I have never had a problem at this store like the experience I had today. Me, my husband and two nieces were doing grocery shopping. Well we were followed around the store and looked at by several employees. I was a regular shopper there until today. Never will I be treated like that again. My husband got so upset he had to walk out of store. Then to beat it all, the lady at the cash register basically just tossed and rudely shoved our food on its way. My niece put it in the buggy mostly, it is her job not my nieces. She was rude until a guy employee came over to ask if she needed help. She was politely sitting items down. Also she was not friendly at all not even when she asked if we need med milk in a bag. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone after today. My goodness.

Good I like them for certain items. To expensive to but all my Groceries there.

They treat the customers really nice. Today I was having a hard time lifting my groceries and one of the girls carried them out to my car and loaded them for me.

When I go shopping my preference is Food Lions due to convenience, prices, the abundance of supply, and customer support provided by the employees.

Good people quiet people ☺️😂 but a very good place to shop for Food and house hold stuff

Always friendly faces theres not a moment that goes by that someones not trying to help you and I give a a+ to the produce department which has made a great difference in my diet.

If you happen to be a soda addict and you cannot live without it then this is the best place to get them that always seems to be so much cheaper on sodas than anywhere else out there. Always a soda sale going on when noone else ever has one.

Love the convenience and smaller crowds than the competition. They have amazing deals and coupons every week. Clean and well stocked, usually very fast and friendly checkout. Great selection of quality produce and meats. Delicious deli and bakery, especially their cakes. Interior could use a refresh/modernization but Ill continue to shop here, regardless.

The employees are always nice. They are never extremely busy like Walmart, so we never have a long wait. The store is always clean, too. We like purchasing from their deli. We’ve purchased several items & they’ve always been fresh & delicious.

The selection is small but the best place to shop for meat thats not 12$ a lb like some of the competitors in the area.

I just love going here! Its a smaller grocery store with just enough variety to give you what you need. A deli, bakery, and meat counter are inside. They have their brand organic as well as others. They have a small produce area with just enough variety again. The people are always nice and the sales are great! They have buggies for kids to play in and buggies for smaller trips as well.

Very nice employees. They greet you and ask if you need help. I love shopping at this food lion. Produce is always nice and great sales including loadable coupons.

I love this Food Lion they have a great selection of steaks. I always buy my steak there on steak night with my family and they are the best tasting steaks beats Walmart completely on there beef. They have great sales all the time five stars definitely. Clean store great location nice staff

I like this store. The produce needs some help, but for being a smaller store its okay. The staff members are nice and welcoming. I wish they had more selection, but prices arent bad. I guess youd shop here for specifics because theres good prices on some things, but other things its cheaper to go to another store for better product.

Love love love this store quality not quantity cost a little more but it is well worth it the quality of the food is sensational great customer service a good crew helping courtesy nice respectful. Even some of the off brand ice cream taste just as good as the name brand quality is great.

The store was clean and well stocked. Prices were average for Shelbyville. One thing has me puzzled though, why put the bread in the toilet paper, garbage bag aisle? Also the cashier who checked me out acted like she really didnt want to be there.

I love my local Food Lion. It is never over crowded, the staff is helpful, and I never have to wait in line for check out. Old school customer service here, and I love it!

Convienent and good for quick stops for things I may need. Supervisors and everyone has been pretty friendly so far. Selection is pretty good. Less crowded than other grocery stores in the area.

Great staff, great food, fresh produce, great meats,. I love the frozen food bags so I dont have to worry if Ive missed a frozen/ refridgerated item. Offer to take to car is rare these days also.

I like food lion. I can always find good quality meats at fair pricing. Most of the time I buy my months worth of meats marked down.

Not bad. I still think Walmart or Kroger had better prices.

I was shopping for my midnight snack, and to my surprise there were no lions or lion meat on sale, this infuriated me so much so that i went to the zoo and stole the lion and brought it to the parking lot, and it left! A lion should feel welcome at food lion, this is a sham!

Ive seen stickers on food in the store to show what a person is allowed to get but during checkout theyre told by the cashier thats not on WIC even though they have a list of approved food to get.
