Dr. Trapeni is one of the best medical physicians I have ever met. I deal with many of them and have never filled out a review. Dr trapeni is a very kind man who is more than willing to explain your exam in depth. I always look forward to visiting his office. Dr. Trapeni s staff are amazing as well. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I didnt even mention the coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the waiting room 😊 go show them some love and theyll show it right back.

Today was my first visit to this eye doctor and his staff. It was a great experience and there really are not enough words to express how kind and respectful they were to me and was very patient and answered each question and never made me feel rushed. I feel they went above and beyond to make any accommodations that I needed to test my vision. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Lots of small, but very important things add up to the great experience I always have here with Dr. Trapeni and his staff at The Optical Shoppe. When walking in I am always treated with the utmost respect and warm helpful smiles by the front desk staff. Once going back to my appointment, I am always attended to promptly, I am never left sitting around and waiting for long periods of time, and the process is quick, efficient, and smooth. When having to pick out my glasses I was assisted by the BEST of the BEST... they made the whole process painless and very informative. I have never been able to pick out a pair of anything that effortlessly. Truly they are sensational in every aspect. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family, or just someone needing a suggestion for their Eye Doctor. Not that looking forward to a doctors visit is something that I say often...but, if I did have to say it often- I would be happy to say it was to see Dr. Trapeni and his staff.

Doctor Trapeni and his stuff are so awesome!!!! Call in and get seen the same day. People need to stop nitpicking about this office. We are all humans no one perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Nice office staff. But...forever wait to be seen. Had an appt. At 9 didnt get seen tell 11 & out of the office by noon...way to long for just a regular exam. Shouldnt be a three hour tour..dont know if they over booked for the day or what? But I will still return for another try.

My experience was great with the entire staff and Dr. My son was able to get his eye checked and we tried contacts. Everyone was friendly and professional. Will bring my other 2 children in for exams.

Dr. Trapeni and his staff are always professional and courteous. He and his staff always take the time to anwser questions and never make you feel rushed. The optical shop is very compeitive on their prescription too. Overall just a five star service!

The doctor was wonderful. HOWEVER, the woman who was supposed to help me with the glasses did not let me browse to look for a pair that I wanted. She was very nice and smiling while she just set a pair of $259.oo frames in front of me and told me that she had picked two out that she thought would work. She had not even met me yet, just came to the table with two of the VERY most expensive frames in her hand. She quickly stopped smiling when I told her those were out of my budget and I could only afford what my insurance would cover and was not friendly the rest of the visit. BET SHE WORKS ON COMMISSION!!We are getting a copy of our prescription and getting it filled elsewhere.

Clean place, very professional atmosphere. Upon meeting the Doctor he was very professionally and interactive, unfortunately though when he came into the office and sat at the computer he began to cough into his hand, scratch his noise and rest his hand on his face. All this prior to adjusting his equipment which would be in front/on my face. Any professional doctor that does not take the extra step to mitigate germ distribution is not good in my book.After the exam was complete, and we where looking for glasses. I had informed the assistant that I had already purchased my frame but I needed the lens, I explained to the assistant that I needed my glasses expedited because I was leaving Friday December 28th, my exam was on the December 19th . They said no problem, I arrived Friday the 28th in the morning and to my surprise they where not in. So we coordinated for them to mail my glasses to my home in Louisiana. Now, it is the morning on the 7th of January and no glasses has been mailed. No phone call nor email nor tracking number was given or an attempt to contact me.On the 7th of January I sent a family member to check on the status of my glasses, to find out it was still in the office not even mailed yet.

They wouldnt even set an appointment without knowing which insurance I had.What you have determines how fast youll be seen, I was told. Amazing. Hello WalMart!!

Dr trapeni and his staff are awesome, they were able to work around my work schedule and fit me in to get my contacts. The ladies up front are great at what they do and have excellent customer serviceThe contacts fit great and now i can see, 😉 happy holidays !

I want to say Trapeni is the nicest and best dressed eye dr I know ... he is always willing to make time for u even after hours and will let u pay latter if u need to pay when u get ur check ... he is very good at his job .. the best

The office was very friendly. I liked getting the piturea of my eyes instead of dilation. My new Coach glasses are my favorite pair ever!!

Called ahead and told them I was going to be a few minutes late and they cancelled my appointment and was having me reschedule my appointment. Never went back.
