Super friendly staff and delicious ice cream! One of the owners (presumably) gave us a sample of a flavor he had in the works. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an awesome environment to bring your family.

We love this place. I like the blue berry muffin cookies, and milkshakes. We also get cookie cakes here for the kids birthdays. The staff here is always super nice.

I started coming to this place to get ice cream and cookies, pricey but they have good flavors. The one problem with this place is that the owner, the old lady who helps manage the store is extremely rude. I walked in there and asked a simple question about the ice cream then she answered rudely and shaked her head/rolled her eyes as she looked away. I don’t understand how a business owner could be so unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back again and I suggest you don’t either. They need to learn to be more friendly and kind towards their customers!

Horrible service didnt listen to anything we wanted got a shake that was nothing but liquid and it was supposed to be peanut butter banana put too much cream in it and thats all you could taste. My wife asked for a shake as well they gave her a small cup instead and wouldnt correct the mistake. This was my first time going to a marble slab and it was a real disappointment! Sticking to Brahms from now on

Prices are ridiculous. 2 regular were $15..that is absurd.Good 1 time treat. The ice cream was good but not worth the price!

Amazing cookies with my favorite being the Chewy Supreme Pecan! 🥰🥰🍪🍪 The ice cream is always homemade and sooo good with many different flavors! 🍨🍦The staff have been friendly all times I have been in there and even the owners have came out from behind the works to make sure everything is beyond perfect!

This review is sole based on the ice cream cake. Complete waste of 40 dollars. Stay away from the ice cakes. What little bit of cake was really old. Had the texture and taste that is had been frozen for a while thawed and refrozen. Will never buy a cake from there again

The store is set up oddly with no signage to indicate where the line forms, plus there wasnt nearly enough seating the evening we were there. However, those are new-store issues that Im sure can and will be worked out. My biggest issue was the price vs. the quality. The vanilla ice cream used in the sundae tasted like McDonalds soft serve to me. IMO, Braums delivers better ice cream and a more enjoyable dine-in experience for less than half the cost.

Very attentive, friendly service and delicious ice cream. Had a great chat with Carlise, the owner. Her family has a strong connection to Shawnee and believe in our town. I was happy to give them my business this evening. We have found our new special treat for date night!

This is a great place. Ice cream is all made in the store. I get sweet cream with bananas and strawberries. The people are so nice. We go there every day!

The female manager working tonight was awesome! She was so kind to every single customer, and I can tell she truly cares about her employees. Whole team did an awesome job!

A wonderful experience. My treat was delicious, the service was attentive and friendly, and the dining room was clean and well managed. Yes, there is a line, but it is because Marble Slab is popular, not because of inefficient service.

Had such an amazing experience at Marble Slab! 10/10 would recommend it to anyone trying to get some good, homemade ice cream. Also a great place to take a date if you’re an OBU student trying time get that ring by spring!

Just so everyone knows, bananas are not a topping you can get with their mixes. I was horribly disappointed, you can only have bananas work a banana split, how ridiculous is that, cold stone is definitely the better choice
