Brittney, Kevin, & Joey were all so helpful in making sure I got the biggest discounts and that I felt comfortable in my new contact lenses. I went to the My eyelab in Symrna,Ga.The store manager, Kevin was very knowledgeable and courteous. The licensed optician, Lupe was also informative and very helpful assistimg me on making my decision on the best options for my vision needs. I would highly recommend myeyelab and this store in particular for eyecare.

I used to go to Americas Best. After checking this place out 2 years ago I will never go back to AB. The staff is so friendly. The wait isnt long at all and they really listen to any concerns you might have. The selection of glasses are amazing and they dont rush you to choose. The prices are also a lot better then AB. I took my mom here Monday for her first time. She loved it! She has problems walking and the whole team showed her patience and compassion. They helped to and from the rooms. I have to give a shout out to Jeremy. He was great when it came to explains things to her. He never pushed a sale. He also offered her his own chair so she she didnt have to stand to pick out her glasses. I love this place I recommend it to everyone. Great job Eyelab keep doing you.

Jeremy assisted me initially. I came to purchase glasses for my son and I. Jeremys customer service was amazing! He was very patient and thorough. Explaining in detail what types of lenses I needed and why. I was not pressured into any upsells. Every decision I made was my own. That means a lot nowadays when everyone wants to squeeze everything out of you. When we picked up our glasses, Lupe assisted us. She greeted us warmly and promptly and made sure I knew how to see through my new lenses. She even adjusted my sons old glasses so he can use them as a spare to his new glasses! The staff here gets a 5 star rating. Jeremy has been such a pleasure and I appreciate his assistance. Now the quality gets a 3 star. My frames came in January which was on time after I ordered them in December. However, these are the most expensive cheap glasses Ive ever bought. Ive had to tighten the arms several times. I bought the cleaner from Eyelab but it seems cheap too because I still have smears. So Im probably not going to buy here again.

The staff was amazing! Lupe and Jeremy were super helpful and very attentive!Have to update my review....So I went to pick up my glasses which I couldnt see out of.....it turns out the script was entered wrong or the lab messed up....still not sure. Well I had to go in again today for ANOTHER exam only to not be able to see....was not allowed to try on the glasses I pd 700.00 for and the regional manager to offer me a 100.00 credit. I am thoroughly upset disappointed and truly mad! Get it together Eyelab! Ps. Weeks later...still cant see to do my job!

Had a 9am appointment on June 9, 2021 I get there and they tell me the manager will not be there to open the store until 10am. So eventually they call the manager and get him to come and open the store at 9:20 because there is a line of cars outside waiting for their appointments that were scheduled before 10. We get inside the equipment isn’t working I’m still here an hour and 30 min later. Waiting to see a doctor. They ask if I want to reschedule. I am extremely livid at this point because I drove an hour and took off work for this appointment. I have literally never been to such an unprofessional environment. This place is beyond unprofessional they don’t value their set schedules they don’t value people’s time. And they will not compensate you for wasted time please just go elsewhere.

I had initially come in in Sept 2020 for the 2 for $60 deal, but due to some fine print I ended up spending about $300 for the pair. This originally left a sour taste in my mouth, but then a couple of months later I had bent some of the frames, and the customer service on the warranty claim was exceptional. Jeremy and Noah helped me adjust and restructure two pairs of glasses quickly and efficiently.

I got my contacts and glasses here a year ago. My glasses needed repair and I came in to see if they would fix it. They were able to fix it, clean them up, and make them feel brand new again. They have really great service and are friendly. The price is really great, highly recommend.

I really like this place it is a cheap place to get some nice glasses and everyone is really friendly here as well they also take corona very serious and take necessary precautions for the safety of others 100% recommend

I purchased contacts, regular prescription glasses, and prescription sunglasses. I was told I needed progressive lenses (something I had never needed before) which are much more expensive than regular lenses. When I picked up my glasses, I told them that they were fuzzy but was told by the “doctor” that it can take about a week to get used to the new prescription and progressive lenses. It never got better because they screwed up my initial eye exam and gave me the wrong prescription.After getting a new eye exam and glasses and contacts, I had to ask for a new invoice showing any price differences since my new glasses had regular lenses and not the more expensive progressive lenses. This was met with a little resistance but I finally got one and found out that my new glasses were $171 less expensive than what I originally purchased. Had I NOT asked for this information, they would have kept the extra money (again, $171).When I asked for them to refund the money, I was told that I had to take that up with my insurance company. Ultimately, after about 45 minutes I got them to refund me the difference.I will never go to a MyEye Lab again. It feels like they were trying to scam me out of the payment difference.
