This store has some great baby clothes and accessories as well as gifts for events like a bachelorette party or wedding. Its easy to run in, grab a thoughtful gift and still be on time :)

Store items are super cute. The daughter that works there is very nice and has good customer service. I brought in scrubs tops to put my name and credentials; along with 2 jackets to add my company logo. Turn out was acceptable especially since the logo was difficult. I am a little disappointed in my scrub tops. The font I picked, I was told could not be done and that only one font could be used. I needed the font legible from a distance. My name has an extra comma after it and there is not space between my name and the two seperate credentials. Probably my fault since I didnt check to make sure the front desk person was writing it correctly. I was more focused on the spelling, location, And color. So basically, just make sure you clarify exactly how you want it to look. Overall, good experience and location is easy to get to.

Best place to go too ! I ordered my cups a week and a half before Christmas and they were able to help me with the color choices for my parents and the font! I ended up with 3 of there heavy duty corkcicle cups with the lids and a bunny for my baby and all of it monogrammed in such short time and it was amazing work !!! What I love about this place is they honestly can monogram anything and have clothes for sale in the store kids and adults that you can monogram ! They have all kind of corkcicles which I loved with a ton of different colors to choose from ! On top of everything they had tons and I mean TONS of fonts to choose from! I’m so happy with what I got and I can’t wait to go back again ! There work is amazing and you can tell how much they care for the customers needs it’s probably the best shop I’ve been too in town!!! You have to go !!

Terrible customer service.., no communication what so ever.. I had to drive to facility myself, just to find out my shirts were not touched that have been there for a week and a day before I needed them…

Come here if you’d like to see the prime example of closed minded individuals running a creative shop. The ladies that run this shop seem sweet but are nothing short of rude and their work has one of the worst qualities I’ve ever seen. Don’t come here.

This shop is fantastic! They do great work as far as personalization, embroidery, etc goes. I have had several things embroidered there and they have all turned out beautifully! The store itself has so many great gift items to choose from. Whenever I go to buy a gift I always leave with something for myself as well!

Marshmallow Dream is my go to, one stop shop in town! I love working with Byrne and Ashley, they are always willing to help me with any crazy idea I may have for gifts for my family, friends and clients. Their customer service is amazing and the staff is always friendly. The shop is clean and organized and they always have new stuff available, so customers have a variety of options available.

The Customer Service here is absolutely wonderful! The Ladies always help me when I have something in my mind that I would like and bring it to fruition! Even if I change the color of a monogram after we have come up with ideas, they are eager to help me with the change. This store has beautiful gifts and lots of variety!

This place has VERY POOR customer service! I took a professional garment there for embroidery and clearly indicated and wrote what I wanted placed on it. I was reassured that all I requested could be done with the possible exception of 1 character. A couple days later, I received 2 phone calls that there were 2 separate issues regarding the work. They ignored the significance of my request and said they were unable to embroider it as I requested, yet they were done with the job. When I went back to the store, I was told that the professional embroiderer/ manager was out of town and that the girl in training did it. When I tried on my lab coat, not only was my title not written as I requested, my first name was positioned underneath my armpit...smh. I asked that the service fees be reimbursed, as well as the cost of my lab coat. I received a call from the owner stating they do not replace items that were damaged by them, but they would be more than happy to refund me the fee for their services. Not only did the owner not take the time out to hear my concerns, she hung up on me. Then her daughter requested that I come to pick up my garment and take my services elsewhere. Thats what I recommend anyone whos considering to go there do...TAKE YOUR SERVICES ELSEWHERE!..unless you like to be mistreated!

I’ve been getting things monogrammed for years from Marshmellow Dream. They helped me design the cutest baseball outfit for my daughter to wear to her brothers game. They have the best selection of corkcicle; I have already bought several for family members and they even monogram those too!

Their work is professional and their attitudes are friendly. The shop is always clean. They’re very talented at what they do and go out of their way to provide you the results you want!

Ashley is great to work with! I ordered monogrammed cups as gifts for several people. Ashley emailed several times to make sure we got the correct initals on the right cup. She did not stop work or get frustrated as I changed my mind SEVERAL times . She happily and patiently complied with all my requests and once I agreed on colors and findf the turn around was SO FAST!

Im an extremely indecisive customer, and ALL the employees treated me with so much respect and understanding when I changed my order a couple of times. They were fast too! Ill be visiting this place a lot more often and will be recommending to friends from here on out!

BEWARE of this seller. If you are planning a big event or have questions or specifications you would like for whatever you are ordering do not make a purchase from this store. They will not work with you on receiving a refund even if they make a mistake. You will not get your item, and you will not be able to communicate with them because they dont respond to email. Currently, they have an F RATING AT THE BBB so do you really want to leave your purchase to chance? This is not a store that excels in any sort of customer service. I can tell from their reviews that as long as there are no problems they will probably deliver, but if something goes wrong you are on your own because they have no intention of even responding to your messages. I recommend trying another seller before you settle for this one

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I placed an order for monogramming, received an incorrect order, attempted to have the order corrected and it came back in error for a second time. The owner made no attempt to refund me or to provide an level of adequate customer service. I will never frequent this establishment again. Nasty, nasty, people.

I have used Marshallow Dreams numerous times to personalize different items. The entire staff is always super friendly and always seem very eager to exceed my expectations.I cant imagine anyone experiencing anyhting other than great customer service here. They have even helped correct an embroidered garmet I ordered online that was incorrect. i vowed to only use marshamllow Dreams for all my personalized gifts going forward. I would much rather support a small local business than a large online corporation. Thank you ladies for always doing a wonderful job!

I have had hundreds of items monogrammed here and not only were they perfect, they would come up with ideas for me that my twins have had many, many comments on. Every bathing suit, blanket, hidees, shirts for Disney, dresses and formal shirts for my son. I send all my friends here and NO ONE has been disappointed. I just ordered my 2 nieces, 3 nephews and sons and daughters christmas pjs here.The crew here are fantastic, work with you and take care of you. I never, ever write reviews but these folks are worth the time! and your business. Sororities, Door letters, Coolers and cups for tailgating, jewelry, kids stuff GALORE. I always get something unique from them and know it is not just another toys r us gift card or amazon gift card (not that there is a thing wrong with that)***not to question anyone elses experience, but I cannot believe that these 1 star reviews are dealing with the same people I have for the past 6 years. I am a pain in the butt customer (calling in, stopping by) and when 1 or 2 things out of hundreds have been faulty, always have been caused by machine failure, Byrne and crew, take care of it immediately. I have done Pottery Barn, Kellys Kids and Chasing Fireflys and have always regretted not taking them to MD. Dont believe the trolls, let me know if you need confirmation that this is real and I will show you the at least 100 shirts, blankets, hidees, bathing suits, coolers etc that MD has done for me. Simply the best in the NW Atlanta/Vinings/Smyrna/internet world.
