They did a great job. Juliana was amazing working with us from start to finish. I had to keep pushing our install date out because our contractor was delayed in finishing the basement, and they were more than accommodating with us. We got 4 quotes, and they were the second lowest one. I’m very glad we chose them. We will be coming back to them for any of our needs for cabinets & countertops.

BEST WAIT EVER - When I arrived at Impact Countertops recently I was asked to wait. There were two chairs so I took the one not occupied by Snow. Snow is a solid white fur baby with dark coal eyes. When I sat down, Snow got up, walked over and put his front legs on my knees. What choice did I have but to pick him up? Then he puts his front paws on my chest so we are eye-to-eye. After introductions, a chat and a good rub down, Snow returned to work, napping. This nap is in my lap. Best wait ever! The moral of this little tail is that every waiting area needs a little Snow. 😉

Great customer service! Initially worked with Tammy on getting started with project of installing granite in bathrooms and kitchen and she was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the installers and job was not completed as agreed to. Murillo(The owner) personally came out to inspect the job and showed promptness in correcting the issue. He genuinely cared about our satisfaction as well as the quality of their work.

From the start with Gabriels clear descriptions of the product and process and price; help from Tammy and Jessica at the store; and final installation on schedule...I am very satisfied! The countertops are beautiful and perfectly fitted without any dust during installation. They create a template for measuring so all cutting is done in the warehouse. I have compared other companies and I highly recommend Impact.

This review is long past due, but this place is amazing. Both Tammy and Murilo helped my wife and I out.I found this place due to the proximity to where I work, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and quality of their business. They have their stocked warehouse, workspace, and show room all in the same location, so you can pick out the exact slab there without having to travel to a different location like you would with a Home Depot or Lowes. Not to mention, Impacts starting prices are very comparable if not cheaper. They also dont try to hide any fees; they are very straight forward - x amount for the sink cut out, x amount per sq foot, x amount for installation.I was also super impressed and pleased with the service. The first time I visited was after covid started, so I called ahead to make sure they were still open. Come to find out they were doing appointment only, so Murilo came out to meet me at my convenience, and Im pretty sure he came in just for me, as in he had no other scheduled appointments that day because it was a Saturday. He showed me their inventory, and instead of trying to up sell, he actually tried to down sell by finding similar options that were cheaper. Bottom line is that they want their customers to be satisfied with all aspects of the process.Tammy helped with the purchasing and scheduling and was extremely fast and personally worked with my schedule. Now, granted that this was during covid when their work load was, Im sure, much lighter, their turn around time was quite literally one day. I called Tammy on the evening when the new cabinets were installed, she sent their template guy out the following morning, and they were back the next morning with the cut slab and installed it within 24 hours from when they took the template. Everything was swift, neither the template guy or installers left behind a mess, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly!My sister is about to redo her kitchen as well, so we will 100% for sure be back here when it comes time to do her counter tops! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone even thinking about needing new counter tops - you will not be disappointed!

My experience with Impact Countertops was really great. I saw their work and they were also recommended so I had them do a kitchen installation and its absolutely beautiful work. I had a very good interaction with Impact Countertops sales rep, he is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful.The whole process was easy and they showed up on time. They did an outstanding job. They even cleaned up the mess they didnt make.

These guys - especially Gabriel - were honestly fantastic. They were prompt, communicated well, and my new countertops look superb. I got the Mazi sink from them too and the whole combo really took my kitchen to the next level. From visiting the showroom to finished install took only 9 days, and that included Thanksgiving! I am very pleased with Impact Countertops product and service.Their price is lower than 4 other quotes we had but the quality was very high.We hand picked out slap at the shop and they came out to laser measure and template and send out the layout of the countertop to show us how the the flow of vein matches at the joints and make sure if we were happy with it. They did very good job at matching the flow so even though its three picese of stone the joints were barely visible and looks like just one piece.The installers were very kind and professional as well. They were quick installing the countertop, cutting wholes for cooktop and faucet at the site making joints almost seamless.They kindly answered to all the questions I had for them.We are very pleased with their service and would recommend them to any one.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Impact Countertops of Smyrna GA.  Pre-sales: Gabriel Borges did an excellent job working with us to select the exact quartz countertop we wanted, at a very competitive price.  He followed up throughout the measurement and install process, meeting all our schedule needs  and changes. Installation was the best in the business.  Removed existing granite countertops without a nick or chip to existing backsplash. You cant go wrong with Impact countertops!

Updated: Impact came out again this morning and was able to remove the marks that were originally on our pricey quartz countertops this time. We are happy to report that we have beautiful countertops and Impact followed through with correcting any issues that we had.

We were able to get some exotic granite countertops for two of our bathroom vanities at a great price. Initially there was an issue with one of the countertops, but Murilo (owner) was able to get his crew back out same day to correct! Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Super nice people, good location and good selection. I found their remnant prices a bit higher than expected and got the exact piece of quartz at another store in Marietta for $10 less a s/f ($30 not $40).

Buyers Beware - Worst home renovation experience ever with Impact Countertops ! From incorrect measurements which led to an inaccurate quote (which they didnt notify me of until after 50% had already been paid), unprofessional staff (that constantly rescheduled and gave me conflicting information), installers that installed two different colors of countertop where the seams met, damage to existing cabinets when removing old countertops, trash/debris left under the cabinet in my kitchen, & a rude, disrespectful, and incompetent owner that lied and made excuses the entire time, it seemed like everything that could go wrong did! This companys unprofessionalism and incompetence led me to go without a sink and running water in my kitchen for over 3 weeks! And once I showed them the damage to my cabinets that occurred during tear out of my old countertops, I was accused of lying and told the damage was already there and initially only offered $100 to compensate for the damage. Once I told them $100 was unacceptable they sent a cabinet guy out to glue a wood panel on top of the damaged cabinet instead of actually offering to fix the damage. I ended up with okay countertops, one side of the cabinet that is slightly a different color from the rest, missing cabinet trim, and extreme regret from not going with a more reputable countertop installation company. While I saved a couple hundred off the final total for the trouble, when you are paying thousands a couple hundred dollars doesnt come close to fully compensating me for the time I spent going back and forth with the owner, stress, difficulties, and additional money I spent while my kitchen was not in service. Im not exactly sure how they earned a 5 star rating on google and I definitely would not recommend Impact Countertops to ANYONE I know!!!

Recently moved into a new house in Austell, broke the budget on furnishings and added some cabinets. Wasnt looking foward to spending and installing myself, between 4 and 5 hundred dollars (2 of 3 quotes) more on a 6 granite countertop to match the existing. Ester from Impact countertops gave me a price price $50 less than the 2nd lowest and included install! Install guys were great.
