulting in the wheel falling off my car while driving the next day. Monroes insurance company footed the bill of my totaled car without much delay.Would recommend for oil changes and minor car maintenance, but nothing more significant than that.

Dave was the one around who would help us when we had a nail in our tire. Even though they were about to close. He was incredibly kind and generous to us when we got there. He fixed the tire no problem and did an amazing job. He was able to tell us the whole story, an excellent mechanic. Totally recommend to go here

The guy at the desk was condescending, and when I got back home to New York discovered that my lug nuts were so loose I could have lost a tire on my way and potentially been hurt. In their defense however. Id had work done in N.Y. at my neighborhood Monro, so I guess it could have been their negligence.

After a long day I pulled into my driveway only to be alerted by my car that I was losing air. I was losing air at a fast rate. I rushed up to the nearest tire shop and was referred to Monroe Muffler on Mayfield Rd in South Euclid. I spoke to the manager and the inspection was done and the tire was plugged. All in less than 15 minutes! The manager even let me have the repair for free! I will definitely frequent this location more often for my car care needs.

This past weekend I was in a jam and this Monro location stepped up to the plate. I was driving through Cleveland late Saturday night when my car broke done unexpectedly. Luckily, I was able to get my car to this monro location which is open on Sunday, as it was late Saturday night and wasn’t currently opened. Since I needed to get to my sister’s graduation which was roughly five hrs from Cleveland I got a rental car and drove praying that Monro could fix my vehicle on Sunday. Well Dave and his staff came through in a big way, they took care of the issues on my car and had it ready for pickup the time I drove back through on Sunday. A real life saver! Highly recommend.

I just left a review under another family member’s account On accident- which still stands! But I want to write another one from my own account. To start, if I could rate this location more stars than 5 I would. I had to get my car towed in this morning because of a flat. Unfortunately my car didn’t come with a spare. Let me just say that my great experience began with my initial phone call to Monro. Dave was the man I spoke with on the phone and was extremely helpful right from the start. Upon arriving at Monro, I was greeted by Dave who remembered me from our phone call. I didn’t even have to tell him who I was. I went and ran some errands while my car was being worked on. When I returned, my car was about done. Dave found a screw and patched it up, good as new. So, customer service was AWESOME. BUT WAIT, it gets better!!!! Dave didn’t charge me for this repair. I paid 0.00. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. Also, Dave did not try to upsell me on anything. Actually, he was honest with me about the condition of my tires and about how long I had until it was time for new ones. He also heard me when I said my newer car only came with a air pump instead of a spare. He suggested a great solution for me and in the best way to save money. So Dave gave me the honest truth about my tires, when my dealership told me I needed 600.00 in new tires. He also provided an excellent solution for a spare. This guy is such a great human being. And the people who work there do a great job and you can trust the quality. I just picked this place based on how far it was from my home. I’m new to the area so I chose based on distance and reviews. I made the right choice. They have gained a loyal customer out of me, and for those in my family and I will sure to be referring Monro- this specific location- to anyone who will listen. I would also like to mention Andre, the other guy working there. Super nice guy. Believe it or not, a flat tire experience made my day today. Great people and great service. Hit and miss. Decent job on an exhaust repair I had done (didnt predict that the rest of the pipe was failing soon but you cant always tell).On another occasion though, completely tried to fleece me. Took it in because it wasnt starting well and the exhaust needed some work to boot, they start telling me I had dead cylinders, possible busted head gasket, and I need to pay more for some diagnostics- $110 an hour (more than the dealership) and only half back if you get the work done (its 100% almost anywhere). Then they quote a single A-pipe with cat converter at $1200, nice joke, OEM part from the dealer is $800, third party is around $300 average.Decline, go home, look for myself, fuel line is leaking. Now I notice it was leaking before I left too. Little dried up fuel puddles all over the driveway. Call them up ask if they noticed it or maybe pressurized the line. Nope. How can you not notice a fuel line leak in a bad starter? It should be like the second thing you check.I guess it depends whos working that day. Get a quote if its for exhaust but anything else stay away.

I take my 2009 cts to the dealer for oil changes and the inspection trusting I will get good feedback. After the oil change I was presented with colorful detailed printouts of rear brake, outer tie rod and stabilizer link diagrams, purpose, dangers etc. And recommended immediate repairs for all at $1200 with about $689 for the brakes. So I went over to Monro at 4311 mayfield and got a second opinion as Daddy always said. The stabilizer links and outer tie rods are fine with no play at all. Rear brakes with lifetime warranty, new rotors, new wipers for $355 out the door. Plus they are popping in a loose fog lamp cover for me that Cadillac would not. I highly reccomend Dave and his team at Monro for honest service at fair prices.

Dave the POS behind the counter decided to charge my mom who doesnt know any better $400 for an alternator for a car from 1998 and another $350 for the labor. another ridiculous price for the battery and the grand total? over $900 for an alternator and battery?! yea right! classic case of scumbag mechanics taking advantage of the older women.

Using them to fix my brakes so far the service is amazing let’s hope my car is in tip top shape long as they work on her.

Rude customer service I came for a oil changed and it’s always the same man that answer the phone tells me I have to make an appointment. I said I will wait he told me it doesn’t work like that, they just opened up when I came in. He told me that I could wait till 6 o’clock then if I’m going to wait,I left and went Rainbow muffler with no problems.

You have the comfort of a reputable chain, but their technicians arent at all trustworthy. Some work was faulty and had to bring it back. Receipts printed wrong, had to go back to get accurate record for dealership.

My mother went there today to have a muffler replaced that was installed there 2 years ago. She described the young man at the front desk as rude and dismissive. He never greeted her to see what she needed but once someone else told him to take care of her there was not much care given.He told her that he was surprised it even lasted 2 years when she had expressed concern over the muffler needed replacement so soon. This is not acceptable for a business to allow people like this to mistreat paying customers, I will stay away, thankfully I have a local mechanic I trust in Willoughby.

They kept my car for three days with no communication. When I called on the fourth day they told me that they were waiting for me to confirm the work or not, but I got no calls message or emails from them. This happened both times I took my car to them, once for a check engine light and now. They jack up the parts price. They told me that an alternator costs $389 but ntb, Firestone and other high name business priced the alternator between $100 and $250.

Very speedy service and great job on my back brakes.
