Dr. Martin was personable, funny, and informative. She cared about making sure I understood my problem and helped me to not have any questions. Her office is also run very well with attentive, positive staff, and it has a nice atmosphere. Overall very good experience and recommend her.

Quality Service, Polite Staff. Very Clean exam rooms and equipment. I have been here for two years now and never feel pressured or pushed to make any decisions or feel that the staff is trying to sell me anything. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Martin.

I spent over $300 on a pair of glasses. I couldn’t see very well out of the glasses so they made a new pair for me which I chose a pair that was a little over $100, I did not get a refund difference from the first pair of glasses which is ridiculous since it was not my fault that I could not see out of the first pair. I will not be going back to Martins.

Been here a couple of times. My last visit was 8/21/2020. Received amazing service, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they have a wonderful selection of frames. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your service.

They go above and beyond. They have helped me so much lately with my eye troubles. I used monthly contacts for 14 years and finally I decided to switch to daily contacts. I got a week trial period and it went fine. Then I bought 6 months worth. Within the first week, the contacts broke twice in my eye and I had to get their help to get them out both times. They didn’t charge me co pay, saw me immediately, and helped me get my contacts exchanged for a different brand. I could not thank them enough and will recommend this place to others.

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied. The office is convenient for me which is why I made the appointment. The staff is friendly and professional. I didnt feel pushed to buy any additional service or new glasses. The office was clean and comfort and their equipment seemed very up to date. I will return for my next annual checkup.

The doctor done a good job the staff done a good job on the iCare side was told my glasses would be in the 7 to 10 business days its been 5 weeks still no glasses call today to check said my glasses were in got there they were broke I think they would have checked this before I arrived but I guess professionalism is dead at this place

As with what seems like most services, it was too good to last. Having been a patient since 2013, I will be looking elsewhere. While still employed at the same company with the same benefits, I had an ID mailed to me to provide when getting an exam. I found that I had to provide that in advance and could not make an appointment without first having my insurance verified. So, despite being a patient for 6 years and having the same employer, I could not make an appointment with Martin Eyecare without first providing information to allow them to verify my insurance. I left my last provider because I felt as if customer service was lacking. I will make an appointment with a new provider for the same reason. I was assumed to be a non-payor or unable to pay for my eye exam until I could prove coverage.

I was a first-time patient, and I had a very positive experience. The facility was really nice, and the optometrist was friendly and outgoing. She made me feel like she appreciated that I came to her office. I got a comprehensive exam and afterward I selected and ordered my glasses. Im sure Ill go back when it is time for my next exam.

Martin Eyecare in one word.. SUPERLATIVE If you’ve ever asked yourself “Is there such thing as a perfect eyecare facility” then I’m here to tell you I’ve found it. Dr. Murray and the whole staff give nothing but their best and offer a personable and friendly experience you won’t soon find elsewhere. Stop being frustrated by that other place and go see the folks at Martin eyecare.

Very disappoint with the quality of eye exam and accuracy by Dr. Murray. I called several times to ask to come back in due to the fact that my vision seemed off of on the prescription she gave me. The lady I spoke with kept saying “give it time for your eyes to adjust”. I gave it several months and called to say it wasn’t better. Finally, I went somewhere else (where they gave me a different/better prescription) when they wouldn’t comply. I went to return some of the year supply of contacts I bought and they would only take back 6 if the 10 boxes. What a joke. What am I supposed to do with 4 30 day supply of contacts that have the wrong prescription. I would not recommend this office and will not be back.

They are always great, from check in to check out. I love coming here and having my eye exams.

Dr. Martin and her staff are fantastic. Her office is so convenient for my wife and me and we feel that we are getting the best vision care available anywhere! We can always get an appointment with very little notice and the new facility is beautiful.

I highly recommend Martin Eyecare. From the friendly staff to the state of the art equipment and the really nicely decorated and comfortable waiting area. I felt at home and at ease and my glasses came in really quickly. I recommend them to any who ask.

As a retired optometrist, I can, without reservation, recommend Dr. Lisa Martin. She is courteous, professional, thorough and quite capable of handling all your eye care needs. Since I moved to Smyrna 3 years ago she has been my own personal eye care provider.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and its by far the best doctors office. The wait area is always clean, they have a Keurig for you to use and theyve got the tv playing HGTV 😁. The staff is amazing and so friendly! We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and thats usually because we get there before our appt time anyway. They are knowledgeable and willing to help in any way and answer any questions. Both the doctors we have seen are just awesome. Definitely recommend Martin Eye care if you need a new eye doctor!!

I am very unhappy with the service from Dr. Martin and most of her staff. My biggest complaint is I brought my glasses back because the prescription was wrong and they didn’t feel like it was important to have my eyes rechecked. They told me that my prescription was correct but would remake them with a stronger prescription. The second pair was better but I felt like I was cross-eyed. Instead of having to continually having to return my glasses I just returned them and will go back to my old eye doctor.

Very nice people. A comprehensive exam. Full follow up with appointment reminders. Great selection of eyewear. I will be a patient for years to come.

Before going to Dr. Martin, I was going elsewhere for about 7 years, thinking I am going to give this place a try. Told my friend about it prior and she did give me heads up, that its the worse place to go for eye exams. They are to pushy on trying to upsale their service they forgot what real customer service was.They charge you 5 star price with no class service.Bad experience and never again!
