My experience at this location was nothing less than Amazing! I needed paint for a project and Lyia went above and beyond to make sure I had all the supplies I needed and took the time to discuss the difference in paint finishes and trim.She even took my color sample to the natural light at the window ta make sure I was happy with my color choice.She offered tips and tricks to get me started all with a smile on her face and pep in her step;)Without hesitation will chose this location for all future projects!

Please avoid this location and save yourself the time and trouble. The location on Cumberland Parkway (2451 Cumberland Pkwy SE Ste 100, Atlanta, GA 30339) is SO much better. I came to this location to get concrete paint, I needed 3 gallons, they confirmed that they had 3. After waiting 45 minutes for them to mix the paint, I was told that they only have 2 gallons. The associate helping me misplaced the 3rd gallon, or so I was told. Really? Nonetheless, I accepted it and moved on.As we started painting, we realized that the paints were 2 different colors. When I went back to the location, I was told that they were having issues with their mixing machine and that is the reason why the paint colors are different. Are you kidding me? Of course, they did not have the paint and if they did, they couldnt mix it anyway. I went to a different store and had to buy even more paint to paint over the incorrect paint that they gave me. A complete waste of time and money. Complete incompetence on their part. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is always super helpful at this location. I’ve moved away from this area but my new local SW store was out of stock of the paint I needed so I decided to come back; and they a) had in stock what I needed and b) were super helpful and efficient as always. I don’t miss Smyrna - but I do miss this SW location!

NEVER go here for anything if you need any help or questions about your project at all. We have tried to go here three times and have had the same TERRIBLE experience every single time. We have gone instead to the location off Waverly Way SE in Marietta and they have been amazing every single time. So helpful!

I just had a very positive first experience at this location. I’ve gone to SW for paint for years and always have gotten the service I needed.The store was quite busy and not at all because of slow service. Both sales associates were working efficiently to help all of the customers. Cameron was very helpful, friendly, and had an excellent attitude despite being busy. And Kendrick lent a hand while still attending the needs of another customer.I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

Got paint for our home. Most people arent aware that most professional painters use Serwinn Williams or why. They sell a better quality paint. Its worth the extra cost. Spend more on paint and paint less often.

First time leaving a review, probably my worst SW experience in 8 years of using them. Didnt seem like they had any interest in having materials, making matches, or selling paint.

Not impressed, at all. Placed an order online, and waited for the confirmation email to tell me that my order was ready.I arrived about an hour after I received my confirmation email and I called the store to tell them I was in the parking lot for curbside pickup. I was instructed to come into the store.I waited about 15 minutes In line before I went to the counter to inform the associate I was just picking up an order, and not buying anything.I was told to wait in line, and waited an additional 15-20 min before an associate was able to hand me my merchandise that was in plain view on the counter and already paid for.Quite ridiculous.

Lea was fast and efficient and definitely knows the products you carry.

Where you should always buy paint. Personnel are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. But this location on Concord Road in Smyrna is very busy and the lines are frequently long. But waiting is worth it. Also have all grades of paint available from contractor grade to premium grades.

Ive been waiting for a paint gallon for 45 minutes. The women are happy to work harder than the boy, unfortunately he attended me and spent the whole time sending text messege.

The customer service is so much better than you might find at a Home Depot or Lowes. The people at Sherwin Williams really know their business and seem to take pride in making sure you get the best advice for your situation.

Generally speaking this is a nice, clean and organized store with helpful service but I would appreciate the staff providing reminders about coupons or discounts I may have.

Very poor customer service I walked in went to the counter no one asked me may I help you what are you looking for or anything so I took it upon myself to ask myself and the guy behind the counter pointed to where the product I was looking for was located and when I got the product and took it to the counter I stood there like I was in The Invisible Man to them for about 5 to 8 minutes there was a woman watching me so I begin to look around felt uncomfortable getting frustrated because there was a man with a shirt that says Sherwin-Williams on it had a cell phone in his hand texting not even responding to me that I may need to check out so again I took it upon myself to ask if someone could check me out so the man with the cell phone in his hand finally looked at me and then he went forth to check me out I was very disappointed at the service I received there today
