I have used ProTrucks numerous times, from slick new rims, window tint, and most recently a B&W Turnover Hitch. They are Professional, reasonably priced and have great customer service; Brandon is super helpful and knowledgeable at the front and Brian is always very friendly and genuine. The window tint here is and has always been top notch on the several vehicles Ive had done and I wouldnt use anyone else!

Good place to get what you need for your off-road needs

Brian and the men at Pro Trucks did a prestige job on my truck bed liner. It’s a bit of a hop from the rest of NWA but worth it. I would highly recommend this shop. They also were pretty good about getting scheduled and finished the job on the same day. Recommended from the boys at Superior Siloam, which have been pleasant to work with!

They always do a good job and have the best customer service. My only complaint is how much money my husband has spent here over the years on lifts, tints, wheels, etc. :) Haha! I would highly recommend ProTrucks. Great customer service, quality products and very high attention to detail. They have put tires on my wifes tahoe, tinted windows, and installed a goose neck hitch in my truck. You dont stay in business as long as these guys by doing anything less than high quality work.

Had air bags installed on my truck for towing, I could not be happier! Professional, courteous and great quality work.

Pro trucks forgot to tighten lug nuts on one of my wheels. The wheel came off whiling I was pulling out of there parking lot onto the highway. They also forgot to tighten the bolts that where holding my new bumper on. They also did a suspension lift incorrectly, I could hear a washer moving, so I looked behind my driver side wheel and noticed that another bolt was not installed correctly. Not impressed with there quality of work. The money man that owns pro truck (Andy Bossler) was extremely rude to me and said that a wheel falling off while a person is driving is only a little bump. So I guess money is the most important thing to pro trucks, not customers.

I went to this store to get prices on accessories. WAY TO HIGH. Customer service was a joke. Unless you like standing around while everyone that should help you are talking to each other. Total waste of time.

While they did a good job, the place was messy and not very professional as far as appearance. Boxes were everywhere and unorganized.

Dishonest. Is the word that describes this place. Some reviews are done by Bossler employees, such as (Catherine Steffen) is the office manager. Hard to believe reviews that your boss tells you to make. How about fake names, like the review from (Melanie Carmichael) the character Reese Witherspoon plays on the movie sweet home alabama.

We had several accessories done to our vehicle. We had to take our vehicle back to pro trucks numerous times due to nuts and bolts being loose or completely falling out. Andy Bossler called us (from a number associated with Broadway contracting, after a little research, he owns that business also) and we made Andy Bossler aware of the situation. His exact words were, well we tightened them up for you finally, so I dont see a problem. Well Andy Bossler the problem is it should have been done correctly the first time. I thought your company was professionals, guess not. What happens when something your company installs falls off while doing 55 mph on the highway. In my opinion you are putting peoples lives in danger, by not caring about the quality of work. You and your partners should be ashamed of yourselves.

There were 3 reviews written by members of the same family all trying to besmirch me personally as well as ProTrucks. Jethro Hol, Sharon Holland and Joe Wilbur all wrote ugly lying reviews after Jethro (Jed) or whatever his real name is was confronted by me after trying to threaten, blackmail and bully ProTrucks to give him his $11,000 lift for free. Most honest people would call this stealing but he seems to think it is ok to do this. There were mistakes made on his lift and were instantly fixed at our cost no questions asked. What they did not share is how Jed called me 24 times from a blocked number cursing me and threatening to beat me, all this after I confronted him on his blackmail and threats, informing him that we consider that stealing. Most people would consider this behavior on his part harassment and credible threatening.

Had a minor incident but Brian went above and beyond to make it right! I will gladly continue taking my business here as well as refer business to them in the future!

I had pro trucks install a grill guard, by the time I left there store and got home, it was bouncing off my hood. I got home and 9 of the bolts were loose and I had paint chipped from it moving. Not a very good job on checking to see if what you installed is secured. Never had this issue with 4 wheel concepts in bentonville. This was the first and last time I use pro trucks. They should change there name to amateur trucks.
