I got stuck paying over $95 for a few T-Shirts, but with in-store credit returns I can’t do anything about it but never shop there again.Went in to return/exchange 2 shirts—paid $19.99 for 1, and $24.99 for the other. After my exchanges, when I left and checked my receipt, I realized they only put $37.35 on the Gift Card for the return..that doesn’t add up to me. Instead of returning & exchanging, I ended up giving away more money....

Fun place. A little expensive for what you get but buy one, get one half helps.

Went in to get an item - the sales person told me that she didn’t know if they carried the item that she was new. So I left and went to find the item elsewhere. I my item back to this store to get it personalized. The sales person who has been on the job for a short time could not answer simple questions about pricing and turn around. Could not tell me if the item could be done. I was told the owner was out of town and that she couldn’t find me an answer. She didn’t know who was working and when they would be there to give me an answer.The number to the store is the owners cell phone. When the owner of the store picked up, she told me she was on vacation and would get back to me next week. All good and well, but I should have been pointed to the store employee.This business seems to be run with no thought or excellence.I couldn’t ever recommend someone to shop there with the type of customer service they have.

I use to enjoy this store, I love the shirts and I have my wardrobe stocked. Recently I bought a shirt and Ive worn it once and the sleeve and has almost completely ripped off. Not to mention that the day I was in there I was told they no longer except anything larger than a $20. My neighbor and I shop there very often but I find myself wondering if I ever want to go back. Im not sure if it changed ownership or what, but its not the same.

Cute little store.. They personalize items as well. Would be the perfect place to buy someone a gift.

Worst service ever!! Today I stopped by Southern Attitude to buy me and my boyfriend some matching custom made tshirts. As I walked in there was a slim caucasian man helping a woman check out, even told her good by and to have a nice day.I was walking around looking at the different items for about 10 minutes, even sent my boyfriend a picture of the different tshirts they had.Not once was I greeted, asked how I was doing or if I needed help. The man would glance over to where i was but no verbal contact. So i walked up to him and ask is it normal for you not to greet customers or ask them if they need any help?. He responded yes, i do it all the time, and proceeded to text on his phone. I walked away saying ok, thanks. I will be writing a review about this. He bursted put laughing.How does this company feel about his professionalism and behavior towards an customer? Please respond.
