Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Had information on all their mattress products without having to look it up on the computer. We were able to make a decision and purchase within 30 minutes as well as schedule our pick up at their warehouse on the same day.I would recommend this store and the Shawnee sales staff.

Like going to this store to purchase beds. Never had a problem doing that. Close to a month ago, purchased a night stand for my sons bedroom. Unfortunately they don’t have those in store so it had to be done over the website. Was told shipping and delivery of the product was based on whether it was in stock or not. The product was in stock and was told three weeks for ship land delivery. Was told today that shipping and delivery of the product was now based on getting enough orders for this particular location. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase anything that’s not on store.

Terrible management for very very low quality furniture!! Bought a new couch and bed and they had bed bugs and were very poor quality. The owner is a rude man and treats his staff so poorly I don’t think anyone should shop here not worth the money!!

I will never buy anything from Kaz Furniture in Shawnee again.We were lied to about our mattress purchase from Tony on January 2, 2021. We were told there was a 365 day warranty. The mattress we purchased is causing pain in our backs. I called and spoke to Missy about exchanging it for a firmer mattress. She told me the mattress we purchased does not come with a warranty. We only had the mattress for 3 weeks and for a company not to at least give a 30 day warranty is BS. Dont buy from Kaz Furniture!!! Liars!!!!

First time customer. I purchased a dresser from here. The price was much lower than competitors and the shipping was free, which has been hard to find with large furniture. No Stars from me, I spent $768.89 on a full size mattress and a Flatform base. We we picked it up there was only the mattress. No Platform at all, soI call and was told that the aede not in shock. So, no do not waste your time here.

Came in to look at mattresses and the owner Kaz was there to help. He answered all our question with no “salesman” pressure what so ever it was a great experience. He provided us with the info we needed so we took off to check another store in town but decided to come back mostly because of the great service. As we pulled up Kaz was locking up the shop for the day we didn’t realize it was closing time but he happily opened back up for us and stay late so that we could make our purchase. The store has a great selection and the service is outstanding! He went well above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more thankful! Definitely recommend.

Recently purchased a new mattress and base with the works! Kaz was NOT a pushy salesperson at all and was very educated on the products he was selling. He guided us to the perfect mattress that helps with our neck and back pain. Everything was delivered and set up that night even though they had to work after hours!
