This location is nice looking from the outside, fine on the inside, but internet ordering beware. Not reliable at that. They seem to always run out of apple fritters. However, if you go to Race Trac they will have them. Frustrating! The young man who waited on is was very nice, friendly, etc. He said they are no longer carrying the fritters for the present season.... hmmmm Anyway, the one on 41 is a big leap ahead of this location.

Went while the hot light was on and got cold misshapen doughnuts. Disappointed

Drove almost 12 miles to this location. Ordered 6 glazed doughnuts and 6 maple cake doughnuts... I kept repeating my order so that the guy at the drive-through could hear me well... And he gave me my order... Gotten to my kids party... When I open my order. It was all glazed... And this will be the second time it happening. Please when ordering from this location... Check your order before you leave.!

Donuts and service are good. They are a tad bit slow. Not sure if its because of lack of staffing or what but fix that piece and you gotta winner.

Ive been to the location a couple of times. The last time which was a week or so ago. I got in the drive thru around 9 o clock, an hr before close. I wanted a latté and the rep told me that the machine is down . I asked what time does their establishment stop making them and he told me 8:30 ish becauseof the time it takes to clean. So boom! I get there around 7:45 and same scenario. The machine is down. At this point Im just going to Star Bucks from now on. Youre open for business, but its partial business...How does that make sense?

I’m not understanding this place. Every time I come it’s always a wait for doughnuts even if they open at 6 am. Made a mobile order for 6:15 for a dozen and still have to wait.

Cashiers were very warm and friendly. Just like the warm delicious donuts hot off the press or stove! Nice and clean environment and convenient location. Give free donuts for Covid vaccine if show vaccination card right now!

Ive been going more recently b/c of the free donut for Covid vaccinated people! We like their minis, & blueberry donuts, & the drive-thru service is usually good.

Nothing works. Theyre only selling warm lemon. Theyre not even selling iced coffee drinks. Honestly, youre better off going to the store and getting them cold.

I’ve been here several times, and the service is usually fast and friendly. When there are promotions (and on special days like today) the lines can get a bit long, but they do the best they can. However, I placed an online order in advance for Valentine’s Day, and my order was ready and correct exactly as expected despite the overwhelming number of customers who also wanted to enjoy some delicious doughnuts.

Todays visit was horrible. Dont bother using the app to order ahead. Placed an order for an assorted dozen and two coffees. Showed up at the appropriate time to pick it up and ended up waiting for 30 minutes! Should have just shown up and ordered in person as we watched other people get the same order while we were still waiting for ours.

If youre ever in Smyrna, you have to stop and grab a couple original glazed donuts and a cup of coffee. Theyre hot to go and melt in your mouf. Yeah, thats right... Mouf, not mouth. The donuts were hard, and I asked for glazed mini donuts and got assorted. I was not told that they only had assorted mini donuts! I did not get what I paid for! Bad customer service!

Easy access, friendly staff, store and bathroom is always clean. The hot chocolate is always on point, the doughnuts are good (of course), and like I said the staff always hustles and display professionalism. Worth my 25 minute drive coming here twice a week. Just wish they were 24 hours like the Marietta location.

I visit this Krispy Kreme after my appointments with my oncologist when I get good news. I started this tradition about 2 years ago. They’re always working really hard and the customer service is impeccable!!!

I had 2 orders they messed them up. I asked for creme an sugar on the side for 2 coffees they put one creme an 4 sugars in the bag. Just horrible experience. Would only go here for donuts!

We requested original glazed when the hot sign was on and in return we received these hard burnt cakey donuts which were smaller than the normal Krispy Kreme donuts. My dog loves Krispy Kreme and she wouldn’t even eat these. I won’t be returning the Krispy Kreme in Austell on south Cobb drive. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately I bought 2 dozen. Smh

This place proves you cant mess up donuts, but the coffee was burnt and the lemonade did not taste like lemon.

Customer service is horrible here. They ignored customers in line for several minutes before someone finally serviced us. Erin, the cashier was rude and clearly did not want to be there.

Service was timely and polite. Doughnuts were fresh and sweet. The attendant was welcoming to answer the questions about my coupon and accommodating when it came to helping us with our order. We always come to this location and will keep coming back for the Doughnuts!

Cobb Dr., and weve been told they dont have any doughnut holes and theyre not cooking anymore today!😕 Its just 5pm on a Sunday and you know the people that went to Church want them as well! Mind you, the other time was earlier.. Oh well! They dont close until late. Sis ended up driving all the way to Cobb Pkwy and they had them! I ordered, customer 2 ordered the same as me (x3), we both waited. The boxes came out and they asked who was first. Customer 2 and myself both said I was.They gave customer 2 their food first anyway. It was disrespectful, rude, and they didnt even acknowledge their mistake. No one made eye contact. They handed my doughnuts to me 20 min later and said here, rolled their eyes and walked away.Disappointed, as doughnuts are a rare treat for me.

Terrible service ordered an assortment of mini doughnuts but they gave me all glazed - when I pointed this out they had no concern. They took back the box and acted like they didn’t know I had ordered assorted then walked away and came right back with the same box claiming they had no other doughnuts aside from glazed. No apologies or care.Also ordered a caramel iced latte which tasted nothing like caramel and was missing the whipped cream and caramel drizzle. No straw was provided. Asked for one and girl was annoyed and showed actual annoyance. Did she expect me to drink it without?Terrible experience!

Gave them a 5 stars last month and changed it to 2 stars for my second visit here!Red light was on and the original glazed were hot but they had a weird taste!Got orginal glazed and they usually are perfect round shaped but this time they looked deformed or mutated (picture attached).Again they didnt taste as good as they should be, some ingredients were missing or they didnt do it correctly!Staff are not knowledgeable or familiar with everything, they even waned to overcharge me just because they didnt know what to punch into the system but they were Friendly!

While waiting they gave me a cold box, when I bought to their attention no customer service and no concern to fix the for the customer... It was a delicious but expensive stop to get a dozen of hot fresh donuts right off of the conveyor which are delicious but at $9.50 a dozen extremely high.. Employees were very nice and the donuts are very good you cant beat them they just need to drop the price..

Pull up to the drive-thru they tell me no glazed doughnuts for another 15 minutes. I told them I would sit out front and wait. 20 minutes later I go to walk in and the door is locked. Employee comes to the door and says you have to go through the drive thru. I told them I was sitting outside waiting on the glazed to be done they said 15 minutes and its now been 20 minutes. She then proceeds to tell me it will be another 40 minutes. Waste of time!

They always have great coupons on the app. The person at the register was hard to unerstand with there mask and did not explain they were only taking exact change at the beginning of the transaction. But, hot Krispy Kreme s are always the bomb.

I went to the drive through for my free donut and coffee. The drive through girl was very short with me and gave me my coffee without offering cream or sugar. Later I find out that the free coffee could have been any size but was not asked about this, instead I was given the smallest size they had.I returned later that same day with my mom to get her free donut and coffee. The cashier really acted like he didnt want to be there. Overall, not a great experience.
