Pretty long long line that also went pretty slow. Still not bad. Drink order was correct and tasted good. Staff seemed friendly.
The decaf was not at all hot. I had to ask for sugar packets. The man working there was very nice and gave me some and a stirrer when I asked, but why werent they out on a counter as they are at other Starbucks?
South of town locale in the CX plaza shopping center (the intersection of commerce drive and Bridgeport Ave). This is a busy coffee shop in a busy boom town with lots of busy people, therefore its not the most customer friendly place. Outdoor seating available.
The biggest collection of liberal elitist brats out side of California. Cant figure out how to get in and out of a parking lot but have the answers to the worlds problems. Plus the coffee is over-rated.
Besides the waiting in line for a while, the staff is nice, and my drink was made well! its nice to just stop by for a coffee i recommend
Ok so listen, they are better than Pershing drive because the Shelton one cares. With that said I think everyone knows that. So, budget a good 30-40 minutes of waiting in line. It doesn’t bother me as long as I know ahead of time!
Parking lot is horribly designed. Drive through line blocks half of their parking lot making the whole layout and design flawed. As a customer I got the sense that all the employees working there hated their job. Not a good atmosphere.
Line took a while, I got a frapp for the first guy that was going to make it to blatantly say “I don’t know how to make this” to then dumping out what he started. I waited thinking that the next person would make it but 3 other people looked at it to then walk away from it
I went in there with family buying coffee and iced tea the service was awesome and the store is really nice

If you’re placing a order inside be prepared to wait 20-30min for one item and no customers ahead of you either and they have 6 workers … 🤷🏽

Its one of the bigger Starbucks Ive seen, with lots of seating, lots of parking, and easy access to Bridgeport Avenue. The counters long enough to display most or all of the Starbucks fare
Horrendous parking lot. You have to park in front of other buildings if you are going inside because the cars in front of this starbucks dont have a place to pull out since the drive thru line is blocking them.. If you wait in line for drive thru, app will say 5-7 minutes but it will actually take 20-30 minutes. Line goes into street sometimes.
I ordered almond milk in two of my drinks watched the barista make both my drinks both with cows milk. No big deal people make mistakes, except she refused to admit she had made a mistake so I had to throw away my drinks because of my milk allergy.

Recommend staying away on Sunday mornings. Bad service on Sunday mornings. Any other time is good. “C” team Sunday mornings.
Poor service to foreign looking people, specifically south Asian. The crew don’t look me in the eye as I seem to be disgusting looking or something. The girls who make coffee keep talking to each other and completely ignored giving my order for 10 minutes. I will never come to this Starbucks because I just cannot change my foreign look.
Parking is limited because of restaurant next door.
Drive thru could make people crash something needs to change. Staff is always great they try and get people in and out.

I visit this Starbucks when in town for business from NYC. They really need to review how they operate the barista bar. Mobile orders vs orders that come in via the store as well as with the drive trhrough. You have to wait up to 20 minutes plus during peak rush hours 8am - 9 am for your drink. They may need additional staff. Or they need to revise how they manage their operations. Stores in NYC are twice as busy and you dont wait 20+ minutes for your beverage to be prepared. Today was twenty minutes for a simple ice coffee, black. Lets see what happens next week.Other than that the store is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.
They changed the hours to 12:30pm. I had a mobile order and the line was long at the drive-thru. After waiting over 20 minutes an employee told me the car in front of me was the last car in line. I said I already paid for my order. Instead of letting me stay in line the employee said to go inside even though I didn’t have a mask on me. Once again I have wasted money on a mobile order to this location.
Ordered on the app. Decided to run in and grab it bc the drive through was jammed. It took over 20 min for them to call my name. Meanwhile the huge line at the drive through was gone when I got out. They prioritize drive through over mobile orders here. Wont be back

This Starbucks has great service. I have never had an employee who was anything other than great. Very friendly and almost never gets our order wrong. Unfortunately the parking lot and drivethru are very poorly set up. Lines sometimes go out to the road and traffic can get bad. However it isnt a dealbreaker. Overall a good experience.
Drinks always come out fine but I think the location/drive thru is their biggest downfall.
The drive through is in the middle of the parking lot. Its a disaster. You cant even get into the plaza because the drive through lane blocks the entrance. Who thought that was a good idea?

Wonderful people that worked here throughout this pandemic deserve recognition. Orders are done right. The drive thru and parking is a complete horror show. Absolutely bad planning for traffic flow escapes reality.

Quick & efficient line appeared long but wait was quite quick
Quality is inconsistent. One day it’s good next day it’s not so good. They’ve probably messed up my order 15-20 times in the last two months. When they first opened they had such a great crew you barely waited, my coffee was almost always perfect. I know it’s a new business so I’ve given them loads of slack, but I’m very clear when I order and honestly if it wasn’t so close to my house I wouldn’t go.

Best and quickest spot for tea in the area. The protein boxes are great. The PB&J or the chicken wrap get the job done nicely. Drive thru is fairly quick but can get jammed packed in the prime times. Use the app is what I suggest, gets you in and out quick. Be careful though, the hot beverages are are around a million degrees and I end up asking for light ice to make it drinkable, otherwise I am waiting 15 minutes just to have a tea.
Drive through is open and you can call ahead for pick up too. Wear a mask for their protection and yours. They are really busy but always friendly.
I counted 7 people standing behind the counter . Of the 7, one person was taking orders and working the register. She was new and and kept saying “ I’m new” . But no one was helping her .Another was “working” the drive through ( but no customers were in the drive through ) .A third was waiting to making the special drinks, but at the time no special drink orders were being made .The other 4 people were wiping the counter, and moving around trying to look busy .The line was quite long - and all I wanted was a small cup of black coffee . None of the other 6 would help the girl at the register - I waited 15 minutes for a small black coffee .I very rarely write complaints because in the scheme of things, these little inconveniences really do not matter . So, I am not sure why I am writing this . Maybe it was the smug, I don’t give a damn look on all their faces that made me think deeper about society as a whole . Who knows.One very tangible suggestion for the Starbucks people . Maybe consider having an express line - where folks who are getting a simple coffee can be served quickly and not have to wait behind those wanting full breakfasts, smoothies, and coffee drinks that you can’t even pronounce .

Just like any old Starbucks or so i thought until they told me they dont do pour over coffee anymore. Was very disappointing as i like to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee when i go their. Oddly though this is the first Starbucks to tell me they dont serve pour over anymore.
Not a great set up during covid19. The drivethru very busy and once you get to a certain point there is no getting out of line. Very slow, in line 15 minutes and almost late for work because I did not think it would take so long and couldnt get out of line. Mocha frappachino very good, server very polite and upbeat. Definitely mobile order to save time.
This is a great Starbucks. Theres ample parking, the seating is open and spacious, and this place is new and fresh. The service was really good, too. I love that theres nice outside seating and the drive through is a great plus, too. Definitely one of the better Starbucks.
The least friendly or efficient Starbucks ever. (1) The building is simply a large glass box with no shade. The lack of shades is aimed at discouraging long stays to read or relax due to the suns brightness. Clients compete for shady corners, but have to leave with the suns movement. (2) Not enough capable staff making drinks. (3) Rigid management w/ little staff camaraderie or chatty exchange with customers. (4) Drink quality fluctuates substantially from time to time.
Its good. Like the seasonal offerings. Today I notices that in my iced mocha to go they charge 70 cents to have half and half instead of 2%milk. Isnt half and half standard abd 2% for health conscience people?
Forgot to prepare 2 items on my order. Waited long and asked them to prepare which they then did.

Disorganized and not helpful. We ordered online and our order was just an empty bag. Lol. After waiting around for 10 min. We finally got to ask someone where our order was and then they made it for us. What was the point of ordering online if we still had to wait? We went in to pick up the order 8 min. Past the time it was supposed to be ready. It was not busy at all inside. Disappointed. Will not be back.

Im a regular here, at least I was until last night. I walked into Starbucks and stood behind a couple ordering their coffee and waited for the cashier to pour their Pike before returning to the register. I waited as she talked to her colleagues and then i waited some more as she began to take orders from the mobile printer and work on them. I waited ALL this time standing there, where she could see me to NOT ONCE be acknowledged or told to hold on shell be right with me. She completely ignored me; so I left and wont be giving them my business again. Note to the manager: hire people who want to be treated fairly at their job so they treat their/ your customers the same.
Every time I have been there its been super busy, even ordering on the app, I still waited 10 minutes in store. But nice Cafe & very clean.
The new building is nice and clean. But the parking situation is atrocious. I had to park in front of Griffin Health Center and walk over to pick up my coffee. Not that Im complaining about doing a little walking, I just see parking becoming absolutely impossible once Griffin Health is open for business.Service was so so, but Id imagine that it will stay this way for a little while until the staff becomes more experienced.The coffee was fine. This is a chain establishment, so you cant expect much else.

Went at LITERALLY 6:32 pm today and was greeted by a message that said they were closed at 6:30 due to weather... There is nothing wrong with the weather right now... its literally fine... so annoying and unprofessional.

Parking/traffic nightmare
The self serve station was a mess and not clean. My beverage was not made properly and was heavy milk and made me question if there were 4 long shots in the beverage and it was warm which defeats the termed iced and literally tasted more like warm milk.
Waited solid 10 minutes in drive thru on a Wednesday night. Got an iced Frappuccino which I’ve never had before, sadly it was warm almond milk.
Im always getting sick! I have IBS and lactose intolerance - and I can handle a small dose, like whipped cream on top of a frap, but I cant drink an entire venti hot chocolate made with milk. Ill be sick for 48 hours!! In the bathroom, only able to ingest toast and Pepto Bismol - even water rolls my stomach over. Maybe some folks at Starbucks think this is funny, because I get sick about 60% of the time. When I DONT get sick, theyre great. Staff is always polite and friendly and very fast. But whats the point of a good experience if Im sick the next two days after? Please put what I ask for in my order (not milk!!)

We thought we would run to Starbucks for a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. The parking lot is a mess at this location . Packed as usual with the bar next door. Sitting in the drive thru line is awkward as you sit right in the middle of the parking lot. If your not far enough over, people cant get I and out of the lot. And...if someone had to back out...forget it. Perhaps if the staff could get people through the Drive Thru quicker, it wouldnt be such and issue. Finally got to order, they were out of Pumpkin Spice and Salted Caramel...both of their featured drinks. One would think that the people who order for them would have this down. Since, of course, you are now caught in this line, you decide to order whatever they do have. We ordered two Caramel Crunch Frappuccinos. They were horrible! My wife has had them before and said they were way off. As we didnt start to drink them until we were gone, we decided that the situation there makes it very difficult to go back, find parking, and walk in to complain. My sons Choclatey Chip Frapp was fine but boy did we waste $15.00 on drinks that were obviously rushed and made wrong. Think twice before you invest your time going to this Starbucks. Not happy!

They expect there uber eats drivers to wait in a line of 30 cars.they refuse to hand it off at the door or bring it out to them. I hope people stop using them for door dash & uber eats. The people that order ahead should go elsewhere. Ur stuff will take forever to get there

This was my first time coming here and quite frankly it will be my last. The associate at the counter lacked the most basic customer service skills I have ever seen. Mind you there was no one in front me nor behind me so it was quite slow. So I dont usually go into Starbucks so Im not familiar with the menu, as I was standing there quite obviously looking at the menu, the associate asked not once but twice very vexedly hi can I help you back to back. Since I felt rushed and barely looked at the menu, I simply asked if they had hot chocolate. The response I received was so inappropriate, in the most irritated tone all I heard was um yea we got hot chocolate so I ordered a medium and then asked for me name. I proceed to tell her my name is Sarah, mind you I have excellent verbal communication skills since I work in the hospitality industry. As I receive my hot chocolate the associate completely spelled my name wrong sajan Unfortunetly, I will never come back since the lack of custoner service skills from this one associate is a huge issue in making a guest feel welcomed.

Terrible service. Waited way to long for our drinks which they messed up anyway and gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich. They also messed up several other drink orders as we waited.

I put in a mobile order at 9:40. Excited to be heading into work early I arrived at 9:52 - no order. Waiting patiently as everyone else’s orders are called. Then at 9:58 still no order... watching the orders come out marked for 9:50, 9:54 ... where’s my order??? I ask the barista who’s putting out the drinks, “I don’t know, you have to ask the register”. I go to the register and a little woman barks at me asking me for my order, “oh I made a mobile order and just wondering if it went through...” she huffs in disgust and responds “you have to go wait” ... I explain that I have been waiting, my drink hasn’t come out and it’s been (now over 20 minutes) ... “it’s coming up”. I wait another 10 minutes and my drink comes up. Not entirely angry about the wait (it’s definitely inconvenient considering the mobile order app was designed to make ordering quick) but the customer service was atrocious. Everyone huffing and rolling their eyes (side not: when I FINALLY left people were just leaving after waiting to place an order and not being helped for over 5 minutes)New location so I’m hoping they get it together.
