Initially, I was happy with my experience with Bo-Bebe until recently. I purchased a 4-in-1 crib and purchased the conversion kit that was supposed to have all the necessary parts to convert the crib into the three other types of beds (toddler bed, day bed, and twin bed). The conversion kit did not come with the parts to turn the crib into a toddler bed. I have tried many attempts to get in touch with someone from the store and no one is getting back to me. The conversion kit is not on their website. The salesperson assured me the conversion kit came with everything we needed but it didn’t. I am extremely disappointed and appalled at their lack of customer service.

Worst service ever. Girls are chatting together, nobody knows anything. They speculate prices whatever they can get more from the client. The worst is the manager she has no manners, rude and dry attitude with no intention to even hear the need of the client. NEVER AGAIN.

First time ever, went this weekend to check out strollers. All the girls working were huddled in the back chit chatting - no one said hello to us at the entrance or asked us at any point if we needed assistance. Too bad management isnt smart enough to realise that theyre paying salary to employees who are doing n.o.t.h.i.n.g. I ended up leaving, and I actually purchased a stroller with good customer service at Babies R Us (first time there too actually!). First impressions mean everything - Lost me as a client for life.

Pathetic place. Do not care about their customers and will lie to your face and try to make you think youre delusional. Sent them a complaint a week ago and havent received any response. So I definitely gave them a chance. Dont go there for anything important. Clearance sale, maybe worth it. Tons of other great places in Laval for baby stuff.

Great store with all kinds of diverse baby items that I didnt see at babies r us. Cheaper as well! The only downside is that when you do a baby registry, the scanner doesnt work for most items which is a major pain. Staff was great at taking care of it for us, though.

I simply adore this store. Yes its pricey but all baby things are. They have liquidations and sales very often. I bought 90% of my baby supplies there. The staff has always been helpful and they stay friendly even when youre clearly taking too much of their time.

Good selection of furniture, decoration, strollers, toys and other stuff a baby would need. I would say that they dont have a good selection of clothes at a good price point. They often have no tax events, which is a good time to buy furniture.

Walked in to get baby room furniture and left empty handed and very disappointed. Both bedroom sets we fell in love with were out of stock and discontinued. They were trying to sell the damaged demo models with very little discount and argued that it wasnt damaged but dirty... Then couldnt wash it off, and still wouldnt give discount. Service was bad as well. Left and went to bebelelo and was extremely happy, go there instead.

When it is crowded, or you call, it is hell! Nobodys nice. Maybe the sellers dont work on commission and thats why the service is affected. On the other side, the breastfeeding room is clean and well organized, but rather tight for such a big store. Overall ok, maybe similar to Maxi in the retail. Hihihi

He writes on google that he closes at 6 p.m. we go there cuckoo a paper on the door saying closing on Wednesday at 1 p.m. for restocking of the store. False representation of their product on their packaging. 95% polyester vs 5% cotton when it is only written in cotton on the box. Great lack of information on the quality / density of the mattress. Big box store with lots of choices for all budgets. Cribs are expensive for the quality, you see a lot of flaws and wear marks on the demos. The prices for various items are much higher than what you can find on Amazon.

Really bad onsite customer service. Besides, their website is not true now its been two times that we have been going online for articles. The first time the website says the item is in stock so we move (45 min drive) to get there and let us know that the item is not available. The second time the website says in stock but we decide to call to make sure. The lady who answers tells us that yes indeed the product is available. So we go there (45 min drive) to be told there that the item is not available to us and that the stock on the website is not the same as in the store. I do not recommend this cold, poor service personal store at all.

I bought an infant bike seat at the start of summer and still havent received it at the end of October. Firstly, every time I want a status on my order I have to call the online service 10 times because they never respond.Then, I can understand that with COVID some orders are in slow motion, but to be told that the item I want has been in Granby for 4 weeks and that I cannot receive it, because they have made a large order in supplier and I have to wait until all the products they ordered for all customers have arrived before I can send it to me ... A little flexibility? agreements with the supplier to accommodate your customers? no nothing ... we just get told all the time that it should happen in 2-3 weeks and when I call 2-3 weeks later, Im told another 2-3 weeks. No leadership and no customer care.This was the last time, miserable online service.

I had a good service at the start, I made my order via their website, in 72 hours I already had my package at home. All this spoils afterwards ... error in my order, I write to them. In less than 24 hours they call me back and ask me to return my package at their expense and since then no more news and I am still waiting for my products.

Really a total disappointment in this store! The moment you walk into the store, you see a gang of girls who work at Bo Bebe but stay in a corner to chat with each other. and do not even greet any customer who has just returned. I head for the dept. of baby strollers and I see another gang of girls in a corner chatting and laughing to each other without paying attention to customers who are not receiving customer service.2nd thing, I have to prepare a baby shower register, my friend has to order 2 items in the register. and a Bobebe employee calls us to say that it will be delivered the next day. but it never was the case and we received no orders at home. I call the online service and the person tells me that they will contact the delivery man and call me back but no response from them. so I had to call the store to cancel the order and request a refund for my friend. its terrible no service on the floor or online. I will not recommend this store to anyone! Bad experience and I will never return to this store.

Just yesterday I went to buy a stroller and I tell you this stroller is amazing and modern. Like all their products, it responds to the daily reality of parents of young children. I recommend this store for its extraordinary products and its breathtaking service. I hesitated for a long time between several types of stroller but the saleswoman was able to explain to me the usefulness of each stroller, their difference and their price. I call the store to find out if they have a product in stock that I want and I am told yes. I move, I arrive on site. Im trying to find a saleswoman. I find 3 chatting together so I wait next to them. After their discussion, nobody asks me if I need help and goes back to their side. I intercept one that helped me but had not considered. She was in a real rush, sighed and made me feel out of place. All of them to realize that they dont have the product in store for which I had called earlier. Highly desired customer service.

I leave 1 stars because the store is closed for an indefinite period. The problem comes from the fact that it is not written anywhere other than on the door of the store, even when called no recorded message is transmitted. No way of knowing. Outside after 1 hour by car it is very frustrating. Really very very disappointed.

If I could put no stars I would have done so. It’s the worst customer service, especially when many pregnant women shop there. The employees do not know the promotions of the store, give false information, answer their cellphone while they are serving you and after 1:30 am standing to wait you are informed at the checkout that the information received is false. The staff are not welcoming and we tell you clearly that you are not a valued customer. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with prices at Bô Bébé. The manager rather than helping to find a solution responds unfriendly that she will speak to her employees (4 different employees) to explain the promotions and the delivery procedure (training that should be given before customers have wait more than 1.5 hours to get the right information). In short, we did not buy anything, because despite the reasonable prices the service was pitiful.

They illustrated a sponsored product on Facebook, but none in stock. I ordered it and paid for it. Customer service leaves something to be desired. No file follow-up during an inadequate furniture delivery. We have to fight and make multiple calls ourselves. No one ever calls us to see if this has been resolved. It is just as difficult to be understood by customer service, we are told that it never happens, when in store the speech is very different. I do not recommend the place for buying large pieces, unless you feel like spending time with tracking or with many calls.

The prices in specials are very good but the customer service is really bad.** Before buying a discounted furniture set, calculate the unit prices. we saved $ 20 by buying everything separately ... for exactly the same items **I wanted to measure the boxes to make sure that everything entered the truck to avoid $ 60 delivery (that Tuesdays in my area). we had to talk to the supervisor because we were asked to pay BEFORE even seeing the size of the boxes. They were not even able to give me the dimensions ..obviously when we came back to pay before taking them, the supervisor thought we were thieves and she was sure we had entered the boxes in our vehicle without paying ..

Customer service can be really great if you hit the right person. In general, when we visit for large purchases (stroller, car seat, high chair), we have good service and the person serving us is pleasant and takes the time with us. They hit Amazon prices if the product is cheaper online.On the other hand, it has happened that we are served by people who have less experience and less interest ... you have to really hook the right person!

When you show up With a toy that does not meet the safety standards and ask to change it, they answer you that they can not because the period of 30 days has passed, so to contact the company. I had greetings from 2 employees, one at the entrance and a gentleman near the strollers. I stayed a good 5 minutes in front of the baby doors, without I was offered help (3 employees were talking together and several were on duty at the front) I could have gone to see the employees and ask for help, but in such a business we expect to be automatically offered help, maybe I went there a bad day, but we should see to it that the customer remains priority: )
