Time was wasted here. They are sending text messages to the wrong phone number after I gave it twice to two different people. Only to wait 30 minutes to find out they are out of the prescription needed. They then tell me I have to go to a different location. Go somewhere else if you need consistency and organization.
Went in for a Covid test. I didnt fully realize I was supposed to go through the drive thru instead of the minute clinic, but the nurse very courteously redirected me. Waited about 45 minutes for my test, they seem to have it pretty well figured out to give them both max capacity and reasonable wait times. All staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, and their website and portal is beautiful and easy to use and send you the perfect amount of reminders.Thank you, CVS, for offering this service. Trying to get a test is bonkers right now, and you are efficiently doing your part to help with utmost kindness and care.
PCR Test for Travelers/ CVS PCR tests are easy to schedule on the website. However, at the window we were told that it would take from 2 to 3 days to get the results. We were disappointed because the website says 1-2 days and were expecting to get the results during this frame time. As a suggestion, you will have to plan ahead if you want to get the result before your departure. Good luck!Update: We got the results after 24hrs. But dont take unnecessary risks, try to do it earlier. You never know! Good luck!
I always find what Im looking for! Friendly staff, helpful when you have questions!!
Drive thru Covid test today. Most efficient and friendly experience I’ve had at any of the other CVS locations. The drive thru line wait was long, but well worth it. I hesitated going to this location due to some of the negative reviews. Happy I did.
Nice store layout and easy checkout, very helpful staff; a huge thanks to JEREMY- checkout counter and CAROL who were so kind to answer all my questions and help me out.
Worst cvs pharmacy ever! Been in line for 40 minutes with two cars in front!
I visited the minute clinic today for my 13-year-old son and I must say that I was overwhelmingly pleased. Angela was awesome and the nurse practitioner was amazing. I am so thankful that this service was available and I received Exceptional medical care at an affordable price. I would definitely be back should I need future care. Thank you!- Sheronda Dobson
I went in last week to get a COVID test done. The wait for my test was lengthy but it definitely varies from person to person because my partner was in and out quicker than I was. In any case, I didnt mind the wait because its something I needed to get done, but its definitely something you should keep in mind if planning a visit.Once I made it to the window, the doctor who helped me was incredibly kind. This having been my first time getting tested, I was a bit nervous but she walked me through the whole thing and made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. The whole process itself was quick and as pleasant as it could be, all things considered.
The phone service for the pharmacy is abysmal. I have waited on hold 20+ minutes multiple times. Drive through line also incredibly slow. But they’re nice and faster if you go inside the store in person. Very frustrating that the phone and drive through options aren’t more accommodating.
Covid testing! You have to make an apt online. It really does not mean anything as wait time will be over 1.5 hours. I don’t know why the apt is necessary if they have such a wait time. I suggest you go to the urgent care down the road. 10 min tops.
I had a positive experience at the Minute Clinic. I filled in the info in the store, and even though there were a few online checkins ahead of me, they brought me in first because no one else had arrived. Professional, relatively efficient and helpful.Update:I had originally left 4 stars, but I had to change it to 5 because Carol, the lady at the cash register, was hilarious and just an absolute delight. Made me laugh and brightened my day.
I have visited this location many times before and have had a pretty decent customer service experience. However, this evening at 8 pm I rushed into this location hoping to fill a prescription that was called in by my doctor. I was in great pain due inflamed gums and my face was swollen. My husband misread the online pharmacy hours. When I approach the counter, without any sympathy on concerns the pharmacist told me BODLY they are closed and their machines are shut down for the day. “Come back tomorrow @ 8am. She told me they closed at 8pm. I was there at the counter, according to my cell phone, at 7:57pm. They should change their pharmacy hours to close at 7:30pm. Give sick peoples a grace period. It wouldn’t have been an issue if the pharmacist that I spoke to over the phone had told me that they are closing in 5 min or so. But he did not. So, consumers goes to a Krogers’s or a Publix that has a grace period to close. But CVS pharmaceutical does not have a close grace period for those that are sick and in pain... even during a pandemic. WOW!!! In addition, I pick up a few items (for the pain) and I walked to the checkout and the checkout person has a very unpleasant / rude attitude. I asked her if her counter was open and I asked her about using my discount card at the self checkout (that I pay for on a monthly to access CVS perks) and she goes in on me... ok. So tomorrow I have to go back and pick up my prescription. However, tonight I will be writing to the corporate office and if the customer service does not improve I will discontinue my discount card and utilize Krogers’s, walmart, Walgreens pharmaceuticals. At least I will not be paying them $5 a month to offer me terrible customer service.CVS & Pharmacy2994 Atlanta Rd,Smyrna, GA 30080
Every single time we come to this drive through to pick up a script that is already ready, we sit here for a minimum of 30 minutes. There are never more than 4 cats ahead of us. How is this possible, or acceptable?
The worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever used.
Went right at closing time. Instead of nicely telling me that the pharmacy was closed and to please come back in the morning, I was very rudely told that they were closed. I didn’t give any push back or anything, no need to get an attitude. Very long wait times and will not answer the phone. I will no longer be using CVS pharmacy after many years with them.
At 10:30 pm i received a phone call frim a young lady named katarivia about picking up a picture. I asked the young lady what her name was she didnt give it. I aslo asked her if she was aware of the time and imagi e that in fact she was. First of all its extremely rude to call someone at almost 11 in the evening about a picture. I called the location and spoke with the Manager on Duty Carol. Lol shes a joke she gave me the young ladys name but didnt appear to be bothered by the fact that the young lady called so late. Its extremely rude and there should be guidelines put in place for things like this!!! Im quite sure there is such a procedure. I will be calling the corporate office bright and early Monday Morning.
Nurse practitioner Yasmine has Great knowledge and helped me with ear infection/earwax!! She’s so experienced and helpful she brought to my attention health concerns I didn’t even know about!
I used to love CVS until coming to this one. I came to fill a prescription. First off, the wait was long. Secondly, this pharmacy tech took my information and said my prescription would be ready the next day. I asked her if she could check to make sure my number was correct in their system- that way they could just send me a text whenever the prescription was ready. So a day or two goes by and I still dont receive a text. So I decide to go back up there and check on my prescription, and the pharmacist says that he has no information for me. So Im asking them what in the world happened to my prescription and nobody knows. I was very upset. Why on Earth do they have people employed in that Pharmacy if theyre not going to do their job? So I guess that little pharmacy tech just tossed my information in the trash I dont know. It was bad enough that we had to wait so long and then have to come back to an unfilled prescription. So I tell the pharmacist the details of what happened when I brought my prescription in I brought my insurance information in and everything I even described to them the person who wrote the information down. So I leave and I come back today and that lady who lost my prescription was there. I told the pharmacy staff again that the lady was there and pointed her out. I asked if they had talked to her about whatever happened to my prescription request getting misplaced. All I received was a No. I didnt get any apology from the staff or that lady who screwed up my prescription. I tell you what....please find yall a better Pharmacy to go to. There is another CVS Pharmacy right around the corner I would much rather go there. I just hope they dont have idiots working behind the counter like this pharmacy does.
I have been sitting second in line for 22 minutes so far. This may be the slowest pharmacy Ive been to. They should do something like McDonalds and if the prescription isnt ready have the person pull into a spot and somebody can bring it out when its ready. I shouldnt have to spend this much of my day waiting for a couple of prescriptions.
Avoid this location at all costs. Lots of other good options for pharmacy services in Smyrna.
I am sick and obviously with the current situation I wasnt going to enter the store. I also dont have anybody to pick up meds for me. I called in and one of the clerks ran around the store for me and got me all the vitamins and stuff I needed and left it in the pharmacy dropbox for me! Super kind and friendly! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
The pharmacy department is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. They have lost my prescription more than 50% of time and are incapable of answering the phone. Other than convenient location, there is nothing positive about this CVS
Don’t go to the minute clinic. My point of care testing was done incorrectly and I was misdiagnosed and ended up in the hospital with an infection that could’ve killed me. I will never go to another minute clinic again after this. Had they tested me properly I would’ve been fine. It’s disappointing because I’m putting my life in your hands.
Stopped in for A few items and met a wonderful employee named Yolanda that helped me.. Give this woman a raise and a promotion! Loved her energy and her smile.. customer service is important to me.. She really made my night...
This is a terrible pharmacy. I’ve been getting my medication filled here for the last three years and I’m always surprised when I can actually get it on time and filled properly. I dropped off my prescription 10 days before it’s actually due and called a couple times prior to the date it is supposed to be picked up only to be told on the day my prescription is due that they don’t have the medication in stock. This has happened multiple times. I don’t know what else I can do as a customer to make sure that the medication is in stock when I need it. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time going here.
I have never had a problem finding what I want and need!
I do not have a vehicle available, i had to call. I have called them for there hours between 3 to 6 pm, you just stay on hold till the call ends abruptly. I do not know for sure but i believe they are just ignoring the calls then making the calls end. Any way not to happy.
They never have any help in the pharmacy. Wait for hours before they text you that your Rx is ready. Then I go to pick up and told there is not one for me. Showed my text, guess what it was in the bucket but not in the computer. Also at times dont have medication. Unfortunately I have to use CVS due to job and insurance . The other 2 close by are no better.
Long wait time, They barely answer the phone, they see you on drive thru and they still manage to ignore you as of they are slammed and you have to wait even 20 Or 30 mins or more & you just waiting on the drive thru window with 6 or 7 cars behind you, No respect for peoples time what so ever. No respect that this is a pharmacy not a playground. If there is any electronic error in your prescription they are not willing to call your doctor. Any prescription they receive it will take at least 1 hour to fill that’s if you are lucky that day. A couple of their workers are the complete opposite than the rest of the staff, they are helpful and their to work. But if it wasn’t their shift when you go there good luck with the entire process. I will never go back again specially that I ran into this dozens of times and no one has time for this.
Prescription called in on Tuesday, was not ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon.
Terrible pharmacy, they get my single, simple prescription wrong every time, leaving me without medication while they order it. Its not my Doctors office... Then when they order it it never comes in during the time frame they say, nor do they contact me that it arrived. So I either try to call them and wait on hold for 20 minutes (My situation while writing this) or drive there, wait in line and ask. Only to rudely be told its not in, or for them to mess it up somehow, like its all my fault.I am switching pharmacies, this one is a joke.
Had a scheduled appointment with an NP, who never showed up for the scheduled time. The store gave me the run around, and couldnt give me a timeframe of when she would be in. They said she would be running late, and to give her an hour for a time sensitive appointment. Extremely unprofessional.
Im not sure why everyone has had such a bad experience here. Ive been going here for two years for shopping and prescriptions and have only once been unhappy with the service at the pharmacy, but that lady was gone by the next time I went. Ive had to visit the pharmacy a few times over the past three months and everyone behind the counter is super friendly and personable.
The only reason I go here is because its walking distance to my house, but I am more surprised when a prescription is correct than incorrect. I have rarely had a quick response. On Sunday I drop off 2 prescriptions and today I receive the text that the order is ready. When I go pick it up, there is only one. They have no record of the 2nd even though I stapled the 2 together. Also dont try to call in, they will never answer the phone. Take your business elsewhere. What is the deal?
Ive had nothing but great service from this location. Always friendly and willing to help. They have even transferred my prescriptions from other locations for quicker pick up
Poor service at pharmacy! One or two decent employees (ask for King) but the rest have attitudes, even the pharmacists! Dont care about your needs. Forget about any special orders. You may or may not get it.Good luck.
I have called the pharmacy 3 times to check on the status of my prescriptions. I have been waiting on hold 10 minutes and longer no one has answered yet. People this is the pharmacy where the public depends on them to manage their medications and fill their prescriptions to medicine prescribed by a doctor that can save their lives.
The pharmacy was very helpful and the people very nice. I needed a pain Rx filled and they were very prompt to get it for me quickly... much appreciated!
Super Slow
Their system deactivated a valid prescription and I was told that I would need another prescription from my Doctor. Never going back
Never had a problem. These people are professional. I think some expect unrealistic treatment/service. Be nice to the employees, and your experience might be different.
I waited over 15 minutes on the phone to talk to a pharmacist, and when he finally answered the phone, he was VERY RUDE. He completely lacked professionalism. I was calling to inquire as to whether or not my prescription had been transferred from my normal CVS to this location. He snapped at me and eventually let me know it was in process and would take another 40 minutes. My pharmacy transferred it 2 hours ago.
Had a pleasant experience with Ashley!! She was so nice!
Dont get your medication filled at this place. My son has very bad asthma, his pediatrician ordered his prescription since 04/03/16 @ 4pm. I called the pharmacy to see if his medication was ready at 7pm and they said they would not be able to have it ready till the following morning. I was upset but accepted to pick it up the next day. I was told they would call me as soon as they have it ready. I expressed my concern and the importance of his medication; I told him my son was wheezing really bad. Its now 04/04/16 1pm. I have not yet received any communication from them. I called and my prescription is still not ready. Im so disappointed in the lack of concern they have for their patients. DONT GO TO CVS!!!
These folks at the pharmacy never gets anything right. Dropped a slip to be refilled since a week ago. Call to pick them up and the staff member who picked up the phone told me to come later this afternoon because the person who entered the order did not include the other prescription. There was no sense of customer service.I typically do not like going inside this store because of the pharmacy staff. Wife insisted and I did tell her to use a different pharmacy. I find the staff to be very unprofessional from my previous encounters.
This is a great store, but it needs to be cleaned up on the exterior. Lights hanging out of ceiling by one screw… trash everywhere… mold all over the building. Just disgusting looking.
This is the first time leaving a review for anything, but I felt compelled to do so after todays interaction. I entered this CVS to get a prescription filled. Malcom, the person attending the drop off counter, has terrible customer service skills. At the beginning of the interaction, I smiled and said, Hello, how are you? and he looked at me as if he had contempt toward my existence. I am not using hyperbole. Throughout the conversation, he refused to look at me, and answered my questions with curt responses. At the end, instead of answering my final question he asked, Do you have any other questions? In this service economy, customer service is a very important and easy way to distinguish your business from others. Malcolm should NOT deal with customers until he learns basic social intelligence skills. I wont be coming back to this pharmacy.
Save yourself a headache and don’t get your prescriptions filled here. I’m about to change pharmacies and drive ten minutes further just for better service. They always try and give me a different birth control instead of what I want to keep taking. It’s constant back and forth calling and reminding them. Then I get there to pick it up and 9 times out of 10 it’s the wrong thing again. I am actually surprised when they give me the right thing.
The Minute Clinic does a great job here, but the pharmacy is a joke. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had a bad experience here, but this most recent one was the worst. Dropped off a prescription on Tuesday around 3:00, and they said it would be ready right around closing time. So, we decided we would just wait until Wednesday to get it. Wednesday around 9am we got a text it was ready. Then, later Wednesday afternoon a reminder text it was ready. I forgot to get it, and swung by Thursday around 6:00. I waited in line at least 15 minutes, and finally got to the front of the line for them to tell me it wasn’t actually ready over 48 hours later “because their computers had been up and down”. Their computers are down every time I come here, and the staff is incredibly rude.
Dont waste your time here. I had boycotted this place for a long time due to another issue in the past but thought I would try them again. Took my prescription from my orthopedist here today and was told my physicians license was expired and he was out of state. I saw him same day at Emory in Dunwoody. Took my prescription to Walgreens down the street and it was filled no problem.
Whew, judging from the other reviews, I have to say they were spot on. The pharmacist was very unfriendly, didnt even want to answer my question, as he sounded like it would be far too much effort, and seemed glad to just get me off the phone. Never ran into someone so rude over the phone in my life! Will never step foot in that store....
The pharmacy staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and can never get anything right. You have to babysit them otherwise theyll give you the wrong brand of meds over and over. Ive had to ask them three different times to make a note on my account to always give me a specific brand, yet when I go back the next time they always say they dont see a note. I even had the manager do it at one point. The convenience is in no way worth the stress and headache of going here. Spare yourself, choose a different CVS.
I have never had a bad experience at this CVS. I have been using it since 2009. The only thing I feels needs improvement is the parking lot and exits. Its too congested and you cant turn left out of the parking lot.
I just spent 25 minutes on hold waiting for them to pick up the telephone. The pharmacy takes 10 minutes or more just to pick up your phone call (3 times out of 3 that I tried). The one time I tried using the drive through, it took 10 minutes before anyone even opened the window. Horrible customer service and they just dont seem to care.
Been going here 8+ years, and really do like this location overall, except for the occasional horrible customer service in pharmacy. I miss the days when King worked there. Now theyve got some ladies that are rude, condescending, and they just bark at you. You pay using the CVS app, with PROOF and they still wanna argue with you. They need to educate themselves on their own systems and quit talking down to customers. One particular young lady needs to go work elsewhere, if she hates her job so much.
Place always said to have no Rx in stock in past. Joke ..last winter the clerk overharge d me 86 dollars at 3 a.m. while having discussion with a nice guy who looked equally tired.
This is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever used. They consistently mess up my prescription and never seem to know what is going on. Nobody adds notes to my account so Ive had to answer the same questions every time I come in. This CVS is very close to my house and I would love to use them but Im now forced to find another option given the constant issues filling prescriptions coupled with the extremely poor customer service.
I have been goin to this pharmacy for 10plus years and had good service from Vincent Ohaya. Great man . Great and caring pharmacist that you dont feel labeled by. Then last month this new woman lead pharmacist was put in charge and is very wood like. Very uncaring. Makes you feel labeled. Its nice to have a pharmacist that you can trust and is nice to you. But this woman is not nice at all. Probably because of the medication I have to take. I want to write more aggressive words but I will not go there. She just isnt nice.
The one on Concord Rd is much better! Such a frustrating experience!
When something isnt in stock, call. When I ask if there is a cheaper version, dont throw my prescription at a desk and tell someone I need assistance. When I call, answer the phone so this can be taken care of before you package the prescription. Its not my fault you obviously are having a bad day - every day I go in there. The staff never says hi or even how may I help you. Im lucky to get yes?. I switched from another CVS pharmacy thinking hey were the worst. Guess what? They arent.
The others are on point. This Pharmacy is terrible. I needed a simple topical solution and they called me three times to say various statuses on my prescription. They finally called saying the manufacturer had it on a 2 month backorder?? I called my doctor who called the Kroger down the road. They had plenty of them. I guess this CVS lost my business permanently. You need to fire the morons that assist these Pharmacists. Do they even know how rude they are and how much business they are losing??
The customer service has greatly improved in the pharmacy with the new pharmacist.
I love this location. Its convenient and open 24/7!
Worst experience ever! Arrived at 11:15am for minute clinic. Wait time was 45 min which is long, but ok. There are two people in front of me. At 12:20 the doctor has only helped one person and tells me that at 1:30 she is going on an hour lunch. Like, ok... Thats an hour from now with only one person in front of me. She could do it. Seriously? At 1:15 I realize she really wont get to me. It took her 2 hours to take care of 2 patients???The Mandatory lunch is a bunch of BS. You quoted me a time and FAILED TO DELIVER.I hope she enjoys her lunch as much as I will enjoy telling every person I know what a waste of time Minute Clinch is. More like 120 minutes I will never get back.Absolutely rediculous!!
Terrible pharmacy. I hate that they are busy but you should put more care into your work when you work for peoples health.
On hold for 30 minutes no one came to the phone to explain why and drove through the drive-thru while I was on phone. All they can say was sorry
KAREN WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER RUN INTO AT THIS STORE... SHE REFUSED A CUSTOMER REQUEST AT THE DRIVE THRU EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A SIGN THAT SAYS IF U NEED ANYTHING IN THE STORE WHILE AT DRIVE THRU JUST ASK AND WE WILL BE PLEASED TO HELP I WAS REFUSED SERVICE.... KAREN IS A TOTAL B#$%^^ IF U DRIVE UP AND KAREN IS THERE DRIVE OFF AND GO INSIDE AND LET SOMEONE ELSE HELP YOU!!!!!
My neighbors have ALL told me to avoid this CVS... But being from Florida where the service at cvs was superb, I didnt believe it.. Until someone named Yolanda answered the phone.. She was rude, unpleasant, uneducated and to be honest unqualified to be even the cashier when I decided to come visit. Yet, to the companies misfortune... I believe shes a manager of some kind... Totally disturbing. I hope they close and turn into a rite aid or something of quality!
Prepaid for my prescription on the app, handed the guy my phone in the drive thru to scan, he handed me my medicine, and I was on my way. Very fast and easy.
It was a a little busy, but the cash register was fast.
Horrible pharmacy. I drive the extra few minutes to Vinings. They fill them faster and arent rude.
Guy on the phone sounded like he had no interest in what I was saying and acted as though he didnt want to be there. Very rude
Two stars b/c the cashiers up front are always friendly ... but the pharmacy is AWFUL. They are rude, dishonest, and disorganized. Prescriptions are never ready on time. They say it will be ready in a couple of minutes and then its not ready for 30+ minutes. If it will take a long time, then they should say that instead of letting customers wait around. Ive learned to not try to pick something up within 24 hours of a doctor calling it in there, but still end up waiting. Also, have seen them lose prescription sheets twice (mine and another customers). I wont be back.
Ive always really liked this location.
I wouldnt recommended anyone wasting there time to go to this sorry excuse of CVS. The people there are RUDE, like they had no home training whatsoever. You can get better help from a costumer than you do them. Every time I call in my medicine its nothing but ATTITIDE. For gods sake if you hate the job, dont waste your time applying for it, cause there is someone out there that can do the job 2X better than half the people in that pharmacy! Sad thing is they havent done anything about the problem! Overall, I believe no one should have to go through the unnecessary rudeness, just drive a few miles down and go to another CVS if you can! Please it will save you the headache!
Terrible pharmacy. Horrible! I dropped my prescription off at 9 and they are making my husband wait another 30 mins when we came to pick it off at 2:30! Not cool guys not cool.
Pharmacy people are rude.
Hi guys, believe me that I am going to do the impossible to make this person lose his job, first of all I have been working fir retail over 4 years, is not my career but Is what i have been doing to pay my university and i lnow ehat costumer service is.I sent to print some photo for fathers day and they have the printer with problems, so when i went to pick it up the photo, the girl that was working in the cashier give me the photo and explain to me what happen, she told me that i can have the photo because they cant charge me for a damage photo, I step out to ask another men this is the one stupid, for the address of the other cvs to print the photo correctly ok, he took the photo from me and told me that of i want it he have to charge meGuys all for 2 dollars is crazy how people fight for the money that is not them, qhen cvs want to fight her from the job they are not going to remeber that he save cvs 2 dollars one time, this is crazy ok dont go anymore
Granted the Pharmacy is the worst Ive ever used. After screwing up my prescriptions twice and even given me another persons once i switched to Walgreens. But the rest of the staff in the store (except minute clinic) are friendly and helpful. I go there for that reason at least three times a week. Just stay away from the Pharmacy and MC. (They should have their pharmacy license revoked)
My childrens doctors office sent 3 prescriptions, all for the same antibiotic. All 3 of my daughters have the same initials. However, 2 are twins. Not only did they delete 1 of the prescriptions because they thought it was a duplicate, but they didnt even bother to put the other twins prescription in the bag. Needless to say, I wont be going back. And, yes, the pharmacist is EXTREMELY rude.
Worst pharmacy in Smyrna. Had to go in 3 times to attempt to obtain a prescription I had proof they received from my doctor. After being told there was no record of the script and my insistence they check the filled scripts awaiting pickup, low and behold guess what? There it was filed under my last name. Terrible.
Pharmacy staff can be rude. over all it feels like bad management is to blame. Other staff up front seem to be ok, but the pharmacy is not good at all.
I was calling them from the hospital asking if they had my mecicine because I really needed it that night. She waisted my time for an hour in a half before telling me she didnt have it. It was midnight i was forced to call every CVS in atlanta and ended up taking my dosis too late which left me with side effects. The first thing she shouldve told me was they dont have it!
Do not go to this one. They are rude and lazy! On top of that they lied to me about calling my clinic about a refill. I had to call my to see what was going on and why it had been 4 days (note I have been off of my birth control that long because of them) and my clinic said they never called and i had 5 refills so their was no reason for them not to fill it. So my clinic ( who was put in a bad mood because they where so rude ) called YHEM to FINALLY get my birth control.
+**+=* CVS PHARMACY ATLANTA RD in Smyrna About 15 days ago they screw up my muscle relaxers dosage instructions. The doctor prescribed 1/2 - 1 Four times a day with food. This was cvs instructions1/2-1 daily. So for 7 days Im taking the wrong dosages so not getting better at all.Now since 1PM they keep saying that my meds will be done in 1.1/2 hours. They are rude andThey should have their license revoked.Bunch of morons. The guy name SHAY was so rude to me over the phone and rude with my who went to pick up.Just now i look at these reviews.
Worst place ever. They rip you off on prescription. They give you 30 day supply when its suppose be 90 days.
Customer service in the pharmacy is HORRIBLE! The employes are always rude and the pharmacy itself never has one of my prescriptions on hand. They always tell me that they have to order it and that I will have it the next day.. Well, it usually takes 3.
The pharmacist was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Never going back there again
Well stocked
Open 24 hours or not? Atlanta is the capital of inconsistent business practices. Businesses literally get away with anything here.
45 min wait for pharmacy? Normal? Having to go multiple times to pick up prescriptions. Their normal.
If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. Very disorganized and inefficient. It is clear they do not care about pt satisfaction.
Its 24 hours and very helpful
Cust service if bad. Also, they only take cash for money orders and need to see ID.
I had great service
RudeU call me every day 10 plusAnd you say call your doctorDone with youDo not call me again
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy.
They never attend the call.....no response for any emergency also.....!!
Nothing but good service
