Giving a one star review for poor customer service. I asked for a quote on a piñata and waiting several days and they never got back to me. I even called and asked if they could respond to my emails, the person who answered said they would asap but never did. If you couldn’t create the design that’s fine but at least let me know so I could find someone who can instead of making me think they could help me just days away from my event.

I called the factory. The lady answered in Spanish. I asked if anyone their spoke English? She said no just Spanish. LOL.
