We took my daughters Eclipse in to get diagnosed for rough idle. The team at Loyal persevered in tracking down the issue, investing a good amount of time to the task. They were always friendly when we asked for updates and they contacted us with detailed findings and options. We were shocked at how little they charged for the work they put into the job and they even told us if we werent satisfied we could bring the car back in for them to look more deeply into the problem.Well definitely be going back to Loyal Automotive and Im sure my kids will be also.

Scott is the only mechanic in town Id trust with my Jeep. I usually just go for a routine oil change and inspection. Things have been running smoothly, but he took the time to show me some of the potential issues that may present in the future WITHOUT charging me or doing work that wasnt agreed upon. Good mechanics are hard to find, and Scott is a refreshingly honest and straightforward guy. Great service at a fair price.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Both of the times Ive taken my Highlander in the staff has been knowledgeable and courteous. They were quickly able to understand what was wrong with my car. In both instances the car did not need immediate maintenance and rather than trying to sell me on something I didnt need Eddie let me know it was optional and did not pressure me to make an unnecessary repair. I will choose this shop time and time again!

Went here on a referral from a friend and had a stellar experience. Brought my care in for 60,000 mile maintenance and to have the brakes looked at. They found one issue, gave approximate timing for when I might want to think about a couple of other things in the future, and had fair pricing for work done. To make a long story short. I am a dog trainer and I was heading on my way to an appointment but I needed to get my car serviced since the engine light came on. Took it to these awesome guys and told Eddie what was going on. He said he would look at it right away and a couple of minutes later he came back and told me what was wrong and gave me the quote. I told him I didnt have a lot of time and he told me that they would get it out as fast as possible. Wouldnt you know it, they did! I managed to make it to my appointment and now these guys have a new customer. I will definitely be going back to them again...only not anytime soon I hope. :)

I went to Loyal Auto based on a referral from another mechanic whose shop is closing, and I have to say they did well by me. I went in with concerns about my brakes and my exhaust. After they checked it out, they said there was definitely an issue with the brakes, but although it was running a little loud, they examined the entire exhaust system and didnt see any holes or leaks. They could have told me I needed an entire new exhaust system and I probably would have believed them because, as noted, my car was running a little loud. But they didnt, and to me THATs the moral of the story: An honest mechanic who does good work. Will definitely take my care there again.

Scott did a great job with my Subaru! I brought it in for an oil change, not only did he rotate my tires, but he also changed a turn signal light that was out with no extra charge. Scott goes above and beyond on small jobs which makes me want to have him work on the big jobs.

I was recommended this place because my eoomtes family has been going here for years and I’ve been ripped off other places. Upon towing my car to the shop the gentleman inside came out and inspected my car letting me know what had gone wrong right away and gave me a very fare price for the work he had o do. Because of the damage caused by a shotty tire shop I had o get a new rim he got on the phone right away and located one for me. He was very understAnding that funds are tight and worked with me so I am able to let him hold onto car for a few days till I have the rest needed. Great friendly service would recommend o anyone

Its a sweetheart of an old truck. The factory put a huge mill in her, 454 cubic inches of thirsty, hardworking cast iron, back in 1979. Shell still run off with a full load, and dump it off at the Transfer Station, like last Saturday.You see, some friends had spent a couple years renovating their trailer home in Auburn. It was pretty cozy, until it caught fire and burned down. A total loss. Fortunately, Mom and Baby ran out of the house just in time. But, they lost everything. (Mi Hermana y Familia Perdieron Todo, is what it says on the GoFundMe page.)So, I was saying that last Saturday we all went to clean up the mess, and haul it to the dump. The old truck carried a couple of man-size loads, thanks to being maintained by good hands at Loyal Automotive.
