Says on the door masks appreciated but the girl working in there is wearing hers around her chin? I thought it was the health and beauty industry I’m working in? I guess they want you to protect them but not vice versa. I walked out and did not purchase anything.

CALL & ORDER FIRST! Sally’s is open 10am-6pm but you can’t enter the store. You must call and place your order. That includes giving your card info over the phone which I found out at the door. Granted the associates were GREAT! Zero complaints. Very professional about it. It just would have been nice to know before I drove there. Call from home first. Sally’s Beauty Corp. needs to adjust the website/app for in-store pick up. There is no ship to store or in-store pickup. Plan accordingly.

If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude high schooler employees more interested in talking about gossip than doing their actual job and coming around the counter to help a customer.
Stephanie is the best beauty advisor there! She know everything about color and she has the best picks for hair care same for Tyler and azia! I love this store!
I was so thankful for Tiffanis guidance to understand the products features and benefits (hair dryer). I went in for one thing and ended up with 5 more things because Tiffani was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back!
Bad customer service the lady upfront was rushing me by asking if i needed help more then once and once i got to checkout she kept making faces. If you dont like working with people get a different job! Definitely never going to shop here again.
I have never been so Mistreated and disrespected in my life The person who worked there named Tiffanni was rude to me as soon as I stepped foot into the door. When she finally acknowledged I smiled and as I got ready to speak she immediately asked if I was doing a return and if so to stand the the left .. When she realized all I was returning she said YOURE RETURNING ALL OF THIS in a loud and annoyed voice, then she proceeded to tell me that was going to have to wait and said to another associate whom I assumed she was training, that shell do my return because I have like 500 things when it was five and even then .. When was there ever a quantity limit on what I can return ? .. I was so angry and embarrassed !! While doing my returns at a point I even apologized for the inconvenience but still I received attitude she made me feel horrible she even through my Sallys card at me after I asked her a question about it . I will be speaking to whomever is above her Ive never experienced anyone or any situation like that and Im not letting it go without it being acknowledged!! I wasnt treated like a customer or with respect this isnt over !
Staff was very helpful with my search for various hair products. I may need to get a discount card. It sounds worth the purchase.

Being that Ive never been to sallys and Ive recently started my natural hair journey I was casually browsing the isles until I realized that I was being followed by an employee. I didnt think I looked like a criminal besides the color of my skin. (Brown) highly disappointing to be stereotyped. Especially since my husband is a COP. smh will not ever return to this location.
Today is December 29 and the store is closed. And the schedule says that it is served until 8 pm
Make sure you call 1st the store is understocked.
