My husband and I were on our way home to Tulsa and heading through Siloam Springs. Out of no where our brakes quit working. We luckily were right next to Richards when this happened. They were so kind. Originally they said it was our master cylinder but once they actually looked at the car they found out it was a hose to our brakes. I appreciate that they told us what it actually was instead of going with a more expensive diagnosis. They got our car in at about 11am and was finished by 345 same day. I cant thank them enough!!!!

Not a very good experience here picking up a uhaul that was already paid for online and the guy was trying to get 70 more dollars from me but couldnt tell me what for so I called the company and the nice lady at uhaul fixed everything and no I did not pay for his lunch. Dont try and get me for extra money not gonna happen!!!!!

So they damaged my tire and then said they didnt do it. I looked at my tires before even taking it up there. What a great way to do business. Ill never use them again.

I recently had some work here done on my truck and had flow masters installed for $350 A couple weeks after work done the exhaust broke clean off near the engine block and and sounded horrible. I went back to Richards, disappointed this wasnt caught when I had the exhaust system serviced only days before . RICHARDS told me that it couldnt be repaired or welded and that a replacement converter quote would be 850-900 dollars. Wow! Well Thankfully I got a second opinion at another local garage here in a Siloam Springs and Walter made the repair and weld within 30 minutes for under 80 dollars. RICHARDS lost a customer today and Thankfully I found another local Garage here in Siloam Springs that I can trust. Disappointed in Richards to say that least.

Purchased two tires and got an alignment. The tires were a real good deal. They put the tires on and aligned the car in about 45mn. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

I called the day before about a used tire but was too late to get that day so I went in the next day said I called about a used tire for my truck. He said oh yeah well get you fixed right up. I thought awesome. After it was all finished they had installed a new tire which I did not approve if then I told him it was supposed to be used and he looked like a deer in headlights and was extremely confused about the statement. Needles to say I paid for the new tire but the old man there needs to retire because he obviously doesnt understand the difference between new and used or how to comprehend basic English. They were fast, did a great job but gave me something I didnt want or ask for and paid way more than what was quoted over the phone the previous day. IF you do decide to go there and are getting a used tire, check, check again, triple check to make sure he understands USED tire otherwise end up in my situation.

Very poor experience on two separate occasions. And they never even touched anything. Save yourself the head ace and frustration and go somewhere else the neighboring tire shop is a 10xs better

Called them for a catalytic converter was quoted $250 to put one on. Showed up for my 3pm appointment. I was then told it would be $886 for the part plus $250 for labor. I told them I didnt have enough money and asked them to print off the page of the part number they were showing me. When I got home I looked up the part number on the website they looked it up on and found the exact same part number for only $523. I called them yesterday asked if I brought in my own part is it still the $250 for labor and I was told if I brought in my own part labor price would double $150 an hour! I asked them why they would charge me $886 for a part that I could get at the same place for $522 they said that that $886 included labor and they do not order parts from OReillys. Im including a photo of the print off they gave me where you can clearly see OReillys in the upper left-hand corner. Dont ever go to these guys theyll rip you off.

Guys got me in pretty quick. Good conversation with who appeared to be the owner. Service was pretty quick but was NOT quality. Had them mount and (balance) 6 new tires, $116. I had a bounce in the left rear. After a couple of days of pulling and moving tires, I found the one. Went to Big O Tire and had them rebalance all. All were badly off. I think their machine needs calibrated. They also broke my tailgate cap and did not say anything to me about it. It cost me to go there.

Richards were very helpful while we were on vacation from Wisconsin. We needed tire service asap to continue on our vacation back home. They gave us prompt courteous service. Richards a crook and will rip you off anyway possible. Go across the street and you will get labor for 1/4 of the price and they will actually fo what you pay them to do. Richard has ripped off several family member and myself.

Got my tires balanced ok but they just arent the friendliest people around. Kinda like they thought they were doing me a favor.

I got my oil changed in my truck and said I wanted a full service,which includes oil change,checking fluids,lubing and everything,well apparently they cant hear after me telling them twice to do it they just charged and did an oil change. So I thought ok they just cant listen Ill just go somewhere else. Well not even 1000 miles after getting the oil change my truck said check oil level and I checked it and it was 3 quarts low. I have a Chevy silverado truck and it needs at least 5 quarts. I will never do business with these idiots again.

These guys seem to be the last bastion of affordable car repair. Whenever they quote me for a repair job, I stop and think wait, what year is it? Because seriously, there are no other places that still charge this low. This is the reason that I do most car repair myself now, but when I dont, I try to take it to Richards.

Went to get exhaust leak fixed and they didn’t even try to fix it. They said you have “motor issues.” And then said they found a bent bar and fixed it for $37.00. I didn’t ask you for anything but exhaust leak. As soon as I walked in the guy was sleeping in his chair and I said sir and he said ig I can help ya. Should of walked out then. Will never go back.

I will never return here. They were incredibly overpriced when I stopped in for some work on my car, they later rented me a U-Haul that was completely bald and went flat, refused to fix it and didnt allow a refund. Their customer service is entirely nonexistent and I dont see a reason for anyone to use them.

Went in to get a alignment and they told me that my upper ball joint out and still charged for a allinment the truck was never touched and still got charged for I think its bull crap they will never touch my truck again I will go to Garretson tire in springdale or northwest tire in springdale they do amazing work

All tires are used but its 25 a tire or 90 a set. I got a set of Bridgestone 235/45 R18 with 75% tread for 13X.xx mounted but I wouldnt say balanced.
