Store prices are great, store manager was very professional and helpful. At the time that I went inventory was low but I love the products being a professional cosmetologist I get a chance to check out other products that I wouldnt tried because of the price and not knowing the overall outcome of the product. Great place to try different products and gain some product knowledge. I will be a regular shopper.

I just left this place. The service is absolutely horrible! I was followed around the store by a blonde young lady with bangs. She asked me if she could help me find anything so many times in such a short period of time that I had to ask her if I looked suspicious or confused or something. She said no and made up a story about looking for a flat iron for her mom. Smh. She even felt it necessary to make her way to the register while some other young lady was checking my items out. She was hawking over her and double checking everything that she scanned. I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable in my entire shopping experience...

It would be ideal to update the hours of operation online to coincide with the posted hours of operation on the door —- 7pm is not the same as 8pm. The SB franchise has become subpar with customer service, employee professionalism, and system management - I’ve shopped at serval stores and all employees chant the same ‘our system is down’ mantra with each location. Customer retention isn’t a priority, apparently.

Theres a really sweet woman there thats always incredibly nice, she has a moonstone necklace. I like this Sallys because I dont feel judged like other beauty stores, and I dont feel like the employees are following me around wanting something to do. Theyre all very knowledgeable and helpful, and its my go-to place for hairdye or waxing supplies.

System down and Sallys customer service would not help manager, she had been on the phone with them for 3 hours. Couldnt use any coupons or get points for purchase. Was told I needed to call customer service to talk to them. Not the managers fault, but how crappy to treat your employees that way. Shame on you Sallys Corporate.

I bought soo many things here for $20 I bought 2 3oz jars of acrylic powder, cuticle oil, 2 bottles of glue and 2 nail clippers all good quality but the bad thing is they take so long to ring the stuff up but it’s ok
