Had a good experience shopping in this particular Hibbetts. Employees were very helpful and it was very clean on the inside. I found the UT shirt I was looking for and it was any many sizes. Will be shopping here again.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered shoes online last night for pickup today as Im going out of town and needed them to take with me. I receive no email, text, nothing. I keep logging in and checking the status it changes to canceled. I try to call the store, no less than 12 times. Nobody answers the phones there either. I go online, still shows in stock, I order again, same thing. They give zero explanation why the order is canceled and you cant reach anyone in store. I will never shop here again.

Seems like this is one of the stores that lies about inventory so they can get all the good releases. When you ask about a sneaker they all have a different answer.

Came by there to get a shoe that was released the previous weekend. They had one left in my size, and when I called the staff member let me know that and held it aside. Good customer service, really nice store actually. Will be back.

Great place to get your snicker fix satisfied. Staff is knowledgeable they know there shoes. Ive never been and asked for a pair Jordans they didnt know about. Im always in and out quickly.

Worst customer service.! I was there on the night of 3/7/20. Had the guy bring me out the wrong shoe 3 different times just to tell me they didn’t have the shoe my daughter wanted. I mean why not say that to begin with. Lady at cash register also was not very friendly. Won’t be seeing me in there again.

This place only sells sports apparel. The name is confusing because when I think sports Im thinking actual equipment and maybe some wear gear, not just clothes and no equipment.

Debit card was compromised and someone used my card here for (2) separate purchases of $241. What type of employee doesnt ask for ID to match on identical transactions? Been calling store for a couple days. No one answers....Correction. I called back and a lady was super helpful. she advised I call Smyrna police department and she would provide them with receipts and video footage to help them identify the criminal.

Nice clean store and friendly service. Basketball, baseball, football, & soccer but no swimming goods. Clothing apparel is limited & pricey.
