The coffee ☕ is excellent and the service also. I was a long loyal customer of a large coffee chain company. Now I am enjoying a better experience at Urraco coffee shop.

Great service, but the coffee was not good. Milk was over aerated. Coffee was over roasted, even their most mild beans. I couldnt tell is the espresso was done well because the beans werent good.

Perfect patio for getting some business accomplished (good wi-fi) in the fresh free air in the center of downtown Shelton, yet a click/one block away on Cota ST, from the hustle and bustle of Railroad Ave. Architecture was done by the firm that had done many Starbucks neighborhood coffee shops twenty years ago.

My Chai Tea Vanilla was the perfect sweetness and the perfect temperature.

Im traveling the country with my family in an RV for 1 year. I work remote so finding a place that has a good atmosphere, good internet, and good coffee (and other sundries) is a constant endeavor. Urraco nails it! The atmosphere is great! It can get a little loud as they grind their in-house roasted coffee beans, but not so loud I couldnt do multiple video conference calls. Yes I said video conferences! The internet was showing 40mb to 65mb! Awesome! The Service was fast and friendly. They made me a bone dry cappuccino and later a Red Bull Italian soda! That might kill me, but its worth it! I highly recommend this shot. Im sure Ill be back.

Found it! The roaster is front and center in the galley. Excellent freshly roasted robust coffee right smack dab in little ol Shelton. The iced Americano I ordered was perfect, and bursting with real coffee flavor. Quite unlike that well known place you see on every street corner. The baristas were professional and very personable.

Ive enjoyed the customer services at all of these small coffee drive-thrus. The coffee has been real good except when it was too strong. I did encounter coffee ground chunks at on of the locations i visited but thats ok. Urracos was nice and pleasant.

Nice service but coffee isnt good. It has a very strange taste. I asked for a White Chocolate Mocha, but I think I was given a latte instead. The price is a bit high. For two 16oz. coffee and two muffins costed over $16.A nice atmosphere but just not enough to return.

Consistently excellent service, even during peak hours. I suggest walking in and ordering simply for the atmosphere. I feel bad because all the employees know my name and I can barely remember theirs. Ive never been treated poorly by these good folks. Best coffee in Mason County made by knowledgeable people that love what they do.

Nice hometown crowd, one of my favorite hangouts. 2 pool tables, 3 dart boards, shuffleboard, an all u can play jukebox, and a play games at bar. The owner Linda is good everyday peeps, bartenders are friendly. If your hungry the food is good. There pizza is very good... A wide varieties of beer, and spirits. All in all great place.

First visit. Nice service. The coffee was average. I got a white chocolate mocha, hot, but it wasnt very sweet or flavorful. I ordered a cinnamon scone but was disappointed that it was a prepackaged one, quite flat, and dry. I might give them one more try on the coffee, maybe they had a new barista who mixed my coffee.

I love the smell just walking into this coffee shop! this place is always busy because their coffee is great, and the service is wonderful! Not only can you go in and sit down and enjoy your coffee but you can also sit outside at one of the several little bistro tables when the weather is right. Then theres the drive-thru as well so theyve got you covered when it comes to coffee!

Owner, bariasta and patrons are all very friendly and coffee is very good. Also has a nice fireplace which Im sure will be fired up for Winter and two nice leather arm chairs and plenty of magazines and reading materials.

Its a small but pleasant environment to sit for a cup and a chat. Their coffee is a bit strong for my taste, so I order dessert drinks there, and I like their assortment of fresh pastries for a quick bite...

Coffee is sometimes meh and sometimes better and most of the employees are friendly. To be more specific, it is the espresso flavor itself that is inconsistent. Nonetheless, they seem to be the second most popular stand in town, so try it for yourself, you will likely enjoy it.. - Try not to block the sidewalk and force pedestrians off it when waiting in line for the drive through, please. It seems to be a daily happening.

Espresso was good, not keen on the nitro cold brew, it was very bitter. Definitely would’ve loved friendly and far less aloof customer service—the young lady who helped us seemed far more interested in her phone than her job and we felt unwelcome, as if she was put out by our presence at the counter.

Customer service was horrible.... we had 4 drinks ... 3 of them blended. We had FIVE people get their orders that came in AFTER US.. they had blended drinks as well.. their excuse was... well we only have 2 blenders.... OK cool story... that doesnt explain why FIVE other orders that were blended came before OURS! I DONT CARE how many blenders you have .... we ordered blended... the people behind us ordered blended... yet the people behind us got theirs first! And to top it off they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off... absolute disorganization ... cant keep orders.... in order.... so glad I dont live in this town... Id never come back of this is how they treat customers (the attitude we got when we asked was uncalled for)... dont care how good the drinks are or arent.... the customer service has lost me from coming here again. Finally got our orders and one was wrong.... when we brought it up they proceeded to laugh and whisper with each other and gave attitude
