Stopped here for lunch and it was worth it. The staff were very nice and they offered table service for bringing out the food. The portion sizing for the price was great to me, and the food was equally as good.Also, the coffee was fantastic.

My first time eating here but definitly not my last especially since we live close now. Great food (loved the chicken salad and chicken tortilla soup) and my latte was awesome as well. They have been here 10 years. Great place to check out!

3 stars because the food and coffee were good. The service is terribly slow - like astonishing slow - and the atmosphere was not as expected. That part wasn’t the staff or decor, but the patrons. It’s supposed to support the artistic community yet we got nothing but dirty looks from the few parties present - all pairs doing some sort of Bible study/discussions. I suppose, yeah, all are welcome - but are not required to be welcoming.

Wait time was a bit longer than expected. Coffee was good I liked my burrito as well, it just took a long time and there was not really a long line of people waiting. Maybe they should hire more help to deliver faster service. I do recommend if you are wanting to chill and have coffee. Not a quick coffee run though.

I had a caramel macchiato, croissant sandwich with soufflé, bacon, and Gouda, and a chocolate chip cookie. It was all wonderful. The service was great, and the aesthetic is chill and welcoming. The focus on the arts is refreshing!

This was a nice cafe. It had high quality food and very tasty Cinnamon Rolls. They have a good selection of coffee and espresso to choose from, but the drip is a little weak. This is a preference of course and next time Ill get an espresso for sure. Overall, we (Myself and Grayson) enjoyed our time and we feel like we seized the cafe!

I had a London Fog Hot Tea made with almond milk, quiche & cinnamon roll. They also have coconut, regular or soy milk. You have to see this place for yourself. They have a great menu for breakfast & lunch. They also have nice art that you can purchase & few other things. You can sit inside or outside.

This is a great place, especially for breakfast. Me and a friend went here one morning and I ordered the ham & cheese croissant sandwich. It tasted awesome. You can also get specialty coffee there or just a normal all-you-can-drink cup of Joe for about $2. And the sandwich was only about $5. Service was also nice, we got our food promptly and with a smile. I will definitely be eating here for breakfast again. They even have gluten free options!

I visited here earlier this week to break the monotony of working from home. I ordered a ham/ Gouda cheese croissant and a small regular coffee. Everything was FANTASTIC! I dont think I could ever drink Starbucks coffee again. The coffee was absolutely the best I have ever had. The staff was super friendly as well, and the prices are reasonable. This will definitely be my go-to spot for a working lunch.

Loved this place! Had the fortune of meeting the owner my first time trying local places near my new office. Super rad corners to hide in, delicious foods, and the fruit tea did not disappoint. Will be back!

A Smyrna staple. The staff is always friendly when you walk in, and its evident that they truly care about quality coffee. They roast their own brew blends in house and offer a nice variety of foods. The shop is cozy, offering plenty of seating as well as a small game room, and even host local musicians on the patio. Great place to stop by or hang out for a bit.

This place is the BEST. Great food, great coffee, and great people. You will be well taken care of and the aesthetics of the coffee shop are great for casual conversation, reading, or studying. I would highly highly recommend : )

Carpe cafe feeds my husband & I at least2-3 times a week! We like the chicken salad croissant & all of the soups we have tried are delicious. We have also had a breakfast from there & were pleased. Desserts are great & its hard to pick just one! We recommend this relaxing little spot very much!

Carpe Cafe is my jam, gotta love the excellent choice in coffee, great atmosphere, very supportive of the arts and a real benefit to local musicians such as myself. Located right on the square at the round about in front of the railroad tracks. They provide live music outside in the summer which sounds awesome!

Very cool place.- The atmosphere and location are really really neat and creative- They seem to be very involved in improving the community and have advice in the cafe of how to get involved- The cold-brew coffee was delicious. The staff member messed up my drink but was very friendly and eager to make it right.The place was DEAD when we were there, I hope that business improves as this seemed to be a great part of the area

We were looking for a unique local sandwich spot to have lunch during a trip to the area. This place fit the bill. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food very much. The menu offered lots of options. This is a great option for those interested in avoiding the monotony of chain restaurants.

Super cute place. Not very big at all. I did order a iced chai latte and received it hot. And my egg souffle was basically just microwaved eggs. And they only had 3 people on staff for a Saturday at lunch. So service was a little slow. Husband ordered the Cuban sandwich and absolutely loved it. So I would recommend that.

Cozy little coffee shop with a great ambiance. Feels like youve been invited into somebodys living room. They had a great selection of coffee, both drinks and beans (even saw some house-brand K-Cups), to complement their selection of baked goods and a relatively modest food offering. They seemed quite busy but the staff were very personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend if youre anywhere in the area or looking to explore.

Creative environment, community based coffee shop. Very sweet baristas, willing to help you decide or willing to try new recipes to make customers satisfied with whats in their cup! Also last time i went i tried a whole grain croissant (never even heard of that) sandwich with egg, ham and cheese. It comes highly recommended. Also dont forget to grab a punch card to earn a free drink!

Cute atmosphere but not impressed. Ordered a cappuccino, got served in a to go cup (if I wanted that I’d have gone to Starbucks). Asked for a mug and when it was poured it was nothing more than hot milk and mediocre coffee. Got 3 stars because they have a patio where I could plug in my computer so I could work. The people are friendly too!

Staff was most pleasant. Owner, Ron, is an energetic individual, with a vision. The Peruvian coffee was rich, tasty and gave me a good Buzz. Will make a trip to go back tomorrow for more.

Waited 35 mins for 2 sandwiches when we were the only customers here. This place sadly has gone downhill. They don’t carry the bottled sodas like they use to, no more flatbreads but now just sandwiches which anyone can make at home. It’s unfortunate that this place hasn’t kept up to their standards. Will definitely not be coming back.
