They were out of a lot of products. They have signs requiring masks but do not enforce this, even with employees. The Pick Up employees are just rude. They park their carts and you cant get around them and when asked they get bent out of shape about moving them. They need more cart corrals too.

Drove to Krogers Shelbyville today to get Deli meat and found a sign on the case. Sign said Deli Closed till further notice due to no Hot water. This is the 5 or 6 time with different excuses like no employee working and employee went home sick . This one is new, whats next? Need much better Store Management.

The worst Kroger in middle Tennessee never stocked and always dirty.

Keep receipts. If a gift hopefully they kept the receipt. Took a friend today to exchange hair dye for different color. Was told by customers service cant even exchange without receipt.

In this hard time I I understand people are on edge but I went to the customer service desk to ask a simple question and the three people that were there were very rude. I asked to speak with their manager and they refused to get one. Im not sure what was going on. Thats not the experience I care to have when all Im trying to do is get some groceries.

The best place to find fresh fruit and vegetables I love the new curve side pick up that they do. It make my life a little easier for when Im in a rush. I hope all yall will go shopping there.

Such beautiful produce and full shelves. Just a bummer that I watched 2 employees walk right by a power cart and left it for me to bring in. And always sad to see Jack not at work. He makes your shopping experience more fun.

Staff was arrogant, didnt have cooked chicken and complained to me they had people call out, I cant see ever coming back to this Kroger.

Ive had experiences here that are on opposite ends of the spectrum. The pharmacy is garbage but every other department is very friendly and helpful. Since I do not use their pharmacy, the fact that the service is terrible and the techs dont know how to properly bill insurance, does not effect me.Id like to especially applaud the fuel pump attendants. They are very kind and their customer service has been stellar.

This Kroger has come a long way since I moved to the area 6+ years ago. It still has a long way to go but has certainly undergone some renovations that have made it a better shopping experience, for me at least. I say this only because there are way better Kroger in bigger cities and bigger consumer markets, which only makes sense. I can usually find everything I need here. Spend more money is the mantra of every store anywhere.

Not very busy for a Saturday !

I thought going for groceries earlier in the am (around 9am)would be less crowded with people. That was true but it seemed even worse because there was SO MUCH stock in the aisles, it was difficult to shop comfortably.

I know there is alot of people putting limits on things at stores but what I seen at Shelbyville Krogers was pathetic!!! A lady from a nursing facility was trying to buy 9 packs of buns to feed the elderly when one of the workers made a huge scene and was making her put the bread back cause of a company policy at this time and had her about in tears. The is just the 1st of many post I will make about this store and one of their possible managers!! Thank God for the people behind her who each bought the bread so she could feed her patients!! God is testing people and many are failing. Please people if you have anything you can spare our nursing home sound like they could use some help as well!! Customers are what gives this guy his paycheck but I for one hope he doesnt continue to get a check!! You cant treat people this way!!

Click list sucks balls. Didnt get half the stuff I wanted because they were out. They tried to substitute stuff I couldnt use or didnt want. Some stuff I didnt even order. Sent two little girls out that couldnt even lift the cases of water that I ordered. If you dont have it in stock dont offer it on the site. Put currently not in stock. Duh! Last time I use click list.

The older white lady that is working self checkout today 12/28 was sneakering about us to another employee. I guess she didnt think that we could hear her. This is one of many times that she has been rude and disrespectful to us. It is her job to help customers. We dont appreciate this type of treatment from her. My husband and I will be contacting the company.

This store has some of the kindest staff of any store Ive been to. They have most products you need, and if they dont carry something they encourage you to request it! They have fair and competitive prices and the staff are always willing to help you find a bargain. My favorite part is that there is never a line. If there are more than 3 people in a line they open a new one. They truly make you feel like they know you.

They use to be great at opening registers when there was lots of people waiting. But the last 3 days they only had one register open until 5 people behind me. Then they opened one more register.

I love the store and saving money is easy for most things but I hate how it’s not 24 hrs... the website says so but it’s 5:30am on a Wednesday and the doors are locked... the guy vacuuming the front area literally looked at me like I was a ufo when I walked up to the door

I must say the deli woman Sherry is great shes normally there later afternoon. Shes nice and she cares. Now the morning crew horrible Tabitha and Ryan I believe thats what their name tag said are lazy they were just standing around talking the man Ryan w(I observed was just standing around at one point talking to the woman in bakery)The deli was filthy too instead of them cleaning they were talking to each other and goofing off. Now with that being said the evening crew Sherry was busting tail and the place was clean and the deli had a fresh smell to it when she was there.. the was another lady with her I couldnt see her tag because she was busy in the back cooking but she was busy. Ive come to the Shelbyville location several times I come several times a week but just one bad crew and experience isnt enough to make me go somewhere else. But the evening crew needs to be highly rewarded for their hard work and caring ways.

Great customer service! Love the attention to details at the meat and seafood counter. Friendly management and staff. Would give 5 stars if the baggers could bag without mixing or just putting one item in a bag. A few are great, many need lessons on bagging though. Still best place to shop for groceries in Shelbyville TN.

The newly remodeled store is wonderful a deli dept with boars heads meats sandwich station and bakery. A sushi station! Expanded dairy section and with many organic selections

They have good prices on fresh fish and turkey patties. Its an all in one store for grocery shopping. I love the Fuel Points program; it helps me stay within my budget.

Deceptive practices. The sign under the bread said $1.99, it rang up at $2.99. They said that the sign was for a different bread. Very misleading and deceptive. Definitely not honest business.

I like the people there. My husband had some health problems and they came to his rescue called an ambulance called me, put our groceries in the cooler until I could take care of him and then come and get them. Then checked on how he was doing the next time they seen me. Some treat you like family.

Speedy, and almost always my choice of meats at a decent price! Butchers are always helpful and equipped with info and options for pairing!

I went to pickup a prescription that my doctor had faxed to the pharmacy, it had not been long enough to fill the prescription so I was turned away and told to come back tomorrow. I explained I lived some distance away and ask could I wait, I was told no and to come back. Ect.............

This place had downloadable coupons and earn fuel points for cheaper gas and the gas station is right next to it. The baggers sometime doesnt know what items cant go in what.(exception eggs, bread)thats then they just throw it in your basket. Like a bag example is a can with chips or a chemical with food. Good place to shop but you should separate it if you can when you put it on the conveyor belt

Typical Kroger. Everythings too high priced compared to the same food in Wal Mart or other places. And whats with the bare concrete floor? Did they run out of money when they built the new store. And why dont they enforce the handicap parking. Too many cars parked in handicapped spots with no plates or mirror hangers for such.

We had went and bought fresh catfish and can I say that the flys that was all over the sea food was disgusting! They need to have it covered.

They charged my debit card 125.50 for a 26.00 gas purchase. Said its normal practice but after 10yrs of shopping there, this is the only time it had happened! Said it could take up to 3 business days to fall off and if it happened this time, it will happen every time! 5X my purchase price as a pre-auth? I think not. I will NEVER spend another dime in this place or any of its other stores!

Clicklist is garbage. My wife ordered our groceries online the night before, which werent done when she got there almost 24 hrs later! An hour after that (!!!) they were done picking her order. She could have just gone in and shopped, what was the point? They failed to apply a coupon and when she called they offered her a whole $5 coupon. Shows what they think your time is worth. Typical Shelbyville, the internet is this new fangled thing that nobody knows how to use down here. Not surprising in a way.Edit - why do they use 407450 plastic bags for everything? We had easily 20 plastic bags for less than $50 worth of groceries. Get the memo Kroger, plastic is on its way out. Extremely wasteful.

I am going to say this: the nighttime guy working the register is awesome. The lady, however, needs to either be retrained or fired. She is always very rude and acts like she doesnt want to do her job half the time.I came in with a coupon for Enfamil last evening and the register said help is on the way. I stood there for 4 minutes while the light blinked and the lady was upfront, not even paying attention to the registers. She looked up once and didnt even walk over there. It took me actually going over to ask her to come fix the machine. Was I rude? You betcha. But do not just sit there and act like you dont see the blinking light. DO YOUR JOB!!!I usually have a good experience with this Kroger. However, if something isnt done about this employee, you will lose a customer. This is not the first time this woman has had an attitude about having to do her job either.My S/O banks with ascend and the bank cards look a lot like the EBT cards. The last time we were in there the lady pushed the EBT button and said oh, I automatically assumed you had foodstamps. Why? Because we have a baby and were buying formula??? We drive a 2016 coupe for Christs sake!!! So Kroger, if youre reading this review, do something about this woman.Also, you need to hire more daytime baggers and cashiers. Thanks.

So I was in Kroger yesterday in Shelbyville Tennessee and I noticed they had strawberries on sale 3 for 5 but there was only three containers left in the bin so I asked him if he had any more strawberries he said no no one in the district got any strawberries were all out but not five minutes later a lady pulls out with a cart with over 20 containers of cut up strawberries for $7 apiece how is it youre out of strawberries but you can make containers and sell them for triple the price? Not happy........

All was need something from Kroger,and the people working in the drug store are great people.
