I love the item selections. I had one problem. It was the cashier; she didnt ask me for my reward number during check out and as I was helping my mother the cashier assisted about 5 more customers and asked them if they had an reward number. I asked why she didnt ask if I had a reward number. Of course she claimed she did ask me. But clearly she didnt ask, because I didnt answer and clearly if I can hear you asking other customers I would have hear you during my check out. This was clearly poor customer service at that moment for her. One bad apple makes all the apples bad!!!!

Cashier was awesome! Manager had an attitude.

I visited the Big Lots store on S Cobb drive Smyrna GA. I just happened to get a buggy that was very loud and noisy. I looked up and saw an employee gentleman with another buggy in exchange for the one I had. His name was Darrel....I was told by another professional employee the name of Sonya @ the register. Those two employees displayed excellent friendly customer service. I hope they get the recognition they deserve, by having customers such as myself to visit the store on S.Cobb. Keep up the GREAT work Sonya and Darrel.

Clean, well lit, and reasonably organized. Was able to find my items quickly as the store layout & signage ACTUALLY MADE SENSE! 😯... Only drawback was slow check out as there were people restocking shelves instead of getting customer out the door... Overall positive experience...

Employees and management were so professional and courteous; they went above and beyond to locate items for us which werent on the floor yet, so they went to the stock room and brought some out to us. What a great staff👍👍👍😊

I love shopping at Big Lots. They dont always have everything I need but the prices are great for what I do buy. I have bought several Sealy Mattresses and very satisfied with them. They are manufactured in the United States, and come with a 10 year warranty from Sealy.

This entire store exemplified amazing customer service from the cashiers all the way to the back furniture department. I was so happy they had the sectional I was looking for and Seneca, Adrianne, and Shequera were BEYOND helpful! They were funny, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the departments products and delivery 3rd parties. My husband and I just purchased our first home and this easy process of purchasing some of our furniture made me so happy. I may live almost 30 minutes away but I have most definitely made this my Biots store of choice. The front cashiers and manager this Saturday morning were super sweet and friendly. Wonderful shopping experience. I make sure to write reviews for good customer service just as I do when I receive bad customer service because good customer service can sometimes be rare so it’s good to acknowledge it when you receive it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and customer service at this BigLots. The cashier sanitized the card reader and her own hands after every transaction. Their regard for the heath and well-being of their patrons is above any I have seen elsewhere. Thank you BigLots! I will be back.

Dont buy sectional at Big Lots. I bought a faux leather sectional at this store and now it peels all over and pollutes my entire house. Non durable, poor quality product. The peeled faux leather particles are everywhere, in my food, bed & bath. harmful to the consumers and an extreme pollutant

Too small and cramped. This place could use an extension of some sort. Stay away if youre claustrophobic. There are other, normal-sized locations close by.

I appreciate having a big lots this close to home. You can always find what you need right when you need it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. While the store wasnt packed at the time I went, they only had 1 line open. This would have been fine if they didnt have a unique time consuming issue. There is always great bargains and regular coupons for discounts on your entire purchase. It appears that the shelves are not fully stocked yet and quite a few items that havent been available for months.

Do not purchase furniture at Big Lots! I spent over one hundred dollars on a sectional which was almost one hundred dollars more than I was quoted on their same as cash 90 day plan. Then they wanted to charge me $60 to deliver it 2 miles away. After getting it home I could not get the feet on. So I called big lots and was told I would need to have a drill and make entry points and then drill the feet in. If I wanted furniture that I had to construct I could have gone to Wal-Mart!

Furniture is cheap in price and quality, dont fall for it! However their sale items can be a good deal sometimes

Some good workers but sometimes they have old stuff in freezers and on shelf. So watch your dates and give it to the workers letting them know its expired stuff sometimes they might put it back on the shelf. Expired products can kill people and make them real sick if consumed.
