Working in customer service and coffee for over ten years this is overall a great experience.Amazing customer service. The girls were so sweet and helpful. Plus their coffee is absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Went in Thursday at 2:50. The girl working was to busy on HER PHONE to get off chair or say hello. I had to get her attention after 2 min of sitting there watching her play on phone. THEN she BURNT MY SHOTS and had to remake drink. After remaking drink she hands me a LUKEWARM COFFEE! I can get water hotter from my faucet! HORRIBLE PLACE!UPDATE OF ALL PRIVATE MESSAGES SENT FROM EMPLOYEE AT wake up espresso. Notice how I went from a favorite customer to being accused of harassment after I asked on Google maps why service is so bad and pointed out that Bigfoot Java was cheaper. Owner also denied anyone from the business private massaging me. Here are the screen shots of private messages. I also believe they prove my point of horrible customer service

I love the baristas and the coffee, but went there this morning because website said they opened at 6. Neither one was open at 6:30. Bad for business.

Good coffee but for the life of them they cannot give light ice. so your whole coffe is now ice cubes . Light ice means light ice

On Saturday 9th my daughter bought coffee here ..Mexican Mocha, blended. Loved it. We were visiting my daughter for a couple days. Stopped again on our way home on Sunday the 10th. This time her Mexican Mocha had eirher nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon. When she mentioned it he got all huffy so she let it go and just threw it away. I ordered an iced Mexican Mocha a d got a plain Mocha, no cinnamon at all. Not going back

The wait took forever. Just as we were about to leave the car in front of us pulled through. So, we stayed. We got our drinks, but when we ordered cookies they were all frozen still. On the upside the staff was really really nice and accommodating. They might have just been having an off morning so Id try them again. But, Im not rolling out of bed to specifically visit this place. Oh yea, coffee was good (I had an Americano and I liked it).

Danielle is so awake and friendly at 5am every time I see her. And she makes a great cup of coffee!

My favorite coffee stand in all of Shelton!!!! The staff and owners are amazing, the coffee is always fantastic, and the place always puts a smile on my face. Plus they have 2 convenient locations!!! Highly recommended!!!!

No Stars if I could! Buyer beware this place is terrible, tried it once before Christmas latte was terrible. Gave them a second chance because its on my way to work and again it was terrible. Spend your money elsewhere the service and quality has been terrible.
