This place is super cute. As soon as you walk in you smell the coffee and see all the pastries. The dessert/bakery selection is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its a great little classic coffee shop.

I always have a great experience here. They have multiple non dairy milk choices and I never get disappointed by their flavored drinks.Ive been enjoying the Iced Pumpkin Pie Tea Latte (with oatmilk).They also have tasty gluten free treat options that are Celiac safe!

We went here for coffee, Breakfast and desserts for later. All the food was wonderful and thoroughly enjoy. My Pumpkin Spice coffee could have had a little more spice but was still great.

Great friendly little coffee shop, but not so small that you can’t sit and enjoy a little space. Tasteful decor, homemade baked stuff, and good coffee. Plus a place to sit and do work, or relax at an outside table.

The different thing about this place is that they offer brewed flavored coffee- iced and hot. I dont like sweet coffee and at other coffee shops flavors are only offered in syrups, so its nice that Common Grounds offers brewed flavored coffee. Their coffee is so incredibly flavorful and fragrant. They have two daily brewed flavors, and its fun to see what they come up with and choose. They also always play good music here which I appreciate, and the staff is kind and quick

I stopped in here for a morning coffee after hearing about their interesting coffee options and the high quality products. Everything was separated inside and the staff were all wearing masks which was great. They also had so many different coffee and biscotti options to choose from! I got their Ice Box Cake Iced Coffee and it was so delicious with all the flavors they managed to pack into it. We also got a mocha mint chocolate chip coffee and a ricotta cake piece. Everything was delicious. Additionally their small is gigantic! Easily the size of other places large sizes, so keep that in mind when ordering. I recommend a stop in.

First time here, no greeting or smiley faces.The girl making the coffees had a stank face the whole time, taking customers behind me as if I was invisible. Coffee could’ve been better. Definitely not going back .

Drinks are bad here... Maybe for other things it might be good, like a regular coffee. But, for special stuff and drinks horrible! This is my second time coming here, first time I ordered an ice coffee with caramel flavor. Wow! it tasted bad. This time I ordered a Frozen Espresso and this is what they gave me. Half Foam cup...lol I notice after I got home 4 minutes later it got like this. At the shop it looked nice and filled. Horrible! I payed 5and change for this? Next time Ill go to the other Cafe near by. I will not recommend this Cafe.

First time coming since I watched the transformation from the old Starbucks that used to reside here. Great coffee shop. Wonderful selection of coffee, teas, and delicious pastries - biscotti lovers theres a selection of more than 8 varieties! I had a cappuccino and it was nice and light, not a horrible heavy American type. Right now theyve got some great autumn desserts like the pumpkin mousse cake. Definitely pop on in here.

The staff is always super kind, and service is always great. Their coffee is roasted literally in front of you in small batches (if you happen to be there when they roast), so you know the coffee is always fresh. My go-to cafe, not only for good coffee and desserts (including gluten free options), but I always stock my house with their freshly roasted beans.Their drink prices are about what youd expect for a local cafe (cheaper than Starbucks, a tad more than Dunkin), their with their coffee beans and dessert options priced almost a little cheap for the quality you get. Highly recommend!

The are very nice here. Delicous coffee and treats. They also sell coffee beans whole and ground. The barista was very helpful and patient to a customer who was not sure how he should have his coffee ground.

I started visiting Common Grounds when they opened in Branford, CT and was happy to see them expanding. The coffee is pretty good, better than Starbucks or DD, and the staff is always friendly. I stop by whenever I am in the area. Easy in/out parking lot. Gluten-free options available.

I visited this coffee shop earlier today and brought in my daughter I got to say I love the atmosphere and the friendly employee there I’m not sure if she was manager or just an employee but she was very friendly and patient with me Sind they had just recently open there was so much to choose from! Pastries and coffees and teas even smoothies! The prices are fair it’s almost like Starbucks but I think you get more quantity for the money spent that saves you a dollar or so from Starbucks. The pastries are big so they are around $5 but I’d make another trip back. Great flavors to choose from!
