Desiree (Hair by Desiree) has been doing my hair for years and has yet to let me down. She is professional, talented, and fun to be around. She is easy to communicate with and always does her best to be flexible to accommodate your schedule. Between my hairs ability to soak up color by bucket load and the stubbornness of my curls I am always amazed by Desirees ability to work magic and ensure that I always leave looking incredible.The salon itself is absolutely adorable! Its always clean and neat and everyone there is welcoming every time Ive walked in.

My daughter and I LOVED our experience and haircuts with Desiree Connely. We found this place on Google and we are so glad we did. Its been a struggle for a few years to find our go to hairstylist. My daughter cant stop smiling and she said I think shes the one. It makes my heart smile to see her feeling confident. Desiree was so nice and listened to all our hair issues and needs.

This store is so cute. Lots of different (and many local) things to offer. Pleasant service. A great place to shop for a gift or for a new outfit that isn’t “the same old thing”. There are about 14 hairdressers who share the space, a massage therapist and a couple of others. Enjoy coming to have my hair done (by Brooke) and then shopping a bit.

This is a wonderful place! Everyone is super friendly and the way it is set up is amazing! The prices are around the same as most salons, which is great because this is a very unique place! Every stylist has their own room so you never have to leave or wait a sink or dryer to open up!! They stay booked, so definitely go to the website and book an appointment well ahead of time!

They have some really pretty and cute clothes, but they are on the pricey side! They do however carry Silver Forest earrings, and I LOVE their jewelry! They also have some other cute jewelry and gift type things. I didnt realize that there was a salon and spa on the premises until after I wandered around the building. Its a very cute shop! I walked in today completely distraught about my hair was just looking to set up appointment ASAP * to Correct an absolute disaster I just had done at another Salon, ) And I met Kellie Tracey, she listened to my wants and she heard threw my pain what I wantedand did a Fabulous job cgiving me Exactly what I desired.. I highly recommend Adrianna! She is absolutely amazing and patient as well as being friendly. I have never left her chair unhappy. The whole place is gorgeous and clean. I wont be changing salons any time soon.

Its a very cool salon. My hairdresser was very nice and knowledgeable. I went with a rose gold color and I didnt really see a difference in my hair color. She did offer for me to come back and put some rose color in it. I drove an hour because it was recommended. Maybe it was my type of hair that didnt hold the color, not sure but I spent a lot money and time and it wasnt what I was looking for.

Today was first time coming to this salon, and I was very pleased. The salon was beautiful, and very easy to find. Desiree was my stylist and she was amazing! She did exactly what I wanted, and was very kind and professional. I have found my new place to go! Thank you, Desiree!

Alicia is absolutely the best! She is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate my families busy schedules to help us keep looking our best. Her work is excellent! She has done cut, color, highlights, and styles for me and I have always been happy with the results. My two daughters (12 & 15) love the cuts and styles Alicia does for them.Prices are reasonable and worth every penny. Never had to wait on Alicia when I have made an appointment. She works quickly and efficiently without ever making me feel rushed; wants to make certain I am satisfied. I have NEVER been disappointed with her work. I highly reccomend Alicia!

True to their Mission Statement, I have received world class service. In my life, I have literally had hundreds of deep tissue massage therapy sessions from countless locations. I have never had better care and better outcomes than from here! Great people, great location, fantastic and attractive facility. Dont hesitate to give these fine folks a try!

This was the first time in 3 years that my hair hasnt been messed up at a salon. Sara is my stylist here. She listens to exactly what I want & she wont do anything that will put the health of your hair at risk. My hair felt amazing after leaving this salon & it gave me a much needed confidence boost. This salon is reasonably priced compared to other places in the Nashville area. Sara also cuts my boyfriends hair & now he wont go anywhere else. I would recommend this salon to anyone who has had bad experiences with past stylists. I ruined my hair with box dye for over a year because I was too scared to visit a salon again. But now hopefully I wont ever have to buy a box of Revlon from Walmart again. I am beyond satisfied & impressed with this salon, & especially Sara. She is great with children, too. The inside of the building has a vintage/chic feel, with some French decor. There are 2 bathrooms & plenty of seating. It is comfortable & you feel like youre hanging out at a girlfriends house with people you know.

Taylor is fabulous!! She did a great cut and style. Cant wait to come back for color.

Adrianna is a great stylist. Very friendly and does a great job with my hair. The salon has a nice set up and definitely has a shabby chic look. A cute boutique is in the front.

I have been going here for awhile now and Cindy does my hair beautifully! I always get compliments. The whole experience with the boutique adds a special quality that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else and everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

I love Shabby! Mary Jo always does my hair perfect! The salon is relaxing and the employees are all so nice! Definitely go if you need a haircut and color. They also do massages and facials so you can get everything done in one place!

I wasnt happy with my experience. The hairdresser was very sweet, but when I left, my hair was uneven. Not just a little uneven, but noticeably so. The lady had even said she had never done that particular cut before, but didnt ask advice from anyone else. I had to go somewhere else and get it fixed and it ended up being a lot shorter than I wanted it to be just to even it out.

Jessica Jones is the best ! Her friends their are awesome too ! Everyone there is friendly, and your sure to get a few laughs in while your there. Always have someone working there that is asking if youd like something to drink, or you need anything. Love everyone there !

The people were nice but the person I had seem like she was still in training, the chair they had me sit in had someones previous hair. I asked for a simple v cut and when she was done it didnt turn out how I wanted. I asked her if she can cut it a little more to my liking but she was telling me i wouldnt be able to see it in the front so my hair turned out very choppy. Overall I like the place but I wouldnt get my hair cut from there again.

I used to love this salon and the location next to some really cute clothes. But I recently had a bad experience with the owner, Tina Miller, and will NEVER be back. I’ve posted on here and will continue to let everyone I know and everyone in surrounding areas that this is not a welcoming friendly place. Very disappointed

Horrible. Awful. Terrible. My cut is hideous and my color is half done. I went in for ombre and the only thing that was colored was the ends of my hair. The top of my head was never touched leaving gray hair for all to see. The cut took all of five minutes and left me with a lifeless mess with no style whatsoever. Called to try and go back in to have things redone and specifically told the person who answered the phone that I did not want to same stylist. 15 minutes later I get a call from the same stylist asking me what is wrong and will I come back to see her. Save yourself the trouble, pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

First time but wont be last. Had cut & perm. Stylist was efficient & loved results!

Horrible service. I went in for a dimensional blonde with tiny lowlights, came out looking like a skunk. CHUNKY highlights and lowlights throughout my entire head. (Mind you the process only took about 20-30 minutes, which is way too fast for a color). Online and on the receipt the store policy says if you are unsatisfied you can come back in within 5 days and they will fix it at no charge. The very next day I called and told them I needed it fixed and the MANAGER who also did my hair, said it would be an additional charge. I was blown away. Charge me for your mistake? No. I will never go back. They try and act like they care about your hair but they dont. Its all a show. The salon is nice but they need more experienced, trendy stylists who care about their clients. If you want decent looking hair or a new style, spend your money elsewhere they are definitely not worth it. This salon is mainly for families and people who want simple haircuts.

I called and got worked in the same day with Michae. She did a fantastic job! I got a cut and balayage and was very happy with the results! I also had my eyebrows waxed! Everybody was very friendly and the salon is gorgeous! I highly recommend the salon and Michae!
