I love how they have alot of differ high quality leather coats and jackets and I love there backpacks

Great affordable collection of leather goods. Got myself a jacket from Guess, they have other good brands too. They have some premium stuff too if you are willing to stretch your budget. A lot of options for people who like motorbikes. The store in Smithfield is next to Nike so easy to spot if you are aware of the landmark (Nike).

Shame they are going out of business, but $799 for a jacket is completely insane in this econony.

Went in on black Friday with my mom. I had been searching through multiple stores for a certain style of jacket and I had kinda given up on finding anything. My mom suggested we go in just to look and I agreed to just look around.It didnt take long for us to find the perfect jacket. It was light but warm. The hood large and lined. It was perfect!The price for the jacket was more than reasonable, the checkout fast, employees friendly and helpful. Great experience! Next time I need a new jacket Ill coming here.

Leather, leather, and more leather. Thats what you will find visiting this store. Associates are very friendly but not in a Im trying to get a commission, kind of way. The one that helped us was very friendly and professional. She was helpful to us by finding coats that match us. She appeared to genuinely care that we were satisfied and didnt change when we were not buying. We did go back and picked up a coat we looked at earlier and were glad we made the purchase.

The employees were so very helpful and love the sales!!! Lots in the store are already discounted but right now some are even discounted MORE!! You really need to go and visit the Outlet Mall to see all the Holiday Sales.

What a difference a day makes.Up until my last visit, I would have said that this was a terrific place for deals. However, after my last visit, I can not really see myself patronizing this store.I recognize that I was in the South. I also understand that not too much has changed. With that being said, I can not express how deeply perturbed I am to be followed around as if I were some sort of a vagrant. From the moment I entered, after being told that I should shop in the clearance section, I was closely monitored by a particular employee who watched every item I touched, picked up and looked at. I felt so uncomfortable that that I had no other alternative but to leave.Please dont treat your patrons this way.

I went into the store and took forever to get any help. Very unprofessional staff, pretty much ignored me for a long time. Finally spoke to one of the associates and they did not have what I was looking.

Nice people, really helpful I had them all over the store looking for exactly what I wanted and it was less expensive than I thought, by like 60 bucks! I love my new coat.

Drive over an hour for a women’s leather jacket. NOTHING LEATHER in the store.

I was disappointed with the service they provide. The assistants behavior (girls) was unacceptable! I dont know why a group of three girls assistants were constantly staring at me and my husband. Every time they caught my look at them they were laughing and giggling! After such behavior I wanted to leave the store and one of the assistants shouted very loudly: what? No jacket? I was in many stores around the world but never witnessed such an awful attitude! The boys assistants were extremely pleasant though.

Smells like pure leather in there! Awesome place with grwat values!

Very unhelpful try three weeks ago to get a jacket no help was told to try back they had boxes in the back not if they had the jacket or not just try back went back to see if they had it or not they didnt so I ordered the jacket with the store manager and a rep from Corporate it had been a week now I have call I have visited still no luck with this total of about three weeks now
