Good customer service. Great deal.It’s always been a fun experience walking around the two story building in downtown Shawnee.I have memories when I was a young kid and now my children also love walking through anytime we are downtown.

Their prices are really reasonable and fair. 4 stars because we looked around for easily 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged or spoke to us. I chalk it up to employment shortages but was still frustrating.

I had ordered furniture her back in April and was told I should get it May 20th. Well that is still a few weeks away so I had called to confirm if that was still the date. Well Ive been calling for a few weeks. I finally got though and I was told it was pushed back to June 6th. Im ok with that but when he hung up he said bye Felisha. That is not my name. So now I cant get through. So it may take a few weeks to know for sure when I will get my furniture. This has been discouraging. I feel this place needs to have more help for their customers. You people need help communicating with you customers. As a customer it is frustrating to have to feel like I am call a radio station just to get some customer service. I understand that it can get busy but in that case have another phone line or get someone to help with answering the phones. Or even a way a person can leave a message. I feel like canceling my order but I cant even get ahold of someone to do that. Please just know if you deal with this place you wont get the best customer service.

Not too much modern style stuff, more traditional which I am sure sells around here. Thats why I knocked off a star because it can be hard to find mcm/modern anything here. However, the staff is nice and they do deliver for a small fee which is great!

They had nice furniture but their customer service was non existent. They saw us come in and didnt even acknowledge us with a hello ot anything we can help you find. No words when leaving either.

Such friendly, and helpful staff. They ordered me a loveseat that was sold out everywhere. They had the best price, and had it ready to pick up in less than a week.

They were high dollar, the staff had no interest to help us, all we was wanted was two recliners!! Wont be going back!

Always a pleasant experience. I walk in and let the staff know I want to walk around by myself. No problems and they wait on me when I am ready. Furniture is the same as found in OKC.

Great furniture store! Love that it is family owned and operated and allows us to shop locally. While many of the items displayed on the floor are presented more for the bargain-minded, we had no trouble finding a wonderful selection of higher-end, more custom pieces throughout as well as options that are available through the different suppliers they work with. We ended up buying off the floor for our office and our home (took advantage of a lovely group that went on sale).Gaines and Matthew Neal were great to work with and extremely accommodating! We will definitely shop there again and we have already referred others to the store as well! FYI - we live in Norman but work in Shawnee - Neals delivers to both places!

In all my years of buying furniture, never have I experienced such great customer service. These guys are amazing, and they have a vast selection. We recently redid our entire house through them and I cant say enough about the support we received. From the showroom to the delivery (small charge for this service, but very reasonable) all aspects were of the process was 1st Class. I love that its local and family owed and operated, if they didnt have it in stock it was ordered for us. If you are looking for Fantastic Customer Service and selection there is no better place than Neals Home Furnishings.

I bought a sofa chair from Neals almost three years ago. From browsing the store to delivery of the chair, the experience couldnt have been better! The owner not only bent over backwards to accommodate me, he was extremely friendly and engaging throughout the process. He was also very knowledgeable about his products. I had my eye on a specific chair and he made sure I got it by special ordering it. The trip from Oklahoma City was worth it! The selection was wonderful, the service was better. I recommend Neals to anyone in the REGION who is thinking of buying furniture. Ask for Gaines the owner and he will take really good care of you.

It was the perfect furniture shopping experience. My husband and I were able to try out practically every couch without being bothered by a pesky salesperson. The selection was more than adequate and the prices competitive. The owner and his son were helpful and gracious. No need to leave Shawnee with Neals around!

The employees did not offer any help and ignored the fact that we were even in the store.

Shopping for a new sofa. No pressure, and my questions were answered quickly. A very nice building, I wanted to explore but every part of the building open to customers is enough. I think the prices are competitive.

I got my bed from here years ago and it was comfortable.

I was LIED to. When I first went in I was excited, thought Id found a wonderful store, even told my sister about it. In the days since my excitement has turned to dread. I was mislead on several things, the worst of which was the financing. I was told they had a special going for 6 months same as cash. So I bought 2 items, which I still love, but a month later I found out that I was being charged 21% interest from day ONE. I had to get a loan on my truck to pay the furniture off. I was charged over $40 in interest. If I had known I was NOT getting 6 months same as cash, I never would have bought it. Now I have a loan against my truck, that was paid off!

My wife and I needed to buy a couple different pieces (bed, nightstands, couches). We had looked at places in OKC but had been unable to find the right pricing and were generally annoyed by salespeople. However, at Neals we were surprised to find 3 floors of furniture, relaxed salespeople and fair prices. Plus, we were glad to hear they deliver to OKC too.We also used their website to shop from our house, which had a huge selection of stuff. All that to say, I would quickly recommend Neals to anyone who wants to buy furniture from a store that is well ran, nice and concerned about making sure you actually enjoy buying furniture.

Walked into the store and was ignored by the sales staff. Waited for about seven minutes for someone to address me. When it became apparent that wasnt going to happen, I left.

Had a nice selection of furniture

I have purchased numerous items at Neals. But this time it has not been good. Paid for 2 recliners, still waiting on delivery, now they want to bring one recliner this month and another next month. 6 weeks is unacceptable delivery time especially when was told one week.. I like to shop local but I dont want to sit on the floor for almost two months either.
