Croissant was too hot to eat. Sausage was OK. The egg was very small. Cheese was OK. My partner liked the yogurt and the chocolate croissant. I am still hungry. How to improve? Heat the contents separately, cook real eggs, and dont over microwave everything. Thanks!

The words soup and grout both have the letters ou in them, but at this location, the commonalities extend to similarities. Like grout, the twice baked potato soup was just as thick and as tasteless. Somehow the broad line between soup and mashed potatoes was not only crossed but erased.

I ordered from here today with doordash & got some breakfast. The presentation was very bland. The eggs have no seasoning or taste whatsoever, the potatoes look like theyve been sitting out all day, & the turkey patties didnt taste good at all, I took one bite and just pushed it to the side. I dont want to be rude, but there breakfast doesnt even want to make me try and of the other foods.

Had the chicken pesto panini and a pineapple mango spinach smoothie. It was delicious and the young lady that helped me was Very sweet. Oh and I got oatmeal raisin cookies everything was great. I’ll be back.

The sandwiches we ordered were cold in the middle. The cheese on my caprese panini wasnt melted the slightest.The only good thing that came from this visit was the watermelon sweet tea.

What is the point of offering curbside pickup if no one is willing to pick up the phone when you get there?! I followed the instructions, called the number as instructed and all I got was a recording telling me to leave a message. Not great.

I drove 20 miles for a turkey panini club as there are not any ABCs near me. The bread was Burnt! It completely took over the taste of the sandwich. I was extremely disappointed. I drove too far for this.

I always order online before heading to the store and most times my food is prepared and ready upon arrival. The 2 times Ive experienced delays were when Ashilay or Ashlan is working and it is always without regard. Today, April 5, my avocado toast and soup was suppose to be ready by 1pm in which I assumed it would be because it is a very simple meal but when I arrived at 1:07pm Ashlan told me to please wait 5 min. I waited 17 min before I decided to go inside, there were 2 customers in the restaurant - 1 of them in which was already served. It wasnt busy at all. Ashlan tells me they never made my meal and that she was about to go in the back to prepare it herself. At that point, I declined and asked for a refund. She turned and walked away while saying shell refund me and I left. No lunch, no regard, total inconvenience and I was late returning to work. Thank you

I generally love ABC but this location is such a great atmosphere that i have made ABC my go-to even when i dont really desire it. Their menu is quite possibly the healthiest fastfood option for 5 miles along s. cobb rd and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Even if there is an issue or mistake, they are quick to prioritize the correction. I really miss lounging there but they have created safe spaces indoor & outdoors for people braver than i am (as of Aug 29th 2020). Lastly, i dare anybody to name a better batch of cookies in the area without having to drive to cumberland mall. The cookies are elite. Even their sugar cookie is a beast.

This sandwich shop is amazing! I love he atmosphere, smell of great food, and quick service. I have ordered food in the shop and it very clean along with the customer service. I’ve also ordered them through Uber eats which was pretty quick with arriving. I would recommend their chicken and wild rice soup.

During my last visit a member of the kitchen staff was dismissive and unprofessional towards me. I’m not sure that I will return to this location because of this.

They are so slow. And they will sit and put together boxes for to go orders while in store customers stare them down waiting for coffee to be made.

California Avocado sandwich is off the chain if you’re in the mood for a vegetarian sandwich. I have eaten it as an occasional treat for the last 15 years and it never disappoints. Shame that there are so few locations of this chain left!

I’ve only tried their breakfast and I got it through Uber eats but it was amazing and their cold brew coffee is the best!

It’s OK. I went in the morning around 9 on a weekday. There was 5 customers inside and out and only 1 person in line.Tables were closed for social distancing but most had plates and food on them. I sat at an empty small table but it was also dirty. There was visible wipe marks on the table but food debris was very much present.Quality of food is OK, but It wasn’t spectacular.I ordered the breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Bagel was extremely hard to actually bite into and seemed to be stale. Egg and sausage were fine.Would likely eat here again if I had to get something quick but would likely get it to go and maybe would stay away from the bagel.

My four cheese grilled cheese sandwich and white macadamia nut cookie were both dry. My food was not fresh. Lets do better ABC.

Ordered this to be delivered. The grilled cheese was completely flattened. Only as thick as maybe 4 pennies stacked. Egg and cheese croissant was stale and hard to chew. They barely filled the cup of potatoes halfway. And nothing was remotely as pictured on the website.

I am a little disappointed with the online orders I am placing, as when I pick them up and get home or work I realize that what I ordered was not given. For example, today I ordered a Chicken Waldorf and what they gave me was a simple sandwich of lettuce, chicken and tomato. Nothing to do with my order. It is the second time this has happened to me.

I love this location so much! I come in almost every day for coffee because they have the best coffee in a several mile radius. Everyone on staff is so friendly, they always brighten my day. On the occasions that I get to sit in the restaurant and get a little work done, I always enjoy the music they have on and the atmosphere they create. The whole restaurant is always spotless and the food is excellent!

Omg, Id no idea they remodeled. The new layout is very suitable for social distancing. They even added a private gathering room. The staff is always friendly here. And its always clean 🤗. Bring your patience though.

Its been a while since Ive eaten at an Atlanta Bread. The food was great! I had the Waldorf Chicken sandwich and my wife had The Californian. Both were great and fresh tasting and were served quickly.This store wasnt dirty but it certainly wasnt sparkly clean either. 5 tables/booths were empty but loaded with dirty dishes. One female employee stopped and looked at them and said to herself, Im not cleaning that and then went over to the drinks and got herself a tea. We had to clean off our booth table ourselves. The employees are cordial but just seem to be there for the pay check. But again, the food was good!

Staff is always very friendly and attentive and the food is always delicious. My family’s favorite lunch spot on the weekend and a good ‘home office’ for me during the week.

My 1st experience at Atlanta Bread was not as expected. I came in on 10/13/19 and had 2 orders. I ordered at 9:50 and didnt get my food til 10:30. I didnt even think to check the order because I was ready to go after spending over 30min waiting for my order. While on my way home i decided to take a bite into my sandwich only to find out that they put pork on it!!! i havent ate pork for yrs and am disgusted. I will never in my life go to another Atlanta Bread no matter the location. I live in Covington GA which is almost a hr away from the location and couldnt drive back to complain. Customer service was great, the gentleman was very nice and helpful.

I gave it three stars because for it being my first time at this place it wasnt all that great for me...the baked potato soup was bland and salty the piece of bread accompanying it was cold and hard, and OMG the chicken avocado sandwich I ate 🙄 👎👎👎 thats all I have to say about that!!!!! Great customer service...

Called in a togo order and it took forever. My sandwich was missing toppings I asked for. It looked like someone stepped on it. The workers had no sense of urgency. They werent even calling names out. They just throw the food on the counter. This is my second attempt. Wont be a third.

Team members taking orders should read back orders. My order was incorrect so I had to ask for a partial refund. Tables need to be cleaned on the regular. Other than that food was good.

The service is SLOW. I saw one person take, I swear, 2 minutes to add cheese onto a pizza. I had to ask for the entire part of my order. One of the cooks pants were so low, you could see his underwear. The fact that they have the meeting rooms that you can rent for $5 an hour is a good deal and you get a $5 credit. But, the rooms needed to be upgraded, the chairs need some repair and it was a little cramped.

The service was awesome. They were very fast and accommodating as I changed my order mid-way. Without attitude or complaint, the gentleman at the register went to the back to make them aware of the change. I enjoyed the lounge area as I waited. There were problems with the order.This week I spoke to the manager. She listened to my concerns and was very apologetic. She replaced the meal as well as offered dessert and drink. To me, this is great customer service!!I recognize that in a time where staff is limited things will happen but at the same time if you dont get the meal for which you paid, it kinda doesnt make your meal pleasant either.Kudos Atlanta Bread for turning a negative situation into a positive!! I will continue to be a returning customer.My first meal of the day ( at 3:30 pm ), had me walking into Atlanta Bread for takeout. This location is clean. Friendly counter staff. I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion with spicy mustard. I requested a change of bread to honey wheat. The sandwich came with chips and a pickle. Meal.came as ordered. Pricing was reasonable. I was thanked and wished a nice day.Atlanta Bread reminds me of Panera with the sandwich, salads, dessert and bread offerings.The cleaniness, friendly staff and menu are inviting. Would return.

Ordered through Grubhub a couple days ago to support the locals during this difficult time for restaurants (no dine in). Everything was incredible and this was my first time trying it! Tomato basil soup with grilled cheese focaccia was outstanding, as were the cookies and chai latte. Would definitely order again!

Casual and unhurried restaurant in the neighborhood serving soups, salads, and sandwiches. The Grilled Turkey sandwich and French Onion soup were perfect on a rainy October Saturday.

Placed an order for two Pizzas. Was told they did have any dough. Okay..... Refund. Almost a month later, several calls and finally an i store visit. No resolution. With receipts in hand. No one was able to offer a solution. So off to my bank I go to dispute the charge. Shame that after a month no one thought enough to give me a call to discuss to matter or offer any resolution.Thank Goodness for saving receipts.

Brittany was my server... Excellent suggestion for my vegetarian appetite and great customer service with a smile. The location is a little tricky to get to if you arent familiar with the area, but once there its a pretty standard affair, which means its good service and good food.

This ABC has been remodeled, but they seem to prioritize to go and web orders over dine in. Everyone was nice, place was clean and the food was good. I had a roast beef on rye. They no longer have horseradish sauce 😒

Atlanta Bread is a friendly, warm place to eat, socialize and have business meetings. The food is excellent and the make you feel like family.

Good food but I am now counting the number of times they miss something on their to go or grub hub orders. Its like a game now. No they never replace it, never have no matter how much I complain. May be a grub hub issue as well. They owe me 1 sandwich, 5 sides of potato salad, 3 soups, 4 muffin tops, 2 drinks, 1 whole muffin, and 3 chips. Again, decent food and I keep ordering because its such a challenge. I do believe however this is all on them and grub hub. Its better to go in so you cant be ripped off. At this point its my fault for being dumb enough to use them and grub hub.

Workers are either not wearing their masks or not wearing them properly.

The soups are really good- the tomato basil is my favorite and with the 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich you are not hungry after lunch.

Neither bad nor really good. Im not saying theyre bread since I really dont care for it. The chicken chili is pretty good. It had lots of beans which I know most chilli purists dont like but I happen to like brand in chili. Salads see simple but pretty good. Wish the dressings werent so heavy.

Wonderfully convenient place to go when you want a quick bite. You must try their soups.

I cant even give this place an OK anymore. My kids love to go there, especially on Kids Nights, but I dont think theyve gotten our order right in the last dozen times weve been there. They always forget part of the order, or bring a completely different item (Ive gotten two salads now - even though Ive never ordered a salad), or put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches. Even when you carefully check what they enter for the order, it has little effect on what you receive. The food is fine, but not worth the effort required to actually get the food you ordered.

Ate here for the first time. The food and service were great. I highly recommend the Wardorf Sandwich and the pumpkin muffin top.

Ive always loved Panera, but ABC is closer to my work so Ive come to love it even more now! The staff tens to cycle through every once in a while, but the people that have worked there longest are really wonderful and really helpful. Love the Cobb salad and their butternut squash soup! Dining area is kept pretty clean and orderly, though much of the booth seating could use new fabric soon. It does get pretty loud in this location, so I usually bring my headphones to tune out the noise. Overall, ABC is my current favorite lunch spot.

My was my first time there. I just ordered French toast. It seems like Panera mixed with a diner considering they had a real kitchen. The toast was great. I waited 40 minutes because they thought my order was a call in but other than that, all good!

Great place for the laptop! I work out of there a lot - staff are always courteous and more than happy to reset the modem if wireless gets crowded. 101 Coke soft drink station! And a great place to meet others working via laptop!

The coffee was cold, the popular house toast was empty and the service very disappointing. It used to be a business meeting and hang out place - now it’s a DUMP. I am very saddened to see this rapid descent into the grave yard of bad service and attention.

The place is beautiful. Whoever designed it has great taste in design and layout. Unfortunately, the food does not meet the quality of the design. I was disappointed with my food. The lentil soup was undercooked and the turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich was not tasty. The bread for the sandiwich was crusty and wasnt as fresh as expected and the gluten free bread was unappetizing.

This location has messed up my orders several time and don’t do anything to try making it better. We used their online ordering system 30 minutes before we arrived and they hadn’t even started making yet. The manager lied about the food being processed and was very rude.

Clean Restaurant offering great salads, sandwiches and soups and fresh homemade desserts. Quick service as well. Great place to go on your lunch break.

I ordered via UberEats and was disappointed when I could not order a sandwich without an up charge between $2.90-6.90 for the bread that the sandwich comes on. Please review your menu options on UberEats as paying an additional $6.90 for a sandwich that is already priced between $8.67-10.50 is absolutely absurd!!!! Specifically, the Chicken Salad Sandwich, which states it comes on Sourdough bread. When I go to order, it requires me to select a bread... (it comes with sourdough right), so when I select Sourdough bread, it adds an additional $5.94 to a sandwich that cost $8.70 bringing the total to $14.64... How! When the menu states the sandwich comes with Sourdough bread! I called the restaurant and they stated it was a mistake and just to order and put in the notes what I desired, however, there is no where to make a note to your restaurant. I had to resort to ordering a salad and flatbread. PLEASE CHECK AND FIX THIS, AS I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO FOR BREAD TO ORDER A SANDWICH THAT IS ON THE MENU! I was not seeking a substitution, just the $8.70 sandwich as it comes, however, this was not possible on the app. Fix it please... Thanks

Too bad you cant give a 0 or minus stars rating.First time eating there in several years. Got the ABC on rye. The person who brought my food to the table also brought a napkin which was very spotted; looked like grease stains as though someones food had sat on it. The picture on the menu looks to be about two inches thick between the bread, but mine MAY have been 1/4-1/2 inch, and out of all the meats supposedly on it, much of the thickness was only cheese, lettuce and onions - it did not even have a full coverage of meat, even though it was only less than 1/2 inch thick combined.Its a good thing I opened the sandwich to see what was on it since it looked pretty much like bread with lettuce in between, because upon opening it, I found hair. When I closed it back up and moved it on the plate to make room to open the other half, I found hair under the sandwich on the plate as well. I didnt bother opening the other half. I took the meal back to the counter and asked for my money back, which was refunded after giving ME some lousy looks as though I had done something wrong. As I was hitting the front door, I realized the manager had only refunded $7.20 of the $9.20 I paid for the sandwich - I guess he held out his profit. I didnt bother to go back to the counter to ask for my other $2 - I figure thats a small price to pay to get such good information on the first trip. Even without the hair, the sandwich was a joke - there were literally a few nickel to quarter sized 1/4 inch thick pieces of meat next to some cheese and lettuce and onions - nowhere near a passable sandwich, much less a multi-meat sandwich.Dont waste your time, your health or your money.

Food was ok, but I dont like the fact that if you buy a buy 2 then they rip you off. I got a half panini and soup. When i got my receipt I realized the soup portion was $7. No soup on the menu is $7, its all less than that. Its cheaper to order it separately. When I added a soda the total was over $15. Not worth it.

I created my own breakfast sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! Here it is:Ham, Egg and Swiss on an Asiago Cheese Bagel. Those ingredients complement each other...from the initial tartness of the Asiago, followed by the savoriness of the ham with the ending notes of comfy satisfaction in my tummy. Ill be back in a couple of days for another one of these. Ive got to drive about 10 miles out of my way to get there, but its worth it!

Great Tomato Basil soup and fantastic high quality sandwiches.

The first time i went to the place service was great and food was pretty good also. Since then every time we try to get food here they give me the wrong items, my husband had to change his order at least twice. Then i keep giving it a try ordering from uber eAts and every single time they don’t send me my drink, today was just the cherry on top, my coworker ordered a chargrilled chicken pesto panini and Potato salad and i ordered the three cheese panini. I didn’t get my panini, instead we got two chicken pesto and the potato salad is just like a spoon full of salad, not even mentioning that i ordered a coke that i never got. So disappointed.
