Sorry so many have had bad experiences. I have purchased three laptops at different times and been very satisfied. Price is reasonable and quality seems fine. Units come with only a power supply, which looks used, but the laptop itself seems clean and well cared for. I do typically add more memory and an SSD (by myself, purchased from elsewhere) but, I have no reason to suspect the unit wouldnt be just fine without these.

THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS. Their website lies to you, then when you call them they lie on the phone. Site says most items ship in 24 hours. Well, I was in a bad spot for some workstations so I ordered from them, paid for overnight shipping. 3 days later Im told they havent shipped. and that it usually takes a couple of days to get the units ready to go out. I was told that they should ship that day. Was also told Id receive an email with shipping info when they went out. Fourth day, still waiting. No email, no computers so far. At this point Im wondering what Ill actually get someday when they do arrive.

Called 4 times to get tech support on a laptop I just recd. I did not get a call back at all.The laptop hangs coming out of sleep mode.I purchased this through the Best Buy website thinking that they were legit. It seems they are not?Dont just walk away... RUN!

Bought a desktop computer to start selling stuff on eBay, it arrived in a timely manner, so far so good. Close to the warranty end date it started to act up, the Omar dude and I were emailing back & forth him instructing me what to do. Nothing worked, I ended up keeping the computer until I could no longer return it because I was foolish enough to think the problem was fixable.It only got worse from there & I was left to go look for another compute(elsewhere of course). Even though refurbished electronics are not as good as new I believe these people are a total rip off & should be put out of business!!!

We purchased a Dell for Christmas. It stopped working 1 week after the purchase. Because we had other laptops we dragged our feet in returning. US Micro Corp graciously (after the 60 day warrantee was up) accepted a return and sent us another laptop. However, the new laptop was the exact same laptop with the exact same previous problem. SO ITEM WAS BAD AND STILL BAD, plus we were told we would be getting an exchange, not a repair????? Now, because the 60 days is passed they will not do anything about it and we are stuck with a dud. While I certainly understand we are stuck because of the 60 days, I am more concerned with a poor product being out there so beware...you may get a cheap laptop, but it is just that...A CHEAP LAPTOP...

Do not buy from here, ordered a desktop for my sons birthday. His first desktop. The night before I put it together to surprise him in the morning. It wont power up its broken. Now I find out I have to pay shipping and a re stock fee. How could you call something refurbished if it doesnt work.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I just received the package with the computer I purchased. As soon as I opened the box I noticed that the computer tower was heavily scratched and overly used. I connected the equipment and a disk error automatically appeared. I never could get the computer to start. Also I tried to open the DVD compartment to see if there was a disk there and it never opened, it just made a clicking noise. This computer was a complete waste of money, complete trash. I’ve bought refurbished computers in the past and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I would have found a better deal at a garage sale. And ofcourse they have a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay for sending the piece of garbage back (they only accept it through Fedex). What a quick way to make an easy buck! Horrible experience.

I am very disappointed with US Micro. I would avoid purchasing anything from them. Ordered a refurbished computer and had next day delivery. While unpacking the unit there was a very loud clump when I turned it on its side. I discovered the hard drive rolling around inside. No rails or screws to hold it in place. Motherboard was damaged. Costumer service was little help. Could not reorder a replacement over the phone. Sending it back for a refund. Reordered from AMAZON. Unfortunately I had to give them a single star to post. Would have preferred zeor stars.

After how well I was treated on 2 separate occasions, buying 2 refurbished lenovo (ThinkPad) Workstations, I am amazed at the amount of negative reviews vs positives. There was an issue on one of the power supplies. I replaced it with a used powers supply purchased on eBay and I was reimbursed in full. Both units were 6 years old when I bought them two years ago and they work just as well today supporting Windows 10 Pro beautifully and handle graphics as well as the newer ThinkPads. Good folks to work with and great experience with two used ThinkPads. Steve......

If you are getting an hour of battery life on the unit that is very good for a refurbished item. This is how the customer service replies, a ridiculous fallacy. I just want to ask one question, Is not be covered by any warranty equal to poor quality? Is not be covered by any warranty equal to poor quality? Is not be covered by any warranty equal to poor quality? If so, how could I trust you that my laptop will keep working after the 60 day warranty passed.

US Micro sold me bunk refurbished hd/small form desktop computer. This was the THIRD time it had been bought, sold, tossed away and resold as new/refurb. My HD failed, as did many others who bought same. Mine and theirs were very few months of use within the year period. Then the software failed after hd issues and ... did they fix it ? supply restore disks? exchange it, return for refund?? US Micro did .. .NOTHING! Except say no matter how little use/how many other of the same product they sold had quickly failed, it was NOW outside of their warranty (even though you would think a computer company does not want their hard drives to fail.) I bought this computer BECAUSE I have no extra money. I saved up for a while. US MICRO has taken my hard earned, elusive savings and threw it on the ground, in the toilet. They have NO problem leaving me with a pile of useless junk. All I asked for was .... their product to work! Not for me to pay them $100s, just to have Tiffany / Customer Service gleefully announce how she would love to but; theres nothing we can do to help you, she said. Multiple times.

Ordered HP Elitebook 8460w 3 months later nothing but blackscreen on startupCame with Windows 7/ Needed to reinstall Windows 7, Put in the Key # on the Microsoft site Came Back with:The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options.US Micro customer Service said my 60 day warranty is past and they could not help me.So in other words they say you are getting a genuine copy but you do not actually own it. Poor Customer Service

Bought a refurbished laptop. Worked ok at first but then right after very short 60 day warranty expired, USB ports didnt work right. This company offered no help whatsoever. Their exact words: We do not offer repair, technical support or assistance on units outside of the original warranty. They did not offer any apology or help and now I am stuck with a laptop that I cannot plug anything into the USB ports.

I purchased a refurbished W510 ThinkPad laptop on Newegg with 18 months of warranty. The computer came looking better than I expected. But a few weeks into using the computer the Hard Drive failed. I contacted Newegg who suggested I contacted Lenovo for support. Lenovo told me the warranty was expired and Newwgg looked further into the problem finding out that US Micro was the supplier and they would honor the 18 month warranty that Newegg has in their website. To this point in the problem I do not blame Newegg as their customer service is second to none. The problem really started when I contacted US Micro Corporation using the phone number Newegg provided. They sent my call to technical support three (3) times and 3 times I left a voicemail. They have not called me yet and its been two weeks I have been trying to reach them. I even spoke to the receptionist and told her that tech support was not calling me back, guess what she did? transferred me to the non responsive tech support extension.In a nutshell: US Micro Corporation is not a serious company that does not take care of its customers and does not pick up or call back on their technical support. Newegg which is a great company should stop doing business with them ASAP.

This is the worse company I ever dealt with I got the computer and it wouldnt connect to the internet I kept getting an error code i contacted the company and they blamed me for it.I wouldnt recomend buying anything from this company and all returns you pay for the shipping also they take a 10% restocking fee . My best bet would be to just go into your local store and buy a new computer off the shelf.

I purchased a bundled desktop unit off lease from Tigerdirect last April. It came with a 1 year warranty. The monitor caught fire around December this year. I called Tiger Direct they gave me US Micros tech phone number and I called them twice now and left my phone number for a replacement monitor they have yet to call me back.
