You know youre at Costco just before Christmas when you see a Harry Potter Lego Advent Calendar. Love it! This Costco is the closest one to the Conejo Valley with a gas station and the great low(er) gas prices. Multiple aisles of holiday displays, goodies, and an all-round festive atmosphere.

Good prices and a wide selection of items. I would rather shop here than a normal grocery store. The staff is always nice and helpful

Food is great. It was so hot inside the restaurant they didnt even bother turning the AC. And when they turn it on....the AC wasnt- working properly. It was blowing warm air.

I love to shop at Costco, great seafood and produce departments, you can get everything from food to clothes. The staff is always sanitizing the shopping carts, the checkout process is fast and efficient. They always have good deals.

Smaller store than Simi Valley or Woodland Hills but still offers a lot of merchandise. There is no gas station at this location.

Just want to tell all on how Simi Costco went to bat for me with a TV that had a problem. The warranty I thought took care of all, did not! I called one evening and talked to a Rachel, who gave me all the info I needed to get started. I went back and forth with the warranty people and Samsung over this problem. With no luck I called my own Costco. I talked to Jake, in returns, who really listened to me and put me in touch with his manager, Jessica. She went to bat for me and after a few calls, I was able to return my television and buy a new one. This is a very well run store, clean and well organized. Always great place to shop. I bought chickens and ribs this week, they are awesome. They have amazing selections and items you cant find anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and you always get a lot.

I had to renew my Costco membership, so I visited this store to take of in person. It was a Saturday, so the store was very crowded for shopping and the parking lot busy.Fortunately the membership window was not too busy and I easily renewed my membership. Employee was very helpful and updated my address for me also.Will visit this store for shopping in the future, or go online to order.

All Costco’s are either a 4 or 5 by default, right? I went with the lower number just due to the crazy parking lot. It’s made worse, of course, by all the customers who have to wait for a spot, plugging up traffic, to avoid that dreaded extra 100 foot walk from the back lot.The clerk in the electronics area was extremely helpful, and we found a fantastic strawberry cream dessert - sort of a cheesecake with a graham crust, loaded with strawberries. And - SURPRISE - they had some great prices on televisions.

Its Costco. The experience is pretty uniform across the chain even if the content might vary ever so slightly based on the geographic/demographic. Long time member and continue to be so even in the Covid Era and much reduced utilization. Some perks like the extra services you get when you insure with buying your insurance through them made it an extra value and worth it. Dont need AAA with an executive membership and Ameriprise insurance. Now they just need to negotiate to process some DMV services and it would be perfect.

Typical Costco store. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Long long lines today esp at the fuel pumps (20 minute wait), but they gave the cheapest diesel fuel in the area per GasBuddy. Very COVID aware. Patrons required to wear mask. You would be called out if you didnt. Shopping carts sanitized between users.

Six months ago I wrote that Sunday was a good day to shop.. No more...Its just as crowded as any other day.. good luck.

Purchasing my dogs medication thru Costco has really helped us afford to manage the disease she unfortunately suffers from. But my review is not about that. Its about your new self checkout. My husband and I decided to use it. A woman who worked there offered to scan our large items in our cart. I had many heavy items like a plant and soda cases. When she approached us, we were already in the middle of scanning our stuff. We printed our $250 receipt and made our way to the exit. The guy at the exit counts our items and tells us something is missing. Literally we are holding up the line. Instead of asking us to step aside, we were completely embarrassed because the line is about 15 plus people deep. He checks off each item and states the guacamole is not paid for. He says sorry you gotta pay for this as another employee walks by and says good job man! We decided instead of going back to just leave it. Asking for my receipt back, I noticed he wrote down my costco customer card # and some other#s. I thought this was completely insane over literally a $8 container of guacamole. We left feeling like criminals. I seriously want to cancel my membership and never go back. Completely unprofessional behavior and we never had any intention of not paying for 1 item.

Yeah! The muffins this time were back to their usual unburnt, fluffy consistency this time! And I highly recommend yall go right after that second Covid shot. Youll be glad that you went because in my case, the next 3 days afterwards, we were so sick and couldnt have made our twice a month Costco run either of those days even if Costco themselves had paid for us!

Good quality on everything. Except their mens shoes are made weird. Many shoes dont fit right or you cant even get your feet in. They really need to test their shoes before they sell them. Also bought non stick cooking pans, food stuck to them worse than any pan. Hit and miss quality sometimes. Mostly good on food and vitamins.

This location was efficient and easy to shop the layout is a bit different from other locations and some of the common items I shop for were in different locations. Checkout was fast due to them having enough lanes open and overall it was a pleasant experience even though it was the day after Christmas which is normally hectic.

As a long time Costco member and frequent shopper, this Costco has disappointed me. Ive never had any issues returning anything from Costcos from other states even with a few missing bits and pieces. Hell Ive returned a TV without the remote and legs in AZ.I ended up going to a Costco a little farther away to return a Dyson V12 Animal, that stopped working. The Costco in the valley took the return without receipt just looked up the purchase on my membership and then asked if I had the wall mount, I said I moved from AZ to CA, so I couldnt locate it... they took the return anyways. I happily spent another $100 on a corded vacuum. This warehouse is closer to my house but I will never shop at this location ever again.

Simi Valley branch is my favorite one. Not so busy and they have really nice friendly staff.

Discontinue products We like... Always out of TP and PT... Hello?? Paper products and manufactured in the USA... Especially during COVID...One stop shopping is greatly appreciated...Who keeps hoarding the TP, PT.?? RIDICULOUS! PLEASE bring back the Almond milk Banana Chocolate shakes! Very low fat high protein! What happened? They certainly were in demand!! I have seen them on Amazon for twice the price as in Costco...

Great customer service! I always find what I need and more. This location is very organized and clean. Although there is a longer waiting time in line to enter the store, it is still relaxing inside. They are COVID-compliant, they indeed sanitize every cart and keep everything in abundant supply.

Clean, well-stocked Costco store with easy access from 118 freeway in Simi Valley and ample convenient parking. Less crowded than Northridge and Woodland Hills stores. Excellent COVID hygiene practices.

Like all other Costco, expect big crowds inside and outside the store. This is more true if you go on a weekend. To avoid crowds I suggest show up early in the morning or on a weekday when people are working or in school. For the most part this particular Costco on this trip was organized and clean. The checkout lines where decent and a breeze to get through. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The outside food court now requires to show membership before purchasing any food. Overall I recommend this location for your shopping needs.

This visit to the Simi Valley location was a huge disappointment. The customer service from every employee we encountered was terrible at best. I have come to expect such a high level of engagement from this franchise everywhere that I was just shocked by the laziness and apathy of individuals who clearly wanted to be anywhere else. Step it up Costco refresh your employee hiring and training processes please and thank you.

This location is clean, always friendly, and even though it can get uncomfortably busy, their staff are phenomenal at managing for traffic during checkout, which I sincerely appreciate.

Cindy in customer service at this location answered the phone with great professionalism. She was patient and informative. She went further with her help than I asked, thats great old school customer service you rarely find now a days. When I came into the store today I requested help in the patio section. By the time I got to the department Jose was already there waiting for and greated me ready to assist. Jose went above and beyond to retrieve my items with no question or hesitation. I waited for a few minutes when he approached me to let me know my items were upfront. The time I thought he was going to bring them in a cart for me to push to the front myself. I apologize I didnt get the names of the guys who helped me load up my Yukon, once again thank you. Im so happy I made the drive it was all worth it. exceptional customer service

They always have plenty of goodies to eat, at affordable prices, good deals on paper products as well, a must place to shop.

I am not one of those people to write reviews or complain because I’m in the same line of work and sometimes things happen because either your really busy or things go wrong that’s out of your control. I love this Costco because it is 5 minutes a way from my house and I love Costco in general. BUT THE MAN NAME JOHN THAT WORKS IN THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT IS SUCH A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL MAN IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I HAVE DEALT WITH HIM IN THE PAST AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN RUDE BUT I ALWAYS IGNORE IT BECAUSE I THINK HE HAS A HAD A BAD DAY OR SOMETHING BUT THIS PAST WEEK I WENT IN AND HE WAS JUST OUT OF CONTROL AND I FINALLY HAD IT. I ASKED HIM WHAT HIS PROBLEM WAS AND HE JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND THE YOUNG LADY WORKING WITH HIM APOLOGIZED ON HIS BEHALF. I asked to speak to his manager and he replied by why do you need to speak to my manager then the manger shows up I explain the situation to him and he says ok ok ok and walks away and nothing was done after that. I was shocked more at the manager than John. I go back inside do my shopping and check out and as I’m walking out of Costco JOHN waves with a smirk on his face and starts laughing. I am very disappointed with Costco and their management.
