Every time I come in the people are very helpful. The manager Nicole is knowledgeable and always happy to help.

The service is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I’ve always had a positive shopping experience at this location until this week. Staff rude and lack willingness to assist. Went earlier this week and the associate acted as if I was invisible. Decided to give it another try today. Different associate same experience. I will NEVER shop here again. Willing to spend my money where the workers are customer friendly and not reluctant to do their job.

Decent inventory

Staff was very rude. I went in to buy a pair of vans and i was about to purchase when i looked at the shoe and the laces were stained. I asked if they had another pair and the employee, Destiny, replied “you can buy them if you want. What do you want me to do about it?” I then asked if they had extra laces that i could relace them with and she replied “you can buy the laces separately if you want. Or you can just buy them and clean if yourself”. Throughout my whole 5 minute visit she was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help me. I merely wanted a pair of vans, preferably unstained, but i guess thats too complicated of a request.

The workers were rude and they were trying to tell me my shoe size when I think I know my own shoe size. They told me Ill fit in a size that was for a baby. Im 14 so Im a small womens or something. I would go all the way to a journeys in like New Orleans instead of this one tbh........

Prices and sizes are rarely found in store!

Friendly staff always. The selection changes so there is always something new, especially with adidas. Prices are average to what the sgoe is worth, but when they go on sale the prices are really worth it
