Huge shout out to Chris at Brotherton Cadillac Service! I took my escalade in to have a hard shifting issue looked at a few times. On the third time in, there were issues found within the transmission. Chris told us what was going on and we were definitely concerned with the problem findings and especially with it being only a 2017. Chris worked with GM to make sure that we were taken care of and to have the issues taken care the right way. He worked with them on replacing our transmission and got it for us! Thanks for not giving up on us and helping keep my vehicle in great working condition for many years to come!
