Good spot for some breakfast & quick bite to eat. The breakfast bagel I had wasn’t bad it was good for on the go & pretty quick service. It was a lil bit pricey for 2 breakfast sandwiches & 1 frappe. The frappe was was also pretty good, the shop was clean & fair amount of space to sit and eat. Great area for walking to & from, not so much parking wise. Overall pretty good, will Come back to eat & sit so that I can probably enjoy a full breakfast.

Friendly staff, but definitely overworked and understaffed.I orderer chicken and waffles and i kid you not, they took frozen eggo waffles out of the freezer and into the toaster. Id be mad if it werent hilarious. And for $16😅. I know plenty of ppl like eggo waffles, but just beware this is what youre getting when you order waffles (zoom into kitchen pic to see). Was also surprised to find the chicken smothered in cheese and gravy. If you go there, stick to the pancakes.

I was in the area and this place had decent rating.. I got there, door was locked and 3 employees inside. I tried calling and watched as NO ONE was considerate enough to answer the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The website says open until 5pm!! If the hours changed there should be a notice on the door and update your website. There were 2 other potential customers that came thinking they were open.

Nice neighborhood coffee shop in Union Square, serving up a large selection of in-house made breakfast and lunch options with good quality coffee drinks (the huge syrup flavor wall collection is impressive!). Nice mix of standard and Brazilian influenced dishes (Brazilian cheese bread!), sammies, and salads. Todays post shows their Toro Brioche (toasted brioche, shaved steak, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, and tomato), a huge sandwich enough for two meals or one hungry meal. Good flavors (not overly spiced). Prices are pretty reasonable for Union Square, especially for the quality. They close by mid / late afternoon typically, be forewarned.

Rude waitstaff, accompanied by smooth. Christian rock. Very bad experience. Turnovers tasted old...Edit: cant respond to owners comment, but the bairrista was rude to my mother, who speaks with an accent. The bairrista who also spoke with a (British) accent kept getting visibly frustrated with questions and requests. My mom was not happy when she told me about it, and she didnt like the turnover.

I went with my friend for brunch and each had an omelette. I ordered The Prospect with salmon and egg white which was one of the best omelets in my life. It was very juicy due to the sauce and not heavy. It becomes one of my favorite brunch places. The smoothies are great and the syrup selection for coffee is simply stunning. Love it

Absolutely lovely little coffee house! The first time I went they treated me with such respect and were extremely kind.I had their Nutella French toast and it was incredible. Three large slabs of French toast absolutely COVERED in Nutella with two sides of whipped topping and strawberries. Their house blend of coffee is fantastic as well.I highly recommend for those in the area and passing through!

This review is for the Worcester location. Such friendly staff and their coffee is amazing. They offer oat milk! (which is harder for me to find). They also allowed my pup to wait inside with me (he was on leash and is very well mannered) while my food was being prepared. Businesses like this make is so easy to shop local. Go give them a visit !

These guys constantly mess up my orders and its not even small stuff. Ill order waffles with bacon and over easy eggs and get pancakes with Canadian bacon and scrambled (happened more than once). Their iced coffee has no ice and waters down right away. Their cook doesnt know how to do eggs, over-easy eggs are always always always over-hard.Edit: Increased from 2 because they genuinely tried to make my situation better.

I mean they have coffee and it seems clean. There was no ice in my cold brew. Bagel was not better looking than Dunkin Donuts. Person making food wasnt wearing a mask so I didnt eat it. For the price point its not a great deal. There are better options within a mile for quality or value.

Had an online order from an app. There was a mismatch between pickup time and closing time of the bakery. The owner disgruntly obliged and fulfilled the order. I didnt end up tasting the baked goods myself because I was bringing then to a party, but the service left something to be desired and I dont intend to return based on that experience. I do appreciate that in the end they honored the order (though it was a bit of a battled to get them to do so).

They have the best muffins on Earth.I have had baked goods all around the world. Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, England, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, India, Iceland, Japan, China and many more... but what they have done here is something else. Period. :)

Review №45

This place is basically just a diner disguised as a coffee shop; theres a weird assortment of mediocre food and drinks that are all decently priced, and served in a dining area that is clean but stale. The service is extremely friendly, and theres a large assortment of self-serve coffee syrups for you to use at your discretion. The establishment very clearly cannot make up its mind on what the vibe ought to be, but its certainly hard to consider it a coffee shop when the menu uses the spelling expresso.

Great little place in the midst of some so called big wig restaurants. We were a party of 13 that just landed into this place after having a horrible experience at a nearby restaurant called Juliet. The 2 guys managing the front were very helpful and allowed us to pretty much rearrange the tables at their place so that we could all sit together. We ordered, omelets, bagels, sandwiches, muffins, tea, coffee and juices and EVERYTHING was delicious. It did take a while for our food to come out and it came out one by one, but clearly theyre not a sit down restaurant staffed appropriately to accommodate big groups. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice place, great atmosphere, good music, friendly staff, quiet and not busy which I love. The dark roast coffee had a little bit of an after taste. Unsure if it was coffee or half and half creamer that caused it. I would definitely go again but would try a different coffee.

My first couple of times at this place and I am very impressed with the service and the selection of food! Im selfishly reluctant to write a review in the event that itll start drawing too many people here. Its certainly a gem hidden amongst all the coffee houses in the Boston area.Tables are nicely spaced apart, decor is clean and artsy, and coffee / food are tasty. I spent most of Sunday here catching up on work, and the place was never more than a third occupied. Only thing Id like more is bigger portion size - my turkey jerk panini had only one or two slices of turkey, which I thought was too few for the price.

Awful experience ordered food and took it home. Told the gentleman taking my order very clearly in English that on the steak and cheese please do not put onions and peppers. My order is completed and I arrive home to find the order was incorrectly made. I brought back the item for replacement and the owner picked off the onions and peppers and in less than one min gave it back to me.I explained I cant eat anything that touched onions and he yelled at me and told me next time tell them that when I ordered he gave me a classic RBF and walked away. At this time we both decided I would take my money back and depart never to patronize that establishment ever again. Poor poor customers service had a friend who had a similar incident. It seems like if you speak Portuguese your good because its Brazilian owned and they bend over backwards for them. Also overpriced 2 sandwiches and a muffin was 22 dollars with a tip. Avoid avoid avoid. Awful customer service.
