Very clean. Not too busy also conveniently located just off the highway. So easy access on and off the interstate.

Had a wonderful experience at Racetrack in Slidell this afternoon. I couldnt carry a case of beer to my car and the sweetest guy that works there carried my beer for me. His name was Erik and he is awesome. Good job Eriks parents raising such a wonderful, polite and thoughtful gentleman.

The customer service at POS was less than adequate from Bridget. I know people have bad days and I grant her grace for that, but it’s no excuse for someone employed in the customer service industry to bring their personal problems into the workplace. I’ve worked in various customer service roles for decades, and the success of the business in its entirety is dependent on the courtesy and professionalism of their employees. I had the courtesy to dismiss an important phone call while checking out at the register. Courtesy is not measured by title or income. It is measured by the quality of one’s character.I was not offered a receipt, and I forgot to ask for one as my thinking was on the important phone call I chose not to answer to expedite the customers funneling through the single register available. As it is a rainy Monday, I know people have pressing schedules and did not want to inhibit people from getting in and out of the gas station quickly and safely. The General Manager of the RaceTrac, Mr. Scott, was VERY helpful during a follow up phone call I made to review the transaction. I’m grateful he took the time to ensure I was informed about the details of my transaction.I would suggest a different employment role for the lady at the register if this is an ongoing issue. At one point, she was frustrated and started yelling at another employee in the back of the store telling them how to do something and got upset saying, “I guess I’m going to have to come back there and do it for you.”The espresso machine was out of 2 of the flavor mixes, and with such a busy location I’m sure there is ample opportunity for a change of job duties.Thanks to Scott again for his politeness. Second worst gas station in Slidell. #1 is also a RaceTrac. For one thing neither one is opened 24 hours despite dishonestly advertising that they are. They both close at random times during the night.

There is a sign on the door stating that mask are required in order to enter the store but no one is enforcing the rule. I saw three customers without mask on and tgey were allowed to check out.

It was really clean and well stocked. I bought a blueberry muffin and apple fritter from the fresh baked goods cabinet and they were delicious!

I like this place but, sometimes they have no food in the cabinet. NONE. One of the things that makes Racetrac so appealing is knowing you can get a hot meal in a quick hurry. Theyre very nice but have been slacking. Maybe somebody is sick. Maybe the oven is broken. Step it up, guys. Yall are better than this.

Fun place to get cheap frozen yogurt. Clean store, kind staff.

It has been completely rebuilt, from the gas storage tanks below ground up. The only thing left unchanged is the sign. It appears that it is, or will be open again, any day now...

Above average gas station with a high turnover of staff so service is inconsistent. Bathrooms are usually clean. Coming from the east-bound traffic off I-10 and onto Gause can interesting -be careful and take your time trying to get to this station.

Stop here daily and have issues often. I will be avoiding this and all Racetracs after todays visit.

Good gas stations. Lots of pumps, well lit, safe, and has everything you need at a gas station. I stop here a lot when Im traveling thru. Usually has goid prices on gas.
