This would have been a5 star review, if my mom (71yrs old) hadnt been over charged at first. I actually called and talked to someone before my mom and I traveled to the store, asking about their delivery charge. My mom is not in the best shape (health wise). I luckily caught the $25 over charge, before we actually left the store. The fee was returned, immediately, once I brought it to her attention . I have chalked this experience up to a learning one. Delivery was great! Everyone is out for a buck, right? 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Large assortment of furnishings we found a wonder Love Seat with recliners and a sofa with recliners. Liz the owner of the store took the time to show us a variety. They do delivery and haul off which helped us out greatly. I would recommend stopping by and check out what they have. Loved not having to travel to other cities. Went in looking for a certain manufacturer an was very surprised when they said that they had some furniture by them. The shopping experience was great didn’t feel pressured into buying something. Bought 2 pieces of furniture an had them delivered. The delivery an setup was great. Very professional. Will return to this store when we need more furniture.

Amazing staff that listened to me and my needs, they ensured I had everything I needed and the prices are so reasonable! They are AMAZING!!! I have not slept this well in years. I felt no pressure to buy and they took the time to let me try out several different mattresses and made sure I took home the right one for me.Due to pain from nerve and disc issues with my back and neck I have trouble sleeping, I am falling asleep faster, sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed and ready to face the day.

We purchased a sofa, loveseat, and recliner set here in the early months of the COVID pandemic. We were able to take our sofa and recliner home the same day as purchasing. We did have to wait roughly a month and a half to receive our love seat, but the customer service was excellent, and we loved the furniture so much we were willing to wait. When we received our love seat it came packed nicely in a box so we did not unbox it until we were home. As we placed it next to the other furniture we realized it was the correct love seat, but the color was completely different! It did not remotely resemble the color of the existing furniture. After speaking with the store, they told us due to COVID something had changed in the process of making the furniture which ultimately changed the color. Luckily after some MAJOR effort on the stores part, they were able to find us a love seat and sofa (which had some wearing already so the store traded with us at no extra cost) that matched the same manufacturing date as our original furniture purchase! The store owner took time out of his weekend to pick up the furniture that was to be traded from our home, drive to Kokomo to drop of our furniture and pick up the new, then bring the new furniture to our home. The customer service that was provided by this store was ABOVE AND BEYOND! We will be a customer for life!

We aren’t very happy with them. To them “even exchange” means if you exchange for a more expensive bed you have to pay the difference, but if you exchange for a less expensive bed you don’t get refunded the difference. We feel like we got gypped $300. They should have done something to make it even, even if they gave us $300 worth of other merchandise instead of just gypping us out of 300 dollars.

Large selection of mattresses and even some furniture items, and they can catalog order you some furniture too. Prices seem a bit expensive, but they always have sales going on, so that can help some. Located at the end in a large busy strip mall in town. Plenty of easy close parking.
