Unbelievable lack of a sense of customer service. Went to give business to a gas station that wasnt yet selling gas after the recent shortage. Will avoid returning at all cost.

Went to pay cash for gas at 3pm on a Saturday. 2 employees sitting in front of the store smoking told me they were closed.

Waited almost 10 minutes for the manager to use the bathroom. Didnt know who she was but, I had already been waiting about 5 to 7 minutes when another lady walked in and she got tired of waiting herself and left. Manager walks out and says rudely comments to me that im being inappropriate for telling her that the bathroom is filthy and we have two people waiting for her. Decides to tell everyone in the store how I was inappropriate as I walked out.

Always closed for cleaning. Every night I stop here and the assistant manager is always the same person here, and always closed.20 minutes and no less than 10 customers turned away!

Went to this store last night and was extremely disgusted after my transaction. The older lady who was working not only tried to charge me full price for candy bars that were supposed to be buy one get one for a $1.50, but she also tried to charge me $5.49 for two beers that were 2 for $3. Imagine how much she is probably puttingin her pocket at the end of the night if she is doing this EVERY night...

$1.50 for air... also, as of 28 Dec, the air line has a crack in it (probably from the cold weather since it’s a plastic line). Until they fix it, don’t put your money in it unless your thumb can hold back the pressure...

Fix the freaking diesel pump, they said everytime when its cold it gets slow AF, lost my time here

The ATM here will take your money, and you may not ever get it back. Cardtronics refuses to work with your bank or reimburse anything to you themselves. Cashiers say it happens all day everyday, but management will not let them put an Out of Order on the machine because they dont own it. Thats their excuse, anyway. They are authorizing it in their store so Circle K is directly responsible for that exact machine stealing your money!!! DO NOT USE THE ATM!!! DONT LOSE YOUR $120 LIKE I DID!!!

Dont go here. The employees are rude and tell the customer they cant use the pump correctly. I ask for diese gasl the put it on regular gas. Then they tell us to never come back. If I could negative rank this place I would!

I’d rather go to a store that has employees wear mask and set examples to the customers.Please have at least your employees wear masks and comply with local orders.

REFER TO PICTURES ABOVE ON GOOGLE EARTH —This is possibly the most disgusting moment of my life. I didn’t grab breakfast before I left my house this morning, so on the way to work I decided to stop by a circle K right around the corner from my work place to grab a sausage biscuit. As I walked in I saw that this was the only thing left so I shrugged and said might as well get it I love bacon eggs and cheese.. lol. I get to work and upon opening the bagel biscuit I noticed that the bacon looked a bit discolored, so before taking a bite (which I ALMOST did) I decided to open it up and give it a look, and it also had a somewhat dry, dirt-from-the-ground sort of smell (ya know, kind of like MOLD!) so when I opened it up this is what I saw. I about threw up looking at it and am pretty pissed off this is what I spent my money on. This did not happen overnight this has been getting moldy for some time. Guys, if you ever stop by kangaroos or circle k’s to get a biscuit, CHECK IT FIRST, before consumption. You bet I’ll be going back on my lunch break. Good thing I also grabbed a protein bar so I’m not hangry when I walk in there 😂 but seriously. This was disgusting and makes me want to barf on circle k and whatever cook allowed this to happen. To the cook: I hope you trip down some stairs and break your hands so you can’t whip up any concoctions like this, and do this to someone who isn’t as detail-oriented as me and would’ve gotten sick as a dog from eating this.

Called to find out what fuel cards they take, told me comdata efs, etc. I come in and they refer me to Speedway. Just say no, I dont take efs, fleetone, etc. Only comdata so u dont waste time.

This store has really improved over the past year and a half due to management, and having great employees. Regulars are treated like family. If theirs an issue, They always find a solution to make the customer happy. The store is much cleaner, and the food and product selection is great. The coffee bar stays stocked, with fresh brewed coffee at all times. The hotdogs and tornados are delicious. The polar pops (fountain drinks) are 76 cents tax included at all times. They have a fresh doughnut bar, and the main cashier is awesome. If you want to feel like family, be a regular at this place. True, the store used to be in bad condition, but it has greatly improved. You will sure be able to find something that appeals to you when visiting. Truck drivers can get diesal here, and can also grab a pizza from little ceasers thats attached next door, or a hot dog, eggroll, tornado, and a polar pop with any chip flavor youd like. Employees are always friendly and welcoming, and always say Have a nice day This store deserves alot more credit these days.

Beyond disgusting restroom. Feces ON the toilet and stall walls. Used toilet paper all over the floor. It doesnt look like its been cleaned in weeks.
