Brought my dad there. He was getting coffee to go. He ordered and paid for a low fat latte. The cashier didnt ask his name for his order. He waits and waits and doesnt even hear the name of his drink. Asks about it and gets a response from a barista telling him that they dont make low fat lattes, only low fat or whole.Come on people, get it together. Explain this at the order point, not after the fact.Anyway, for others, location is Davis square. Dont expect parking anywhere in Davis Square. Take the T (bus/subway), walk or have a friend drive you for pick up.

Out of almost everything for the past several weeks with no updates on why, or when we could expect our usual favorites to return. Several times we have ordered online, only to have items fully missing upon our arrival with no refund offered. Why visit at all? Diesel cafe and Nine Bar espresso are in the area and infinitely better-- choose them, theyre worth the extra dollar or so.

Always a favorite morning or afternoon they always make my machiatto just right lol love it. I was disgusted that in Dallas while waiting on my ordered drink I was told the bathroom is out of service just to be told Didnt know you were a customer by the staff at the counter. I had just seen a homeless woman of so called another race be waited on as if she was getting more then the free cup of ice in comparison to my $5.68 beverage wow. They need to really come up with the customer service. I had already been to the same starbucks 2 times that morning and got the same drink bringing my total to over $16. How much does a person of minority race need to spend for equality??

Ordered ice coffee with almond milk no sugar.The order was complete with sugar.Gave back iced coffee and got a corrected one.

My favorite Starbucks in the area, the staff is always helpful and even offer up suggestions to my order when asked on trying something new . The service is usually very quick even when ordering frappe drinks that can be time consuming and its always ready when i walk in from placing a mobile order.

Quiet in the heart of Davis Square

One of my fav Starbucks stores. Nice baristas. Skimming through their furniture layout, it would seem awkward at first. You will then find their sofas/armchairs are placed in a genius way! Super cozy spots, must try. Air cooling is a bit too strong. Qi wireless charging on most tables/seat, awesomely convenient.

Excellent Starbucks that is on the larger size. Plenty of long tables and space to work.

I went here with my mom and omg the coffee there is so good and no this is like my millionth time I went to Starbucks it’s beautiful inside. The employees were so kind and pleasant. I recommend coming here if you live near Davis square.

Starbucks is like the favourite coffee cafe for all college going or working employees. Because the light music, soothing coffees, perfect lighting and ambience make it a best place. Tried a lot of lattes, espressos, frappes- loved maximum flavours. Even for snacks I can say it’s a good place. Best thing about Starbucks is that we can find it at walking distance from everywhere we halt or stay. Their memoirs, been here series cups are also awesome. I really like using its bottles and mugs for having coffee at home.

Terrible. Every time I go here I always ask for the same thing with a cream base. Never have gotten it with a cream base.

Love the location of this Starbucks, right in the center of Davis Square. They have lots of seating space where people are working on their laptops and having meetings at all times of the day. I go there often and staff is friendly and accommodating. They carry almost all Starbucks products and beverage options, and you can use the app deals here too.

Good place for some work. In a cold weather doors open and bring some cold air in, just make sure you have sweater on if staying longer.Nice space and has a lot of studying crowd in, vibrant location!

Cozy atmosphere for doing work

This Starbucks is a unique one that I have seen so far. It has comfortable sofas near a fireplace, nice music, and a nice space. Nice Bathrooms as well.

Great place to sit, study, and work. Place is quite large with bunches of people and traffic, which can be challenging at other places. Staff is great. The manager does a really great job in making sure the place offers a very comfortable atmosphere and great coffee house experience. Definitely one of the best Starbucks Ive been to.

Busy Starbucks. Usually service is quick. They are a lot of people who stay at this Starbucks. It is pretty much always full. They have a small outdoor area with four relatively small tables.

I love this spot and service is always great. I only deducted a star because quite a few power outlets dont work and it can be difficult when working on your laptop if you need to charge. Other than that...excellent.

Sad service, big disappointment. Great place, big room, comfy seats and a bunch of nice customers. I guess is Sunday evening and everybody wants to go home but It is still important to answer back nicely to a customer when the order is placed, and have the pastry presentable on the counter. Ok, smile is an option.

My second favorite Starbucks in the the whole Greater Boston area after the famous Harvard Square location. Ample space to enjoy your coffee on comfortable couches. As in all other Starbucks stores, they turn on the AC so much in summer months you start freezing - but thats just how people do it in the US of A.

Its a great place to hang out on your own or with friends. Its a good place to get out and be among people when the weather outside is unbearable. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that they turn the heat way down at 9 to encourage people to leave earlier before closing. The employees are nice and they mix a good chai.

Its a Starbucks. They do a good job meeting their main clienteles needs (Lots of table space for studying Tufts students), and the employees are both unflappable and kind. Early morning hours are great for capping of an all nighter )

Has more space than most Starbucks in Somerville / Cambridge, but would recommend going early if it is a Sunday if you want a spot to sit down, read, study, etc. This area is near a lot of colleges, and attracts a lot of students, particularly on Sundays. Mobile ordering works really smoothly here, and the staff is friendly. They could get more of the comfy leather chairs.

Normally I wouldnt bother writing a review for Starbucks and this location isnt anymore remarkable than any other, but I just have to share how much I like their new blonde espresso. Which to anyone who actually frequents good coffee places, means this version doesnt have the signature Starbucks burnt flavor. Why did it take so long for them to do that?

This is probably the best cafe--certainly, the best Starbucks--in Somerville or Cambridge. It has floor-to-ceiling windows on a lively street scene as well as a small but pleasant patio in summer. Theres even a fireplace for cold weather. Its a great place for students & researchers, with lots of outlets & even charging stations, but also a good spot to meet a friend & converse.The food & drinks are standard fare for an upscale cafe (& typically overpriced).

This starbucks is very busy as there are a ton of seats for the person who needs to be busy and the staff is very nice as well. The only complaint is that it is a tad bit more expensive than starbucks cafes in central mass as my tea was over two bucks while in central mass it was less than two dollars. Overall, its a good place to chill in the square and drinks come out quick.

Davis outpost of the chain. The coffee you expect, but very crowded with Tuft undergrads during the school year, so dont expect seating. Very large posting board is a good place to learn about local events.

Stopped in to beat the heat with an iced latte and avail myself of the wifi. Lots of table seating and power outlets. Nice spot to study or work.

While it IS a Starbucks and Id rather go to Diesel, it is a nicely kept Starbucks and the staff there is always warm and helpful. I might not sit down and spend an afternoon in here, but its definitely an acceptable stop on my morning commute when I just need a quick infusion of caffeine.

Commonly busy but a lifesaver for working in Davis - the Wifi never runs out! They also have Plus, the staff are very friendly. A bit hard to find a seat, but once you do, its great!

Most Starbucks have good service. This one has incredible service. After just one visit a new barista will often know my name. If there isnt a line they are happy to talk about coffee, share drink recipes and food recommendations. They rarely get an order wrong and on the rare occasions it happened they made immediate replacements and comped the drink(over my protests, it was usually my mistake for mumbling or talking too fast).The coffee and espresso beverages are fresh, well crafted and easy to personalize. The prepaged foods are usually delicious and well priced.

Pro tip: like all starbucks, the food is mediocre. Score better food across the street at diesel cafe, where the food is excellent, but the coffee is awful, and get your drink here.
