They have a wide variety of furniture ngs though my credit was not accepted.

They sold me a display tv that did last me a month. It was not even in a box, and wont give me any credit toward it.

I had a really good experience here, I visited a few times to get a good feel and see what they had to offer. The customer service was good. I ended up buying a sofa loveseat set for my living room. They also offer free delivery if youre military/veteran. Its definitely worth a stop in.

I had a great experience .. friendly staff the sales associate Marybeth Hillis was an amazing help she is fairly new she did an awesome job.. She assured us on the fabric protection and service protection plan! Go see her she is GREAT!!!!

Had a wonderful experience. No pressure sales, had a quick hello when I walked in and then let me browse. Once an associate found me we talked through several options, she showed me how the fabric protection worked and was very friendly. Ended up with an incredibly comfortable couch, love seat and lift up coffee table. They even moved up my delivery date one day per a special request, though I know this isnt always possible. Will be going back to this location for additional items soon as I continue to fill up my new home. Please dont go to Murfreesboro or Tullahoma. We have options right here in Bedford County. Give them a visit. Youll be glad you did.

Had a minor issue with my new living room furniture I had bought. Beau definitely made sure everything was handled and taken care of. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Had bought a recliner with warranty. The mechanical part to make it recline was bad. Went to store (Shelbyville, TN) and the manager, Bo, put a order in for replacement of it. After 3 months of not receiving the part, the company he orders from never responded to his requests or emails. We were getting pretty upset since we couldnt use the recliner and Bo responded by fully replacing the recliner. Happy campers now. We are frequent customers and will continue to shop here and we tell our family and friends to shop here too.Thank you Bo for helping us. You are an asset to the company and they need to know that, especially with this Covid mess going on.
