These guys were awesome! I recently got my Jeep lifted(someplace else) which causes some weird issues with the exhaust to make bad contact with the drive shaft. I tried to diy fix it myself for several nights and got in over my head and messed some stuff up in the process. These guys got me in quickly, told me and did it the right way and got me out in hardly 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. These guys know what they’re doing and they get it done fast

I have to say.. these guys are great. He took my car in last minute even though I was running late.. he didnt charge me a ton of money I feel like the price he charged was fair for the work done and the patients required lol . This is my daughters first car.. its now running because Omer and Aydin are amazing at what they do!! Thank you again so much for squeezing me in and getting her back on the road !!!

Excellent and professional service. My catalytic converter got stolen and I needed it repaired. Omar and others were very clear communicating how long repairs would take, when they had space in their schedule, and what would be involved. They helped me prevent future issues by recommending a security box and also installing that after the repairs were complete. 100% would recommend.

His quote was much higher than the others.I asked if he can cut the muffler off than replace to another.got a quote for 400 without the parts. cutting off two muffler than welding two on.the other quote from race focused shop (which I thought would be more) was 250 with all the parts included.I ended up going to local muffler shop with 100 without parts.

The man was honest and did the work he said he would and for the price he said he would. And got it done on time. You legit cannot ask for more than that.I will come back if I need something else done.

Quick and efficient, fixed my issue for a reasonable price while I waited.

I limped my vehicle into their lot expecting the worst, an hour later they called and informed me it was a bad alternator. I needed my vehicle the next day and explained my problem and they were able to get it ready for me in less than 18 hours for an extremely reasonable price.

They put aftermarket headers on my f150. Apparently the bolts on my manifold were completely rusted and all needed to be drilled out. They did a great job, got the job done and were very honest and fair with pricing. My truck is running great now, my h faster and quieter. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I asked for recommendations for trustworthy affordable car mechanics in my area (Shoreline), and one of my friends responded with fantastic things to say about this place. Im glad he did! Professional, respectful, fair prices, great work, and in my experience pretty quick turn-around (dropped a car off the night before and were able to pick it up the next day). Went back recently with my car to get the front brakes fixed, and got the same great service. They have made repeat customers out of the two of us, and I recommend them to all my friends in the area!

I went in concerned that something was wrong with my muffler or possibly my catalytic converter. As soon as I walked in a gentlemen had asked what was wrong with my car (possibly the owner). I tried explaining to him it smelled like rotten eggs sometimes and that it could be my transmission but wanted to make sure it wasnt something else so I came here first so he could help me cancel out the others on what was wrong. The power of my car seemed delayed like it was holding back. As Im trying to explain this to him he rolls his eyes repeatedly and demands I give my keys because apparently I wasnt explaining it correctly. Yes Im a girl, yes I know little about cars but I know what I need to know and Im here explaining to you the best I can. There was absolutely no reason for him to treat me like that. Long story short. Didnt really give me any helpful information. Im sure if I was a guy it would have been a better experience its just so sad to say. I had higher hopes on this place and based my decision on coming here from the reviews and it looks like a couple years ago it was pretty good. Well I will definitely will be telling others not to waste there time. Seriously dont waste your time. Its hard to find a good shop who isnt trying to BS you or who will genuinely take the time to ACTUALLY HELP and give you helpful information because youre a women. What a huge disappointment.

When the salted roads of Seattle finally rotted out the exhaust pipe on my van this winter they made a custom one and welded it in place - saving me from replacing the muffler. They could have sold me the whole thing pipe + muffler (most shops would) but they treat customers better than most shops. Ill drive the extra miles to their new location because I know theyll do their best and not rip me off. Big Fan!

Price came in a bit more then expected but the quality speaks for itself. Me and a buddy swapped everything from the header to the muffler. Unfortunately there were fitment issues, Omar and his brother took my car preceded to cut and weld and get my lost power and the exhaust note I was looking for. Highly recommend

These guys are great and they do an excellent job every time, they are always very informative on what it is they’re doing, I don’t understand how anybody could give them a bad rating.. Because they are the absolute best! I used to take my car to them when they were in Ballard, but now it’s worth the drive up to shoreline because of their prices and expertise!

Have been using Ballard Muffler for years, Always honest, fast and a pleasure to deal with.

Staff was courteous and professional in demeanor but proved useless.Came in because my cars PCM had a fault causing it to reset and needed a waiver to pass emissions testing. I explained all of this to them ahead of time hoping to save on diagnostics. Instead of just printing out a waiver for the standard $150, they tried to replace a relay, charged me $300 and did not provide a waiver even though the previous owner did get one from a different AES. Cannot recommend this place for AES waivers. Im sure they do a better job fixing things than dealing with red-tape. Polite and prompt service but I have to be honest I was not a happy guy.

Always excellent service. Several years ago needed exhaust system repaired. Omar put the car up and invited me to look under with him. That was a great beginning. As I watched him hunkered under the hood with men who looked like auto junkies, I trusted more and more work to Omar. For years now his shop has done all the maintenance on my 1990 Toyota Camry (timing belt, transmission flushes, etc.), and my car is as reliable as ever. I am so very glad I found this local business that provides, as another reviewer wrote, beyond fair (pricing) and honest work. Thank you, Omar, for all you have done for me!
