Would not go here !!!! We went to get a four wheel alignment bc we bought new tires well after we paid and drove off i could tell there was something wrong I called them they said bring it back they drove it and everything . The boss man comes back in and says oh btw those cars don’t need rear end alignment so I asked then why did your guys charge me for four wheel alignment he goes idk so I ask for my money back I got it back and he also said we checked it on our Machines and it says it’s aligned but u can tell it’s not !!! Then maybe 2 weeks after we got this alignment we realized are brand new tire in the front was bald !!! They wouldn’t of went bald if the car was aligned so we went back up there and told them to come out and look at our tires and see if they would pay for new tires since it was there fault !!! Well the boss man goes we gave u money back bc we didn’t even aligned it !!! So they lied and on top of that I have to buy two new tires !!! Bc they won’t fix it

They only get one star because I can’t give zero stars I bought tires for my hubbies car a couple years ago bought the warranty to cover the rotations and things like that.. shortly after getting the tires one of the started losing air all the time the kept telling us nothings wrong everything’s fine sometimes that happens… then we could never get in when we needed to … now I’m here at Plaza tire and guess what??? Tires have a defect and they have to be replaced not only that they have my hubs out in the shop showing him what’s wrong with his car… Benton county hasn’t been replacing the gasket on the oil pan and they never replaced the air or cabin filters and they have been putting the wrong oil weight in the car

Went in for a front end alignment and it was done very quickly and drives very well

First off, I know that this is not a typical oil change shop (since you have to have an appointment to do so). There seems to be a reason for that. There were quite a few things that happened during my experaince on May. 14. 2020. (1.) First,while changing my oil they put the vehicle on a lift and lifted it so that the oil would drain. However, they did so without shutting the hood before doing so. This resulted in the tip of my hood scraping on the ceiling (SEE PICTURES). (2.) Secondly, before I came in and while I was making the appointment online there was a special coupon on thier site that stated there was $5 off an oil change. All it said was to print off the coupon and that it was valid throught the 1st and 30th of May 2020. I handed it to the cashier when checking out and was told that I was not allowed to use it. I asked why and was replied by I dont make the coupons. It only work when we provide the oil. Not when you bring in your own. (I brought my own oil that I wanted to them to use.). I stated it said nothing about that on the website and it only said to print it off and get $5 off. I recieved the same reply a second time. I said, Um. Okay. Thats fine, I guess. (3.) Third, when getting back to my vehicle once the transaction was over, I found not only paint marks from the ceiling where it hit, but the interior was coated in engine oil. The gear shift, door knob, and steering wheel was covered in oil. Seems like techs didnt bother to wipe off their hands when getting back into the vehicle. (4.) Lastly, my engine uses 4.6L and I gave the techs a 5 liter bottle to use oil from. Which means there should be 0.4 liters left. About half a liter. I watched the techs do the job through the window and saw them pour the remaining oil from the canister into some kind of drum and crush the canister and throw it away. I inquired about the remaining oil once I knew it was not back in my car and the cashier guy went back in the garage to talk to the tech. They removed the bottle from the trash and filled it to roughly 0.4 liters (as indicated on the side of the bottle), with for all I know this is a mixture of left over oil that is combined with other leftover oil. The cashier laughed it and stated there wasnt much left. I received the bottle and just walked out.Now, I will state that once getting home inspecting the car (epecially the hood) and washing it off there were no deep scrapes in the paint on the hood. The car was a little dirty so I could not tell before.I would not recommend anyone going here to get their oil changed due to this experiance.

At the beginning of summer, I brought my vehicle in because it was slipping a little on bumps or uneven road. I asked them to look at my shocks when I got there. I also asked them again when they came out and told me I needed new tires and an alignment. When I asked the second time, they told me that they would have to take everything off to look at them and basically that they werent going to do that. They had an advertisement or information board that talked about when you might need new shocks. When I brought up that information to the man at the desk, he said no it didnt sound like I needed shocks. As I paid for the tires, alignment and oil change, it felt like a pat on my back like its okay, we know what we are talking about. It seemed to be a little better after the new tires. A few weeks later we went on a cross country drive. Every time the van hit a bump, the car seemed to skid or catch air for a minute. Once we got to our destination we took it to a tire center. They told us that one of our back shocks was totally shot and we had to replace it. We will be going somewhere else in the future.
